- Aaryan (7/5): - I like the room cleanliness and the bed + sheets were too comfortable In the morning, we had to warm up the food and eat but microwave wasn't working. It was broken actually so we couldn't eat there
- Hardeep (10/5): -
- Hugel (4/5): Ok but not amazing. Good enough for one night. - Location was perfect for our event. It was not as clean as it could be and the bedding had long hairs and the pillow cases didn’t fit the pillows. The pillows were very flat and stained. See above
- Malachi (8/5): -
- jass (1/5): bad - bad bad
- Jaura (2/5): Horrible. Will never do it again. - Nothing It was the most horrible hotel/motel ive ever stayed in. Dirty bedsheets with hair on them. Cockroaches, stained bathtub, microwave full of dried up boiled food/coffee. The door opened by itself in middle of night and I ran to close it. Very scary. TV didnt work properly, when it did, some murder series were playing. All in all, waste of money. Would not reccomend or stay there ever. Rather sleep in your car and use public restrooms than staying at Cedar Springs.

- Skakum (1/5): Worst stay EVER!!!! - Nothing Stairs to upper level of rooms icy, snowy and unkept. The water stopped half way through my shower. Had to use bottled water to brush our teeth before leaving due to water stoppage. Dust caked onto the night stands. We had to use own pillows as the motels were dirty, as well as the bedding. Unpleasant staff. Worst stay in our lives. Also had to kill a big spider that came out of the air conditioner, and the room was way too hot and couldn’t control the temperature. Cigarette butts and weed roaches all over the upper deck of the motel by our room door. Place was filthy as hell.
- Samuela (4/5): -
- Persaud (5/5): - Location and price. Stains on sheets, dirt pillows, room was cold, comforter has cigarette burns.
- Kaisie (1/5): -
- Kaisie (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE. The worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. - Nothing. Everything. The check in lady was rude, our room door didn’t close all the way, there was no heat in the room, the toilet didn’t flush and there was hairs and dirt everywhere. We left at midnight because we were so uncomfortable.
- Tanvir (1/5): -
- Marietta (1/5): -
- Joanne (2/5): This place is awful - Nothing It was disgustingly dirty… if I wasn’t 2 1/2 hrs from home I would have left right away
I’ve stayed at some bad motels in my life but this one was the 100% worst one
I like to see good but there wasn’t one good thing
- Rolando (10/5): Nice and good - Need a clean properly the room after using your customer, thank you I like the place most probably in back
- Eric (3/5): never again - Fridge was clean. Sink was clean. Floor was clean. Obviously I don't go to a roadside motel for five star experience but there has to be some level of quality for running a motel business of any kind. Walls were stained, bathtub did not drain. One towel and floor mat but no other hand towels or face clothes. They may have wished they put a fitted sheet on the bed because the sheet pulled off and in the morning I saw the horrid state of the mattress cover. Bedding above that was perfectly clean and comfortable but you gotta call it a day on something that stained. Again a few wear and tear markings but that was a crime scene. Fortunately too I only saw it in the morning. Floor of room was very clean. Staff were friendly. No phone in room. Didn't use TV. Door only had handle lock no dead bolt or chain or anything secondary. The fit of the door in the frame makes me think this is a place to avoid in winter. Hopefully they add heavier blankets by that season.

- David (1/5): Not satisfactory??? - Not much !!! I had to sleep with a heavy long sleeve shirt on . Fold over the bed covers to double them to stay warm . Air conditioning unit was right above my head and cold air was seeping in all night with the wind . They took a $50 room deposit and asked for cash , I put it on my credit card and lucky I did as I left the motel at 7:45 am and no one was in the office to return key . If I had left a $50 cash deposit I would have lost it as the office did not open until after 9 am . They called my personal phone at approximately 11:30 to ask when I was leaving and I told them I left at 7:45 and left the key in the room !!!
They had 2 phone numbers on the office door , yet no one answered ???
- Sheila (4/5): The location served it's purpose. - There was a breakfast?? (that was the prompting question.) The little soap and shampoo were nice. The rooms were very outdated and had a stale odor. There were two of us staying and the room only had one towel. There was no ice machine available
- leeland (10/5): Had a great stay. Everything was clean and worked properly. - Was very clean everything worked great. The vending machines didnt work
- Debbie (8/5): - I like the privacy there
- Noor (8/5): -
- Carlos (10/5): -
- Deborah (7/5): -
- Amy (1/5): Just don't go there - The location from the event we were at. It was filthy. We had bugs in our bed. The windows and floorboards were filthy.
- Tanvir (4/5): -
- Mike (7/5): -
- Komalpreet Kaur (6/5): -
- Gagandeep (5/5): - Location Not clean and they gave us freezing cold room, took all night to warm up
- van Oudenaren (6/5): Welcoming staff, warm room, needs more basic amenities. - Warm room. Least expensive in the area. Water was cold, luke warm after running tap for a long time, drinking cups needed, bath towel for floor needed, curtain needed in second bedroom as outdoor light streams through all night, winter boots need a boot tray or water goes everywhere. Winter coats need coat hooks or coat rack instead of draping them on round table and chairs. Keep outdoor stairs clean and clear of snow.
- Javiera (1/5): -
- Sangha (1/5): -
- Lexi (1/5): -
- Lindsey (1/5): Worst place ever - Nothing Everything! It was so gross & freezing cold (due to the outside door not d?sealing) we checked out and left under an hour
- Nitasha (1/5): -
- Catherine (6/5): Great value, easy locale - Great value for a room to sleep. Close to where we needed to be. Cigarette burns on the bed spread. Double beds are small, queen would have been nicer. Having coffee available or to make in the rooms or from front desk at check out would enhance the stay.

- Mark (7/5): - The bed mattress was very comfortable. The facility was quiet and restful.
- Patrick (1/5): -
- McLaughlin (1/5): Do Not Stay Here - The only thing positive I can say is the bed was comfortable The place was run down, dirty, zero amenities. No place to hang clothes, no mirror in the bathroom, no plastic cups for water, the place smelled musty, very little lights. The staff were unfriendly and not helpful.
- Natasha (10/5): -
- Gurwinder (10/5): - Good
- Tharun (6/5): - Beds are not good
- Harshdeep (6/5): - Ok
- Jozsef (6/5): - The motel was easy to find. Check-in was fast. The room and bed linen was clean, not worn out. The bathroom was recently renovated. There was a refrigerator and a microwave oven for use.
- JEAN G (2/5): - Run down
- Kirk (10/5): Always a good stay cost efficient - Close
- Jeffrey (6/5): - Decent place for a sleep. But you are stranded in the middle of nowhere so if you don’t have a car you’re reliant on food deliveries as there is no restaurant on site. You get for what you pay for. Also the showers have weak pressure and the heat is on mild so no hot shower for too long.
- Richard (8/5): - Very nice and clean
- rena (4/5): - This is the only photo I have, but it is enough to tell you what the rest of the room looks like. It's a cheap place only an hour outside of Toronto, but it's ridiculously overpriced for the quality of stay. Save yourself the discomfort and pay a bit more to stay somewhere else.
- Shallyn (2/5): - While acknowledging the value proposition, the delivered experience fell very short of expectations. Spent almost 5 minutues waiting for someone to come down for the reception. Then told "your check in is 3" when i sent email with zero responce a week prior that id be arriving early. Then they proceeded to hand a key.
Upon arrival in room, a damaged wall near the door was observed. Further inspection revealed multiple womens hair on the comforter and linens, necessitating the purchase of a replacement blanket as we would not sleep under them.
The following two mornings, a cold shower was experienced after a ten-minute wait.
Additionally, the one faucet tap in the sink near the refrigerator was non-functional.
Before leaving, additional hair was discovered on the bed when i removed the conforter for a final check, indicating that the linens were not changed.
Consequently, this establishment will not be recommended, and future stays is not anticipated.
- Aslam (5/5): Place is like hostel - Good for sleeping Not even a single water bottle provided in the room, no cofee etc.
- Giulio (10/5): - Good price and free wifi and parking.
- Mandy (6/5): - It was a place to stay
- Kelsey (2/5): - Rooms online were 110 plus taxes, so comes up to 122 roughly. I called the guy at the main office and he stated 130. But when I went to pay it was suddenly $146? I get into the room and its NOT CLEANED. The pillows have prints and the sheets are dirty, shower curtain has a big mark going down it, and the tub is not clean. Im very discouraged with my stay.
- Zack (6/5): -
- Krzysztof (3/5): -
- David (7/5): -
- Geoffrey (8/5): - Nice area to stay
- rebecca (2/5): - Stains on the mattress, stains on the ceiling, drain clogged with hair, flies buzzing around the room. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable. I even overheard my neighbour yelling about the state of his room so I know it's not just my room.
- Brian (6/5): - This was an alternative to sleeping in a tent, so the expectation was low. It satisfied the requirement. Nothing seriously wrong with the room, but, no Telus phone service, TV struggled to keep with the cable network on Tubi, had to run hot water for 4 or 5 minutes to heat up for a shower. The room had a fridge, but no glasses for water, no closet or hooks to hang anything.
Table and chairs were comfortable, mattress and bedding no complaints.
The front desk reception was difficult. I asked for a room bill and was told I could only receive on email. Room rate was not as expected despite booking with Expedia. We were told there was WiFi available but were not offered anyway to connect to it. When I went back to the office, the outside door was lock and there was a sign on the window saying, "ring the bell," that was on the wall inside the locked lobby.
Coffee station in the lobby was inaccessible in the morning as the door was still locked both days. (Suggest we could call the "emergency number" but would have had to drive 4 kms to town to get cell service.
Keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed.

- Shiraz (2/5): - The guy claiming hunself to be the Manager, Simran has been very rude, declined my servuce dog inspite havung a letter from my doctor and made me pay $30 a night for my SD. Any complains or concerns i made, he ssid it was all my fault, i was lying and its my responsibility even though he kept making excuses for everything. Threatened to cancel my booking. Not even an apology, just excuses. Himself and his wife were not on the same page about any management. He said one thing, she said another. When confronted, again blames and excuses were thrown at me. Wouldn't accept my resquest to clean my room saying it can only be done once in 4 stays! Refused to speak with anyone above him. I had to feed my dog in the parking lot due to him taking over an hour to resolve the issue after threatening to cancel my booking. I booked for 3 nights a supreme king room, 1st night I was forced to take a queen room for which the stairs were unsafe, the light switch in the room didnt work. There was a telly but nowhere to sit to watch. Cables sticking out of the wall. The king room we mived to the next day, fridge was leaking. Bathroom needed a big time uodate as everything was falling apart. And the list goes on. However, the worst was how he treated his customers including myself.
- Ismajl (2/5): - Nothing to like! It was so dirty, that it was unsafe to live in. We left that night, could not sleep. Asked for refund for 2 other nights, and smart watch that we forgot, still no answer. We booked for 3 nights.
- Marc (2/5): - Rien Mal propre
Le bain plain de crasse
- Greg (6/5): - Unfortunately this place has poor internet service. I used my own data. Very soft bed. For back problems not the best. No mirror in the bathroom? Why? The mirror was outside so I shaved using that with poor lighting. It was fairly clean. Noisy from the highway. Anyway I give it a 5 out of 10
- Cindy (9/5): Very good - Close to where we had to be All good
- Christine (2/5): - I would not go back or recommend anyone go there.
- Howard (8/5): -
- Mathilde (4/5): - They need to fix their bath tape and water problem in the morning
- Simran (10/5): - Good
- Rick (4/5): - They do not clean..
I have been directed to so called cleaner room but the two weeks I have stayed the rooms are quite horribly dirty..
Other than that it would be great for the money…
No excuse for filth
- ernst (1/5): Terrible - Nothing Nothing sheets . No towels.no place to hang your clothes. Smelly.
- morrison (1/5): Very dirty rooms - Location was nice, clean and quiet. They didnt check the rooms before check in. Room was dirty. They wanted us to wait while they had it cleaned.
- Syl (2/5): - No wash cloth. Only 1 for 2 people. Unworking air conditioner.had to ask for towels the next day as rooms aren’t cleaned until checkout. Outside door is many cobwebs and cigarette butts in front of door.
- Wayne (2/5): - They are the most disgusting people I have ever met. They’re not from this country and the room that I was standing in was filthy. The floors were dirty. I’ll never stay at this place again. I’m gonna have them charged with fraud
- Vania (2/5): - The room reeked of cigarettes, the staff was unfriendly and uncommunicative. When we tried to check out no one was there and they later claimed they open an hour later than all of the signs and websites say. Asked for a partial refund since we didnt feel safe staying another night and had already paid for it and they didnt even bother responding.
- Timothy (8/5): - Close to my destination the next day, quiet
- Wayne (6/5): - It was OK for the price
- Patsy (1/5): Don’t go to this house of horrors - This place should be shut down. It was disgusting. Holes in the windows i could clearly see the outside. Ac was antique and extremely loud and full of mold.
The door was hanging on by a thread! Has been kicked in multiple times. I was scared for our safety!
The bathrooms were so gross we couldn’t use the showers, definitely can’t take your shoes off to relax at this place!
It was filthy in every way.
Strongly suggest you get a tent and use an outhouse over this place.
On a scale of 1-10 I’d give it a negative 20!!! Better question, what did you like? - absolutely nothing here was ok.
- Joseph (3/5): - Room was not clean and smelled like cigarette smoke,
- JOSEPH (2/5): - I couldn’t stay there so we left. We canceled it. The place is so dirty
