Asked front desk woman for a 11:30 check out, she tried to charge me $10 for an additional hour and she said 11:15 am was the latest she could give me. Not very cool considering the price of the room. I mentioned I had my service dog with me and she told me that she wasn't aware there was a "pet" in the room. I told her again, it was a service dog. She wasn't pleasant AT ALL.

Staff charged me 17 dollars for the exact same room. I was disappointed but i was gona leave my review on the app to show my distaste for the whole thing that is one person imagine all the the ppl the price gouge on there own credit card machine .

- Alexandra (4/5): - Saw a lot of reviews about freshly updated clean rooms and let me tell you that was not my experience. I walked past unused rooms that where updated but not all of them where mine wasn't. Stains on the curtains, the AC needed repairs (but worked) and it smelled like cigarettes. The area isn't super nice but I didn't have any issues. Over all I would stay again if I had to but it's definitely false advertising.

- Antonio (4/5): Time for a change. - Been coming to this location now for about 20 years now and its always been good but it seems as it has been let go. Loud and obnoxious people in other rooms that dont have courtesy for others staying. The non smoking rooms smell like cigarettes and the bedding has cigar burns. The staff has always been great including the friendly maids. But the condition of things tells me its time to take my service elsewhere.

The occupant in the room next to us was screaming the entire night and we saw the cops had to intervene. We did not get much sleep that night. The heater in the room didn’t work either.

- Rita (10/5): - I’ve been coming to motel 6 in bellflower for many years.. can say the environment has gotten better..I like the fact they have security on the premises..So it’s affordable for a quick night or two..
- Sharyonda (8/5): Wi-Fi no good but rest for the weary plenty! - Solitude and quiet place for me to rest, just wish the pool was open then I could do my water aerobics which would allow me to loosen my arthritic knees and other joints. The bed in this room was very comfortable and cozy! The phone was inoperable and had to be worked on and when it did work lists if static was heard by all users. WiFi was literally non-existent as I was told it was in the walls which are concrete size slabs. It just allowed me to want to use this as a hideaway in the future as no work can be done without access to the Internet or outside world even with my own network which was also spotty.

- Alex (8/5): Nest, clean, comfortable - This is an updated Motel 6. I was on the back side. It was a little noisy from freeway traffic. The room was neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. Couldn’t quite get the heat to work properly. The clerk at the counter was very nice. Check-in was quick and easy. Will stay here again.

- Sherri (1/5): The light was not left on - The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in . The water was hot. The room was small. There was no ironing board no iron no microwave no coffee. There was a refrigerator. The tiles were rough dingy small and I was only given one set. The outdated air conditioning unit heater was loud while it was on. It kept me up all night Because the heater only went up to 78 so I needed to keep it on as I slept and once it got to 78 it turned off once it went below 78 it came back on and every time it woke me up there was nowhere to hang my clothes my long dress I had nowhere to hang it.

The walls are really thin. You can clearly hear people talking down the halls and walking upstairs. And in the middle of the night, someone was trying multiple times to break open my room door.

We called the front desk and they did change our room, however this new room even without the bed bugs was not clean either. The room smelled like it had been smoked in even though it was a non-smoking room.
