• Salvatore (9/5): Location pratica, stanza comoda e pulita. - Ho apprezzato moltissimo la comoda posizione, veramente vicina alla stazione ma in una strada tranquilla, ha facilitato molto i miei spostamenti. Essendo arrivato fuori dagli orari previsti dalla struttura ho dovuto effettuare il self check-in, e il procedimento, guidato passo passo telefonicamente dal proprietario, è stato semplicissimo e quasi divertente; un po' scomodo poter usare solo contanti per la procedura (se invece è presente l'host si può pagare con carta), ma la struttura lo comunica con dovuto anticipo quindi ci si può organizzare. Molto ingegnosi i meccanismi per effettuare il tutto, costruiti a mano e molto intuitivi! Per motivi di salute, durante le giornate sono dovuto stare in camera per più tempo del previsto e ho avuto modo di apprezzarne i pregi: pulizia della stanza, comodità dei letti, silenziosità generale (salvo qualche suono dalle stanze accanto, ma è normale). Comodissimo il riscaldamento autonomo, il frigorifero e il wi-fi. Non un vero difetto, ma avrei apprezzato una coperta extra da poter aggiungere alla mia, però va detto che non era inverno e inoltre non ne ho fatto richiesta all'host, che probabilmente mi avrebbe aiutato senza problemi. Sarebbe stato comodo anche un asciugamani in più. Un po' rumorosa la caldaia quando si attiva. Infine, il prezzo è stato un po' alto, ma va detto che ho pernottato in un periodo di grande richiesta dovuto ad un evento fieristico, e il costo era allineato a quello delle altre strutture (quindi questa critica è più al sistema ricettivo in generale).

• Veronica (8/5): Per soggiorni brevi tutto ok! - Location perfetta, pochi minuti dalla stazione treni e a 20 minuti di camminata dal centro di Bologna. Host "virtuale" ma molto gentile e preciso. Reperibile per qualsiasi cosa. Nelle vicinanze c'è un mercato dove la sera puoi sederti a mangiare e bere, sembrava molto carino. Ho soggiornato ad aprile e per fortuna il tempo era dalla nostra parte. Durante la sera abbiamo acceso la stufetta in dotazione perché non c'è possibilità di aumentare la temperatura della stanza. Se la temperatura esterna fosse stata più bassa forse sarebbe stato un problema. Il quartiere apparentemente è tranquillo, ma si trova comunque vicino alla stazione quindi gli occhi sempre aperti. Non consiglio di rientrare la sera tardi da soli. Frutta al mercato poco distante molto cara! Da preferire il supermercato

• Kamil (5/5): - Blisko targów Cosmoprof. Czysta pościel na łóżku. Mieszkanie do remontu, stare wykończenie z lat 90-tych. Brak: chociażby czajnika do wody, kubków, noży, widelców, talerzy. Łazienka czysta, ale wyglądała jak w szpitalu, wszystkie półki luźne.

• Maryrose (7/5): Ad un tiro dalla stazione. - Camera pulita e vicino alla stazione. Arredamento antiquato e letto troppo morbido.

Stanza funzionale, calda (autonomia nella scelta della temperatura interna). Bagno comodo e spazioso. Zero contatti con esseri umani. Il che, in certi casi, può anche costituire un vantaggio 😅 Il titolare gentile, efficiente e per nulla invadente. Unico appunto: rigidità oraria per fruire della prima colazione. Alle 9 eravamo già fuori per viverci le mille esperienze che la città offre. Ultimo giorno, prima del check out, siamo riusciti a consumarla. Viene servita in camera da una signora discreta e gentile. Ottimo cornetto e delizioso cappuccino. Praticamente non abbiamo nulla di negativo da scrivere. Torneremo. Saluti al signor Mirko!

• Silvia (7/5): Buono - La famiglia che lo gestisce è gentilissima e molto disponibile, la posizione è perfetta in quanto è distante veramente 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione . La stanza era pulita. C’è solo un problema ovvero il freddo nella stanza, è veramente troppo fredda, non si riesce a dormire per il freddo. Loro danno in dotazione anche una “stufetta” ma purtroppo non è abbastanza, inoltre la posizione si è perfetta, ma la zona non è delle migliori

• FABIO (8/5): - B&B vicino alla stazione centrale e in quartiere apparentemente tranquillo. Molto disponibile il proprietario che ci ha aiutato a fare il check in e ci ha assicurato di essere reperibile per qualsiasi esigenza. La camera, con bagno privato, non è di grandi pretese ma ha tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Il pagamento al momento del check in va fatto esclusivamente in contanti ma il proprietario ce lo aveva espressamente comunicato il giorno prima e con la sua guida al telefono è stato semplicissimo farlo. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ma utilizzato un bar nelle immediate vicinanze.

• Claudio (6/5): Resistenza - B&B hope è una palazzina dotata di numerose stanze alla quale si accede tramite un sistema di check in automatico. È situato in un quartiere molto particolare di Bologna, comodo ma poco consigliato per le famiglie. Le stanze sono pulite e la direzione è sempre disponibile e reperibile al telefono. La struttura è molto vecchia e necessiterebbe di interventi di ristrutturazione interna.

Il prezzo è abbastanza alto, anche perché non si tratta di un b&b, è solo affitto di una stanza, essendo la colazione da pagare a parte e servita solo dopo le 9. Altro punto negativo è che è ammesso solo pagamento in contanti
• Aleksandr (8/5): - Замечательный по цена/качество номер, расположен в 5 минутах от железнодорожного вокзала Болоньи, приветливый персонал, просторный номер и отличная ванная комната. - в номере очень темно, всего одна тусклая лампочка на всю комнату - окна выходят на шумную улицу не спящую даже в 3 утра - карточка не работала при входе в отель, но персонал оперативно пускал меня внутрь.

Consigliamo assolutamente questo B&B a chi cerca una sistemazione comoda, tranquilla e ben gestita nel cuore di Bologna. A pochi passi dalla stazione di Bologna Centrale. La posizione è comodissima per chi arriva in treno e vuole esplorare la città senza bisogno dell’auto.

• Lye (3/5): My stay started and ended on an unhappy note. - Did not have breakfast so not applicable. The owner messaged me late in the evening before we left for the airport that they preferred payment in cash. This late request cost me more because I could only get the cash by using the exchange at the airport which is a much poorer rate. I think we should be compensated for this extra cost in view of this, plus our experiences shown below. The shower doors were loose. They keep opening so we had to hold the shower rail to face the wall to prevent water from wetting the bathroom floor. There were no shower gel or shampoo gel from day one of our stay. The containers were empty. Fortunately, I brought a small bar of soap. My request for shower and shampoo gel was acknowledged and the gels will be provided the next morning, but this was not done. I had to call the owner at night on our return to replenish the gels on the last night of our stay. Whilst on the phone call, we were wrongly accused of washing our clothes in the room. Despite repeatedly telling them we have not been doing our laundry as accused they kept telling us off. The owner's husband did eventually apologise when he came to replenish our shower gels. It was another room's guests who have washed their clothes. I was upset and angry at being told off for something we had not done. I hate being accused of something I have not done. They should be sure of their facts. What other guests do has nothing to do with us.
• Audrey (3/5): Would never recommend it unless they improve service and facility. - There was to be an optional breakfast but there wasn't. No one ever at reception. It' s cell phone only to check in. Had to ask a stranger to phone for us. We were told by Booking.com.com what our total charge would be including taxes but the hotel required E25 more than the set price before we could even get in the room. Maitenance is terrible...baseboard fell off, knob to hold towels in bathroom missing , bedside light was useless. Will never recomend this place. Everything above. Didn't like anything except it was a room with a bed and bathroom.
• Poy (9/5): Enjoyed my stay - 10 minutes flat walk from train station. Large big room. Nice interior design. Well maintained. Problem getting in because the card entry failed. Had to call the owner. He open door remotely but I was not aware and thought he was coming personally and waited for 15 minutes. No elevator but staff help carry our luggage up. Friendly staff. Had to ask for kettle and extra soap.

• Iona (3/5): I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here - the experience was unfriendly, unsafe and I couldn’t wait to leave - Not much to like - quick walk to train station The area was not nice - no good cafes and felt distinctly unsafe as a solo woman. Very dirty. Room smelt of stale smoke which they then sorted for night two. Bathroom had pubes and hair on sink, wall and in shower. Pay on cash on arrival and no interaction with owners - some dodgy and un- nerving big brother experience. I was made to feel incredibly unwelcome and scared.

The B&B is conveniently located near the train station and bus stop from which I could easily reach both the Exhibition Center and the historic center. The room was a little cold. The electric stove was not enough to heat it; of course, I could not leave it on at night.

The checkin was awkward with at least three cameras. I have to say that I arrived around 9pm so no personal checkin was possible. However, payment only cash… The beds could get an upgrade.
