- Mercedes (10/5): Always that one stop that you know you can go ahead and get a good nights sleep get up the next day about your business - The property is always cool. I can always be discreet, but I have to worry about people in my business. Love it. There’s nothing I don’t like they accommodate me. They always let me check in on time even a little bit before.

You should have him train the staff on how to treat customers and run a business. Checking in the worker was rude and allowed for someone behind me to invade my personal space. I had asked the person behind me to step away from my personal space and they said no. The lady at the counter was saying it is okay. It is not okay for a stranger to be riding my back that close for me to feel their breath. Mind you it was me and the person behind me in line. My towels all had hair and stains on them when I checked in. I asked for new towels and it was the same issue.

- Irene (1/5): - This experience was not good at all The room had several roaches and when I discreetly brought up to the staff in the morning It was like I was getting blamed for not letting them know at 2am when we saw them crawling. I was bringing it up to them so they could clean the room before renting it again but it felt like I did something wrong by not reporting it at the exact moment it happened.

- Carrie (9/5): The Motel 6 in Fontana is a nice place to lodge. However, the management should screen the people - I did not eat the breakfast due to my running late for my event. The location was excellent! Right off the 10 fwy. The handicap parking was in an ideal location. It was right outside my room door. When I entered my room late that evening, I found dog poop right in front of my room door! Ugh! However, I did report it. Some of the other occupants were homeless people, prostitutes, and the like. Why people chose to gather right outside my room door for conversation, I'll never know! Too many pets at that location.

- Jaiden (5/5): Friendly staff, decent facilities, and not perfect - The amount of rooms was exceptional, and the furniture in the room was quite nice for such a short stay, I felt like I was in a hotel. The cleanliness could be a bit better with the amount of cleaning staff. They have a lot of people who clean the rooms regularly, however their service is not 100% as because in my one night there, there was hair in the shower and in the bed. And despite there being no smoking I smelt something close to a cigarette upon arrival. The toilet also clogged after I did a number 2, and when I went to call reception the phone didn’t work. So if you’re staying in room 228, that is something you keep in mind. However, when I went down to grab a plunger from the front desk, the staff member was really kind.

The people across from us were smoking and all the smoke would come in our room through ac unit.
