• małgosia xd xd (10/5): - Bardzo ładny i czysty hotel. Bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta Pani która przygotowywała i podawała śniadania zresztą przepyszne. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, cicha i spokojna okolica. Pan w recepcji gdy zapytałam czy mogę pożyczyć parasolkę zgodził się z uwagą że jest ona do zwrotu. Nie było to miłe poczułam się tak jakbym co najmniej chciała ją ukraść.

• J (10/5): Great choice - Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was good near the centre of the town The hotel was very clean and our room was lovely. We had breakfast on two days. The lovely ladies on both mornings were so friendly. The choice was very good and freshly prepared. I also saw that the hotel is very positive towards cyclists eg dedicated cycle storage and cleaning area. There was nothing to dislike here.
• Eugenio (9/5): - Molto vicino al parco terme. Interessante la scelta di esporre quadri di giovani artisti nella sala colazione. Colazione super. Come molti altri piccoli alberghi vicino al centro, anche questo non dispone di un parcheggio proprio. Bisogna però dire che in questo caso il parcheggio gratuito P2 (Marconi) è a meno di 10 minuti, senza bisogno di mettere la macchina a pagamento sulla strada.

Zum Frühstück gab es alles was das Herz begehrt und es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Bad ist sehr modern eingerichtet und gepflegt. nichts

• Marion (10/5): Ein Volltreffer - Dieses Haus ist ein Volltreffer. Wir haben circa 10 Minuten vor Checkin gebucht. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und uns wurde kostenlos ein Upgrade zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer ist groß, stilvoll und mit Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet. Parksituation war für uns unerheblich, da wir mit dem Rad reisen und es hier einen perfekten Rad Abstellraum gibt. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, das Bad großzügig,modern. Absolut überrascht hat uns das Frühstück mit frisch gemachten Eier Speisen, Wurst und Käse am Tisch. Serviert von einer sehr freundlichen Dame. In diesem Haus wird auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet. Das finden wir besonders schön. Absolute Weiterempfehlung

• 358kimberleyf (10/5): Wonderful hotel, fabulous staff - Wowsers! A hotel and a half! Fabulous location with a 5 minute walk to the centre, rooms are large and absolutely immaculate. The bathrooms are large and the 'disco showers' powerful and a delight to get clean in. Beds are so comfortable you don't want to get out of it in a morning! Now, breakfast, yummy and scrumptious and freshly cooked each morning by Barbara who is so lovely. There are also buffet items to choose from so you will eat like a king. The staff are so lovely and make your experience a fabulous one, many thanks to Carlo and Barbara for being so welcoming. The atmosphere in the hotel is one of a kind, warm and welcoming and the honesty bar is lovely. Fresh water is available (still and sparkling) for you to refill your kettle each day free of charge and the hotel in itself is great value for money. All in all, one of the best hotels I have ever been in thanks to the staff and the care they take to make you feel so welcome.

Per me il calore dell’accoglienza vale più di tutto! Nulla, l’unica cosa posso solo suggerire di allungare di un’ora il check out (magari è possibile farlo… non l’ho chiesto)

• Cinzia (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato qui in occasione del Lucca Comics & Games 2025, è stato un ottimo punto di appoggio per raggiungere la manifestazione in auto in una mezz'oretta. La suite tripla era molto spaziosa e la doccia aveva illuminazione colorata. La colazione era ottima (e la ragazza addetta è stata gentilissima!), con prodotti freschi e alcune opzioni dolci o salate preparate al momento; la posizione dell'hotel è molto centrale, c'è un grande parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri di distanza.

Montecatini is a lovely quiet town, with some nice places to eat. You can get the Funicular up to Montecatini Alto, which is on top of a mountain. Very old town, with some bars and restaurants. SmArt Hotel Bartolini, is a nice quiet hotel, just a short walk from the main square. The staff are all so nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was changed and cleaned every day to a very high standard, with fresh towels too. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay, with a special shout out to Barbara for the lovely breakfasts every morning with a smile 😁 A great stay and hope to see you all again! Rm 106

• Yada2230 (7/5): Montecatini Terme - We were after a location that is close enough to visit Florence, Pisa and Cinque Terre. Montecatini Terme has surely served the purpose. Credit goes to Carlo and Barbara who are ever so nice and accommodating. They surely added value to our stay! Montecatini Terme is pretty but to an extent I felt that am living in the 90s. Hotels and ambience feel dated.

• 503elainec (10/5): Smart and Friendly hotel - This hotel is fabulously positioned for the centre of Montecatini Terme and only a few minutes walk away from the railway station....the link to many of the beautiful cities in Tuscany. Nearby is an absolutely gorgeous park with many things to discover including a breathtaking spa building. There is a a large free carpark a short walk from the hotel for those exploring by road, and it's not too far to the funicular on foot which takes you to the magical old town of Montecatini Alto. The hotel itself is modern, stylish and clean throughout and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spotless and comfortable with plenty of storage for clothing. The bathroom was up to date and toiletries were included. Housekeeping was done on a daily basis. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom. During our stay we were made to feel very welcome and at ease there. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast was very good and pleasantly served with a smile every morning. The menu is varied to accommodate many tastes and includes a Tuscan Breakfast with cooked meats, local cheeses and cannelli beans served with Tuscan saltless bread. All absolutely delicious! They don't do evening meals but there are plenty of choices to eat out so not required.

• Gabor (10/5): Absolutely recommended! - This is my third time in SmArt Hotel Bartolini, and I will be back for sure. I love to go back to the wonderfull Montecatini Terme and each time I visit this lovely place I stay in this hotel. I can only repeat myself but I keep repeating it with pleasure. This is the third time in the same room, which is allways clean and tidy. My window opens to Via Felice Cavallotti where a lot of nice hotels are located. Yes it is a little bit loud but the window is soundproof, so you can close the noise out. On the other hand you can sit in front of the hotel in the chairs, talk to other guests of the hotel or anyone on the street. It is Italy after all. :) Piazza del Popolo - the main square - is like 5 minutes away. Tons of cheaper and more exclusive restaurants are in walking distance. Carlo will help you to pick the best for your needs. Train station, grocery store, pharmacy, etc whatever you need is there. Perfect place to visit Firenze, Bologna, Lucca, Pisa, Siena mentioning only the larger towns. If you like hiking and biking, there are a lot of trails you can find in this area. Absolutely recommended! There is nothing I can tell.

Camera noastra a fost spatioasa, amenajata frumos, cu o baie moderna si bine utilata. Curatenia s-a facut zilnic, iar personalul a fost foarte amabil, prietenos si ne-a oferit o multime de informatii utile. Am apreciat de asemenea micul dejun, care a fost variat si gustos. Ne-am intoarce oricand cu placere. Ar fi util sa existe si papuci de unica folosinta in camera.

The breakfast staff was always happy and delivered great food. The front desk helped with ride to the airport and always had a smile on and greeted us in Italian on our way back to the room.
