Guest Reviews
- Johnson (10/5): Great place to stay, enjoy some good food and find adventure in all directions. - Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean with nice towels that were actually fluffy. The price was reasonable as well not overpriced. The location is great, all destinations are located around Pincher Creek. The food was the cherry on top. I had Butter Chicken on the first night then Chicken Caprese the second night, super delicious. All around great place to stay. I highly recommend it. I wished I could have stayed longer.

- Michele (9/5): Would definately stay at Stardust Inns and Chalets the next time I am in Pincher Creek! - The location was very convenient for access to Pincher Creek Main Street. The room was excellent, especially the Queen sized sleigh bed. The room was very clean - loved having brown, soft towels versus the typical standard white hotel version. I wold have liked a more secure lock for the door - perhaps a chain bolt to ensure it was difficult to get into the room.

- Darcy (9/5): A pleasant surprise - The Chalet was exceptional. Very clean and inviting. They were very quiet and comfortable. The owner and staff were very friendly and outgoing. We stayed there because of it's close proximity to Waterton National Park. This was our first stay there, and we're looking forward to the next time.
- Diane (10/5): A wonderful oasis!! -

- Lynne (10/5): Terrific stay in a gorgeous location with an incredible host! - The owner Dea was kind, gracious and friendly. She made our stay wonderful. The nearby restaurant was a bonus, too. We had a chalet which was spacious and perfect for our needs. Brenda and Dea helped us find a terrific mechanic when we experienced an issue with our car. Also the Stardust was close to Waterton National Park which made it easy to visit this gem. There was nothing we did not like.
- Marie (8/5): we enjoyed. plan to return to waterton lakes and would stay here again - location was great for waterton lakes and surrounding area. unit was extremely clean. owner very friendly. quiet had great sleep. we were quite happy with accomodations only minor complaint - coffee too strong for us old folk, and herbal tea would be nice alternative.
- Carolyn (9/5): - Staff was lovely

- Catherine (10/5): Perfect - Owner, Dia, went over and above when it my husbands hearing aids were found in the room, she did everything she could do to see we got them backn
- GoPlaces64490412581 (6/5): Nice and clean unit but below average location and propert. - Picture of exteriors deceiving. In the middle of an industrial park area.. virtually no property...or desire to sit on balcony etc. Came from Waterton.
Husband had to crawl from bottom of bed to get in as it is against the wall.
Nicely done inside otherwise. A few more amenities needed..ie..papertowels,Had planned 2 days so we could stay and hang out , cook meals etc but went to Head Smashed in and Fort.Mcleod because no where to enjoy at the property. Host friendly..place was clean.
- Alex (8/5): - Nice
- John (8/5): - Good spot for those looking for an affordable stay close to Waterton. The place was clean and had the necessities for a 1 bed. My only critique was the door was difficult to unlock with the key.
- Gerald (10/5): - Very nice and personable owner/operator
- xinxiang (10/5): - The room is very clean, staff is very friendly.
- Shannon (10/5): - Excellent stand alone units that give you all the comforts of home. Literally. Even had a washer/dryer. Big bathroom with showers plenty big enough for 2. Full size fridge and stove/oven.
- Bernadette (8/5): - Clean room
- Colleen (10/5): The staff was on point!! The room was CLEAN! And the dinning was 5⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Cutest little place on earth! Wish the city was closer to Waterton- would have put the best together!
- Arashdeep (8/5): - Very Clean, modern, hotel that is well-maintained.
Front desk staff was helpful and efficient. Room was very spacious, well-appointed, and clean.
- Miranda (10/5): - One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in! Bed was very comfy. Props to their cleaning staff… it was immaculate! Definitely will stay there again
- Stephen G. (9/5): A great place to stay when visiting the town and Waterton Park. Best place I've stayed in years. - Nicely kept up, excellent restaurant on premise. Wonderful staff! The bed could have been a little firmer but this is a personal pref.

- Myrtle (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at the this property. The owner checks you in herself and then walks you to your room. She is very friendly and we enjoyed our talks with her. The motel is older, however most of the room has been recently renovated. It has a portable A/C unit. The beds, TV is all new and the bed and bedding was very comfortable. We ate the the restaurant ( Fuzion Bar and Grill and it was the best food I have had in a long time. This property is a hidden gem and is relatively close to Waterton Park. I would recommend it.
- Dianna (10/5): -
- Sherri (10/5): - Wonderful service from front desk attendant. Thank you for accommodating us for our 1 night stay. Ive told everyone about the charming atmosphere of the chalet area. So close to Waterton. Will always book here. Highly recommend for family reunions, or just a great place to stay and explore the local shopping. Found some great gifts, so many charming shops to explore.
- Gordon (8/5): Good place to stay while visiting Pincher Creek and Waterton Park. - The bed was very comfortable, room quiet. The a/c was noisy if you kept it on during the night, but definitely cooled the room.
Dea was very friendly and welcoming.
- Brenda (6/5): - Clean with very friendly staff, however the overpowering smell of cleaning supplies and/or laundry detergents was intense. I had a headache in the morning and it triggered an asthma attack in another.
- Judy (10/5): - Comfortable and well-equipped kitchen
- Lynn (10/5): -
- Darlene (8/5): - Restaurant was awesome with great food and service. Not much else to do in this small town but good place to stay if you go elsewhere
- Sandy (10/5): Great place - The owner was super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. Very clean.
- Laurie (10/5): - Sparkling clean. Friendly staff. Good restaurant attached. Surprisingly quiet. Great location to explore Waterton and SW Alberta.
- Tony (10/5): - There were no tea towels. Drain plug stem not working in bathroom Neither was a big problem. Just letting you know
- Valerie (9/5): Great stay in Pincer Creek - The cabin was large, clean, quiet and well equiped. The bed was comfortable. The owner stayed late to meet us and was very helpful and friendly. We arrived late after a very long drive, it would have been nice if the bar was open past 10 pm.
- Treptow (10/5): Just all around great stay. Treated like friends and very nice accommodations. - People were super friendly and facility was superb. Our cabin had washer and dryer which was an unexpected bonus. Would recommend to anyone!! We ate dinner very late and staff was very friendly but a little too focused on getting cleaned up and it required a walk over to the waitress to get our bill but not a big deal just fyi for management.
- Kevin (10/5): - Nice clean room; comfy bed and updated decor
- Leanne (10/5): Great motel! - The motel was extremely clean and the service was excellent!
- James (10/5): - What a surprise to find this place in Pincher Creek! For a town that has been pretty run down, the woman who remodeled this place really set a high standard for the rest of the town. AND the restaurant is great!
- Chantal (10/5): - Updated, clean rooms. The bathroom barn door could use an inside handle. The Fuzion restaurant there has excellent Indian dishes!
- Megan (10/5): Recently renovated older property in a great location close to several parks. - The owner is so sweet! She gave us a great recommendation for a local provincial park and we loved petting your pup! Very comfortable, super clean rooms. If we are in the area again, we would absolutely book again and will recommend to friends. The Instagram DJ on the restaurant TV was pretty weird.
- Kelly (10/5): We will definitely stay heresy - It was everything we hoped for and much more. The owner was very friendly and helpful about the Pincher Creek area. Highly recommended staying at this property. That the grounds weren’t ready. We had our 2 dogs with us and I had to walk them in the weeds .
- Gordon (7/5): Met our needs on our journey. - Very easy to find, very friendly people and room was very clean Very small space and quite expensive!
- Dianne (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Warren (8/5): Convenient location, quiet stay - Clean quiet motel unit. The pictures show individual chalets. It is actually an attached motel unit.
- Tong (10/5): - Great place to stay. Clean and friendly staff. Thank you
- Louise (10/5): - Great bed, nice kitchen, good bathroom, overall nice spot. The shower control was a little weird...but I'm not mechanically inclined, so take that for what it's worth. Television sound was awful, sitting in the deck drinking coffee was wonderful.
- Lorraine (10/5): - The chalets were clean and had good amenities.
- Darren (10/5): - I had a great relaxing stay and the owners are very personable people with good knowledge of the surrounding area.
- Teeny (10/5): - I will stay again in this place if I will get back in Pincher Creek...Its comfy and nice staffs .
- Anika (10/5): - This place was so cute, and the owner went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Roomy rooms, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The sheets were soft too!
Loved this place for the price.
- Debbie-Lynne (10/5): - Do, the host was amazing to deal with
- Dennis (10/5): A pleasant surprise - This little chalet was so charming and wonderfully appointed. We had a full kitchen and eating area, plus lounging space and super comfy bed. It was nice to sit outside on the porch in the evening. There's a great restaurant attached, and its close to Waterton Lake park and Castle Falls.
- Ron (10/5): - We stayed in the motel side, not the cabins, and were really pleased. Room is usual motel size, but super clean and well appointed and in great condition. Quality towels and bedding and decor exceed usual motel standards by far, and the host/owner was great and offered excellent local travel tips. Easy 40min drive to spectacular Waterton Lakes National Park. All good!
- Exteriors (9/5): -
- Brandy (8/5): - Friendly owner/ staff
- Trevor (8/5): - Worked great for what we needed. Liked the option of having a fridge and microwave. Would stay there again
- Dion (10/5): - Dia (Owner) was so welcoming and took the time to talk to me and brought me right to my cabin. She also spent a late supper with me to help plan my hikes and trip. She is what makes travelling so much fun.
- Ric (10/5): - Everything! Welcomed by the owner who was so friendly. She upgraded us to a cabin...why? Because she found out it was my birthday. So nice. The cabin was so comfortable. Will stay here again! We had to leave.
- Jo Yakula (8/5): Comfortable, good location and friendly staff. - Location was good. Motel nicely renovated. Owner very friendly and helpful. FYI: Although the stand-alone air conditioner works well, the heat that comes out is sucked up into the bathroom if you have both the air conditioner and bathroom light/fan on at the same time. It made the bathroom almost as hot as an oven. This was for unit #2. Simply needs an adjustment :-)
- Jose Ma (10/5): -
- Frank (7/5): -
- Maureen (6/5): - The room was clean, had all the basics. The owner was friendly and we were able to get our room before the alotted time advertised. We stayed two days. At other motels/hotels usually our bed is made daily along with changing out dirty towels daily. This didn't happen. Also there was no place to leave our key so we just left it in the room. The best thing about it was the price.
- Jodi (10/5): - Nice little stop - cabin has essentials for kitchenware, well laid out. And each unit has a washer/dryer.
- Chris (10/5): - Room was well above expectation. Great staff. Food in restaurant was excellent.
- Tara (10/5): - We stayed in the one bedroom chalet. It was the perfect size. The owner was friendly and helpful. Loved having a kitchen.
- Beth (10/5): - The kindest and most helpful staff around!!
- Kim (6/5): - Room was noisy- heard people next door showering, talking and doors closing
- Susan (10/5): - We had a last minute change to our schedule and when I called to advise of our late arrival, they made it so easy for us! Then after a very long day, the room we had was quaint, elegant and very comfortable with high end towels and bedding. We only stayed one night but would recommend Stardust Inn & Chalets to anyone!
- Karen (9/5): -
- Josiane (10/5): - L’accueil chaleureux malgré une arrivée tardive.
Joli cadre, chambre confortable.
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Arnel (8/5): - Owner, Día, was very welcoming.
- Jacqueline (6/5): - The room was super cute and a lot of care went into decorating it and the blackout blinds work well. Unfortunately, it gets very hot in the room, but the AC is very noisy. Too noisy to run at night, but too hot not to.
- Debbie (10/5): Perfect!! - Walking into the chalet I wanted to stay forever! Huge beautiful windows, everything was in perfect order and spotlessly clean! Bed and couches were very comfortable and Deah was an amazing host, so accommodating! Will DEFINITELY go back! Can't WAIT!!
- Julia (10/5): Amazing customer service! -
- Richard (10/5): - The owner, Dea, upgraded our stay to one of the private chalets which is newly renovated. Very comfortable and plenty of space.
- Leonora (9/5): -
- Allan (10/5): - The owner was very helpful
- 25elsan (10/5): Great three nights - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer. The location was great, close to Waterton National Park and and Montana border.
- Caridad (10/5): - Pleasantly surprised with Private cabin #2. Very spacious. Nice kitchen, eating and lounging area. Bedroom in separate room and good size bathroom. We made coffee and very morning and had light breakfast but kitchen is equipped with pots, utensils, dishes and appliances for those that wish to cook. This was our base camp while visiting Waterton and Glacier National
Park. Registration was great, followed lady to our cabin
- Els (8/5): Prima adres voor kort verblijf. - Goed bereikbaar en gratis parkeren.Vriendelijke ontvangst. Ruime kamer met apart keukentje. Goed bed.
Restaurant aanwezig. Geen stoelen in de kamer.
