Navaneeth (10/5): Super Hotel! - Hotel Orion offered more than what we expected! The breakfast was homemade and tasty- several types of bread and jam and salamis, milk, fruits, eggs, and cereals. And ofcourse tea and coffee and juices. They even have a coffee machine! The Staffs were really friendly and nice. The room was clean and organized. They gave towels and bodywash. We really liked the complimentary wine/champagne bottle they provided! Even gave some discount coupons for restaurants/bars. The shower had really good hot water supply. The kitchen had everything you need. Even gave some tea bags/sugars and a kettle. The reception poeple were also friendly and supportive. It is open 24x7. We could even keep our luggage after check out at the storage room. He even let us use the washroom in the basement when we returned back at night to take the luggage (after check out). This was cool! The young girl in the breakfast room took her job a little too seriously. 😅 She was too eager to clear our plates (and for other guests too). Came twice asking if she can take our plates even though we were only halfway compete. Gave us this pressure to eat fast- which we didn't like. The location is a bit far from town area, but there are good tram and bus connections! We didn't event notice it afterwards since we had the 72 hour ticket. The beds were two single beds. This is not a big deal, but you can't sleep properly if you are a couple becuase the mattresses always stay separated even if you join the beds together. Wish they kept more tea bags/sugars/coffee bags. The lift is tiny. Barely enough for two people with luggage.

Ivan (9/5): Great place, no issues worth mentioning - Second time visiting. Experience is as nice as the first time. The first one a year ago was too spacious for one person, and the bathroom entrance was placed a bit too close to room entrance so I had an issue with not stepping with my street shoes on the floor part where I might wal barefoot. This time I've got a smaller room this time, perfect for me, bathroom placement is also much more convenient. I've barely used the kitchen but it looked like everything was there if I wanted to cook something, no issues. Location is also really nice - close to a known park - subway station (and the line goes to/from the airport bus stop, so a dedicated transfer is not necessary) - central train terminal is not too far either (~20 min on foot) if you plan to visit e.g. Karlstein or Kutna Hora while you're there - a couple of small bodegas nearby and a nice ice cream shop on Francouzská street a few mins away There's a couple of water bottles (and champagne too AFAIR) they leave at the kitchen table which is great when you've just arrived and you don't want to look for a shop for that immediately or in advance for the next day. Breakfast is great, nothing to complain about. Not really much to report. The bed is made of 2 separate small beds so there's a bit of hollow space between them which may be inconvenient if you're used to a proper bed of that size but it's not really noticeable. I didn't notice any free sockets by the bed. The ones available are used by the bedside lamps so you need to unplug one of those at least to use them. I didn't care for the lamps so not really an issue either.

Există lift. Pe booking hotelul apare de 4 stele.În realitate are doar 3 așa cum de altfel scrie și pe ușa de la intrare. La prezentare am primit ap. P1 de la parter. Are egrasie mascată de un paravan. A doua zi mi-a fost schimbat cu un ap.la etj.3, unde cuptorul de microunde era defect.Apartamentele nu au balcon.Al meu nu avea aer condiționat. Micul dejun a fost bun dar cam același în fiecare zi.Liftul este pt.max.3 persoane.

Hotel ist nicht direkt im Zentrum ( wollten wir aber auch so ) liegt aber durch die in wenigen Minuten Erreichbarkeit der Metro und Straßenbahn Stationen perfekt. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I especially appreciated the location — it was in a quiet area, yet still close enough to the city center to get around easily. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and fresh options every morning. Overall, it felt like a great balance between comfort, value, and convenience, and I would definitely stay there again. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Besonders gefallen haben uns die selbst gemachte Brote, Pancakes, Kuchen und Marmeladen gefallen. Da war für jeden was dabei. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Das Frühstück war gut, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, vor allem die selbst gemachten Kuchen und Marmeladen sind hervorzuheben Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig, man kann das Auto eigentlich nur in einem Parkhaus abstellen. Wenn das eigene voll ist, muss man in ein öffentliches Parkhaus ausweichen , evtl. auch weiter weg.

Claudia (8/5): Kleines freundliches Hotel mit guter Lage - zu empfehlen - Die Ausstattung im Appartement war super, alles da, was nötig war. Das Personal war stets freundlich und die durchgängig besetzte Rezeption ist sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit verschiedenen Brötchen, Spiegel- oder Rührei, Kuchen und Aufschnitt. Die Lage ist auch super, in der Nähe gibt's das beste Eis Prags (unsere Meinung 😉), reichlich Restaurants verschiedenster Richtungen, für die man teilweise auch Rabattkarten vom Hotel erhält. Die umliegenden Straßen sind ruhig, sodass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten in den bequemen Betten. Es gibt nicht viel negatives, einzig der Geruch im Duschbad war etwas muffig und der Zigarettenrauch aus dem Innenhof zog bei geöffnetem Fenster in die Küche. Das war etwas unangenehm, aber kein Beinbruch. Am Abreisetag war der kleine Frühstücksraum überfüllt, sodass wir etwas länger warten mussten, um zu frühstücken.

Frauke (10/5): - Das Personal verdient mehr als 10 Punkte, sehr persönliche Atmosphäre, tolles Frühstück, sauberes Hotel und Zimmer. Ruhige Lage mit allem was man braucht (Restaurants, DM, Supermarkt, U-Bahn,...) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Tagestickets (wenige Euro) für den ÖPNV direkt an der Rezeption erhältlich. Innenstadt und Oper durchaus aber auch in Laufdistanz. Beim Parken im Partnerhotel bekommt man erstmal möglicherweise etwas Sorgen, aber auch das ist ohne Kratzer machbar (wir fahren einen Mittelklasse Kombi). Reservierung dafür hat problemlos im Vorfeld geklappt.

Mitarbeiter, insbesondere Anton, Marie und Andrei, waren sehr nett. Zimmer mit 2 Schlafräumen war sehr geräumig. Lage mit unmittelbarer Anbindung an Metro und Trambahn war sehr gut. Kommunikation per E-Mail vor Antritt der Reise war schnell und zielführend. Im Onlinekatalog wird nicht darauf verwiesen, dass keine eigenen Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Nach Anfrage 2 Tage vor Reisebeginn wurde auf eine Parkgarage in der Nähe verwiesen. Konnte anschließend mit Rabatt digital gebucht werden.

V8319HJmelissan (10/5): Great location, friendly staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - We loved Hotel Orion. Multiple people who live in Prague told us it was located in one of the best areas of the city, and we agree! It is located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurants, a nice square with a fountain, a small grocery store, and a church nearby. The walk to the Metro and tram station was about 6-7 minutes— easy and so convenient. We always felt safe walking back to our hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything from changing currency to purchasing transportation tickets (and explaining how the public transportation works in Prague). The breakfast each morning was a highlight. The spread included delicious homemade bread and Prosecco— it was a lovely start to each day. Here’s a tip that we learned the last day and wish we’d known sooner: we had a few tours and trips that started before the breakfast opened at 7:30. We were so sad to miss breakfast on those days. When we were checking out of our hotel on the very last day for an early flight, the desk clerk said that if we had mentioned our early checkout to them the previous day, they would’ve prepared a breakfast for us to take on the go. That’s the kind of personal attention you get at this small hotel. Because there are so few rooms, the staff gets to know you as you come in out, making it a comfortable and welcoming place each day!

Erbnová (9/5): Spokojnost - Lokalita perfektna, recepcia 24/7, raňajky boli výborné a dostatočne, upratovanie každý deň vynasanie smeti, výmena uterákov podľa potreby :-) milý a ochotný personál. Výťah na vyššie poschodia je super hlavne ked sme boli s kocikom. Na našej izbe zvlášť wc a kupelna co je super. Kurilo sa dostatočne :-) bolo aj par čajov a kav s cukrom prichystané :-) na namesti mieru je to zhruba 8min pesi, zastávka Masaryka je kúsok bližšie. V blízkosti vsetko potrebné ako vecierka, dmka, cca 10 min MC Donald kaviarne restauracia Skrz dvojurovnove okna sa nedalo nechať vetrať počas dňa ale len nárazovo ked sme boli na ubytovani. Nevadi to, len my na to nie sme zvyknutí. Telka by mohla ísť do obývačky a nie v spálni ale nevadí nepustali sme ju. Menšia chladnicka ale nam stačila. Detska postielka cestovná s trosku mäkkým madracom a dcéra tam preto nechcela spat, nevadi spala pri nás.
