• Etienne (2/5): Manque d'insonorisation - Tres Proche de la gare et proche de l'aéroport ainsi que de l'esplanade de la tour de pise (20min a pied) Hôtel tres bruyants. Pas insonorisé. Toilette a l'extérieur de la chambre( indiqué sur l'annonce mais trop discret)

I wanted my money back since I am a student. I was trying to get it for 2 months and ofcourse nothing happened. So.. Cooperation is very bad. I went to the hotel a couple of times and the manager is never there so I don't know what is happening with this hotel, but things no good

• Cliona (3/5): Basically a hostel without kitchen facilities. Good location - Clean, able to leave bags for a few hours the morning of check out. A lot of scented cleaner in the room, made it uncomfortable. Sheets felt slightly damp.

• Geraldine (1/5): Senza parole.. - Non sono mai entrata a soggiornare, perché alle 22.40 mi sono trovata con una prenotazione che alla fine era cancellata, senza preavviso pur avendo contattato tramite Booking la struttura indicando l orario di arrivo, ho provato anche a chiamare e invece di dirmi che la prenotazione era stata cancellata hanno spento il cellulare, di cui ho dovuto soggiornare nell hotel accanto, che grazie al cielo c’era una stanza libera… altrimenti potevo rimanere in giro in piena Pasqua, dove tutti gli hotel erano strapieni.. di cui ho saputo che non è la prima volta che l ho fanno ma l avevano fatto ad altre persone un giorno prima di me…

• Venexiana (1/5): Expérience pour être SDF - Rien inexistant vide sombre catastrophique Nous avons réservé l’hôtel avec une arrivée prévue entre 23h et 00h. Après avoir répondu à l’hôtel par message de l’heure d’arrivée nous n’avons plus eu aucune réponse cela malgré les nombreux messages ainsi qu’appels sans réponse jusqu’à l’heure d’aujourd’hui. Tout ça en ayant déjà payer la chambre. À fuir si vous voulez pas finir sdf le temps d’une soirée.

• Alison (10/5): Short break with family - The hotel is situated in the vicinity of the Pisa Centrale railway station. We arrived early in the morning (9am,and check in is officially 3pm), but the hotel were very accommodating. Although the room was not ready, we were given access to it, to leave our luggage. On our return, we found the room and facilities spotless. The bed was very comfortable and we had no issues with hot and cold water as some guests did. The staff were on site in the morning and also around lunchtime to deal with any issues. A telephone number was also provided in case of more urgent matters. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Yes there was some noise, which to be fair the hotel cannot control, however, this did not prevent us from having a restful night. My only "issue" as such was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities. Again there is a coffee shop located round the corner, so was not a major drama.

• Carola (7/5): la struttura ha soddisfatto le aspettative. - l'hotel è in una posizione comodissima, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Pisa Centrale. io sono arrivata all'1 di notte, da sola, e non ho avuto alcun problema. la struttura mi ha contattata per darmi le indicazioni su come entrare nonostante la reception fosse chiusa. la stanza era molto pulita, così come era impeccabile il bagno, nonostante fosse in condivisione. in generale è stata un'esperienza positiva. nonostante la pulizia a vista, la stanza aveva un odore sgradevole di chiuso. pur capendo che Pisa sia una città turistica, ritengo il prezzo per un pernottamento un po' troppo alto.
• Kristyna (1/5): - The worst experience!!! When I arrived the room had obvious MOLD and a really bad smell, making it unacceptable to stay. The staff refused to properly address the issue and didn’t offer any alternative room or accommodation. They clearly promised a full refund — but to this day, nothing has been refunded and no one has responded to my complaint. Unreliable service and zero follow-up. I would not recommend this place.

• Cristina (3/5): Assolutamente da non rifare - La vicinanza alla stazione e aver potuto lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out, la camera e il bagno erano puliti Materasso totalmente affossato al centro, impossibile dormirci. Cuscini bassissimi. Non sono stati forniti gli asciugamani per il bidet. Rumorosità interna durante la notte e la mattina presto, ma soprattutto esterna, non e assolutamente insonorizzato si sentivano le persone parlare in strada, la musica, macchine continue e alle 6 di mattina di domenica sono passati a pulire con il soffiatore. Struttura datata. Finestre chiudono male. Porte chiudono male. Reception assente se non poche ore la mattina. Servizi da bagno pochissimi. Il bagno era senza termosifone, fortuna era caldo e non serviva. L acqua calda in doccia arrivava dopo tantissimo. Mancanza porta sapone in doccia. Nulla in bagno per appoggiare cose. Phon piccolissimo e senza potenza.

• Domenico (1/5): Come perdere clienti - Avevo una prenotazione dal 21 al 24 ma per motivi di lavoro ho potuto usufruire di una sola notte, alla mia richiesta di poter spostare le notti restanti mi è stato risposto un no categorico e che se avevo dei problemi avrei dovuto contattare la piattaforma booking perché loro erano piani quando da controlli effettuati loro hanno disponibilità per i giorni che avevo richiesto. Meglio cosi perché la struttura in foto si presenta bene ma non è così, dalle stanze si sentono tutti i rumori possibili ed immaginabili, il sifone del bagno gocciolava e la pulizia non era delle migliori

• Andres (5/5): Poco Agradable - La ubicación cerca de la estación de metro Nos asignaron una habitación en el primer piso, era muy frio y con niños fue complicado. Las camas sonaban por todo. No habia personal en recepción. No entraba señal de celular y aparte el Wifi no conectaba y no daba intenet.

• Giorgia Maria (8/5): Posizione a portata di treno! - Eccezionale la posizione molto facile da raggiungere: giusto fuori alla stazione di Pisa Centrale, e a un quarto d’ora circa dal centro. Il giorno del check out abbiamo potuto lasciare gli zaini dentro alla struttura, che poi abbiamo ripreso poco prima di avviarci alla stazione. La struttura è molto pulita, c’è sempre la signora a lavare i pavimenti. Ottima l’aria condizionata, che ha riscaldato la stanza in modo efficiente. Il mobilio era un po’ vecchiotto, diverso da come l’avevamo visto nelle foto. L’armadio in legno si apriva insieme al primo cassetto del mobile, di default XD Mancava uno scaldino in bagno e un poggia saponi in doccia.
