- antoine (2/5): - There was no hot water. The room was filthy. The bedsheets and towels were caked with dirt and some kind of yellow grime. When I pulled the bedcover, a roach ran across the headboard. I didn't even stay the two nights. I checked out as soon as I could.

Office wouldn’t give me supplies until the next day. I had to watch my car all night because ppl from the streets kept roaming around on the property other guess were constantly passing by my unit knowing my window was open transient woman was aggressive about me not given her what she was asking for such she had no pants on. Didn’t get any rest for the intended purposes

- Elizabeth (6/5): Not a Calgon Take me Away Room - I needed to rent a place for my son to stay for the weekend so he could rest. These photos are not an accurately representation of the room 115 that was given to me. It was a dirty, the wall paint was chipping on the right side of the bed, the picture hanging on that wall the glass was broken. The tv was not working with the remote given. The motel is located in a central area close to a lot of things.
- Doug (6/5): Adequate for a pit stop - Bed was clean and adequate. Sheets almost transparently thin. Two dilapidated armchairs and badly chipped floors. But it was a cheap place to sleep in the right location for my trip.
- Lela (2/5): - This INN was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I wanted to sleep in my car before laying on the bed. The blanket had cigarette holes in it, the sheets were dirty and not like it has a stain on it was filthy with hair strands and dirt. I couldn’t sleep in my car because at night it was so unsafe, people banging on the next door all night. The bath was dirty with dirt so were the towels again more than just a stain. We left a day early and just went home I was so uncomfortable sleeping there.

Shower curtain has black mold all over it, shower drain full of other guest soap chunks, linen old and stained, Tv didn’t work, writing and tagging all over walls, walls are very dirty,,night stands missing drawers, big gap under door had bugs coming in, front door was busted like someone had broke in to the room no phone. The picture online of the room was very deceiving looked nothing like it definitely didn’t feel safe will never stay here again they should be shut down

After hearing someone scream, "Help me!" it was very difficult to go back to sleep. Sat on the commode and almost fell over due to it not being securely attached to the floor. Bedspread had several tears and burn holes. However, the owner was pleasant, friendly and attentive.

But even then our new room had a huge red stain on the side of the bed, the pillows had a terrible smell, the shower curtain was disgustingly dirty, and the water would leak all over the floor while we showered.

There room looked like there was a fire that took place inside the phone was melted, the shower handle wasn’t even connected, the rod for the curtain of the shower was coming off. There the bathroom door had big cracks on it. The bed had hole in the blankets and the air filter in the air conditioning was filthy, filled with dry stuck gunk. The table looked burnt and the chairs were black when the sides show it supposed to be gray. However, the sheets were clean on the bed.

There was a non stop stench of people smoking pot all night long. The filters in the AC unit appeared to have never been cleaned before. They refused to give a copy of the folio at checkout.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Once was enough - Its so hard to find a smoking room and the photos looked lovely BUT it was in rough shape not the worst i've stayed in certainly not good though. There were no ashtrays? The room had graphetti on the walk and the mattress and pad had seen way better days. There was even a hole in the ceiling abd some one had taken the weave and stuffed it in it. My partner went to take a shower the drain was clogged and he pukked out a big wad of someone elses hair. I dropped my shoe under the bed so we pulled it out to get it and probably months of dirt and someones crayons. It did the job for what we wanted but i would not go there again for the price thry want its more on the 80.00 range
- Verified traveler (2/5): Crack Rock Inn - This was a very misleading hotel ! Absolutely nothing on how the pictures potrayed this place. At this point not sure I will use Hotels.com to book again. This is a crack hotel & definitely not safe for people with kids. My show curtain was gross looked like mold, There was graffiti on the broken mirror , holes on the bed coverings , writing on the tables just to mention a few things. I considered ditching the hotel & would've if all the other ones weren't jacked up to $300 a night. There were shady looking characters hanging around outside. Hotels.com you need to refund me !

Showered when we got there used there towels husband had told me eww I left poop on the towel and I told him I hadn’t even used the restroom let alone touch the towel . Pillow cases were dirty too . Basic tv bed was comfortable. But not clean . Also they have huge roaches my husband killed one .

- Ervin (2/5): no no no - This place was BAD. Within the first 10 min of being in the room i saw at least 4 roaches. On every wall, furniture, or appliance in that room there was some kind of gang related tagging. Other hotel guest were blasting there music on the parking lot, with no regards to pandemic protocol. I felt so unsafe being there that i had to leave, despite hotels.com not wanting to refund me my money.

- Hector (2/5): - The hotel appeared to be relatively well maintained on the outside but was rundown inside with burns in the chairs, bed, curtains and blankets. Microwave door handle was broken completely off, no deadbolt or alternative locks on the door for security, and room was dirty (q-tips and other debris I’m under the bed, hair and trash in the tub and throughout the bathroom. Worst of all was the threats and harassment while checking in and while in our room from local gang members. We abandoned our room within an hour of checkin for safety purposes.

I had to leave the hotel for a few hours because I couldn’t believe it. I woke up with bedbug bites! I will never be coming back. Didn’t look anything like the pictures the property has posted.

Looks nothing like the pictures on the app, as soon as we walked in we didn’t feel comfortable, dirty, weird smell, dirty carpet, broken glass on picture frames nasty place and to top it off when we moved the bed sheets we found little baby cockroaches. When we told the manager about it he was just like okay, I’ll give you another room. No thanks

Smelled like cigarette smoke but the room was a non-smoking one, when i told front desk they gave me febreeze for the problem. Bedsheets were no longer white, they were gray, with holes in the comforter.

It wasn’t clean at all Hand prints on head bored sheets were stained , drips / strains running down the wall , toilet wouldn’t flush it , handle was broken and the room smelt so nasty , gave me a headache right away . I talked to the office person and he was very polite about the situation and showed me 2 other room and let me pick the best one . The next room was ok way better then the first but for $100 a night I expected a lot better!!!!!

My mom smoking room had comforter that smelled like cigarettes and had a number or large burn holes.

The guy at the desk was nice but the property and the room was nasty. The box spring was dirty and the chairs and bed back board was torn up and old. It was a smoking room which was all they had available and I had to take it. It was hard to breathe due to the level of smoke saturation in the furniture.

There are a lot of fake 5 star reviews on other sites that try to boost the low average from the real 1 star reviews. -When we arrived I immediately killed a baby roach that was scurrying to find a place to hide. -The front door and the bathroom door are lopsided, leaving about an inch gap at the top. -Upon booking we had requested a non-smoking room, but were given a smoking room. -There were two mismatched pillows. -Bed sheet is so thin you could see the mattress through it. -The box spring looks like it was probably taken from an alley, it was filthy and falling apart. -I'm positive some of the rooms were being used by prostitutes, I heard a prostitute nextdoor yelling at her pimp around 4AM saying "I know I sucked his d!#k and I already gave you your $75." -There were cars coming and going and doors slamming all night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

- Verified traveler (8/5): Old but clean! - This hotel is just the basics. Nothing fancy, furniture could use a little updating, bed was clean and comfortable. The best part was the bathroom / shower was updated and very clean. Location is pretty close to the many Long Beach attractions and is an affordable hotel option. I stayed here on an event weekend. As all other hotels jacked up prices, this on was the most affordable. Once again you get what you pay for, and your not paying for frills here.
- Kim (2/5): Absolutely Disgusting - Wow! One of the most disgusting rooms I have ever encountered. The walls had dirt and grime all over them, and to top it off, BLOOD SPATTER that ran up the wall and onto the ceiling!! Are you kidding me?!?! The bathroom had mold in the shower and sink. The front door had a 1/2" gap all the way around that you could see through and DID NOT even have a way to deadbolt the door. Our permanent neighbor had piles of empty liquor and beer bottles, and was up all night with TV blaring. No other rooms available anywhere, and ended up going down the street to a CVS Pharmacy and buying our own blankets to use instead of the dirty, cigarette burned bedding. You could see the stains on the mattress under the sheets and stains under the pillowcases. Woke up the the "stains" bleeding through the mattress pad, and sheet.......... GROSS! Don't do it..

- Verified traveler (2/5): cheap dirty unsafe motel - Was disgusting! The towels has stains. The smell is aweful. Looks like a serial killer place. Very dirty. I left right away n didnt stay there n got refund of my money. Never ever think of going there

- Eric (2/5): Not to secure or safe feeling - The inside the room is nice but if not feel secure because for some reason my room is the only room in the whole place had all the rooms in the motel which did not have a deadbolt lock it was basically a bedroom door locks. All the other rooms head card key locks and everything - old school did cheap key bathroom lock I do not feel secure and I would like a refund
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't stay here. Ever. - This hotel was terrible, we showed up for check in and the room was not available. Our neighbor had just gotten out of prison as his wardrobe was from LA County. At that point we were afraid for our safety. The bathroom had graffiti and the check in attende could not speak or understand English. Within the first 5 minutes we decided to get another hotel.
- Verified traveler (2/5): STAY AWAY - Although being a smocking room (which seems to be the only option), the smell is still way too heavy. There are two bugs. Terrible pest control. There are dry blood stains on the wall!! Seems they don't even bother to clean. The bed sheets and towels are too dirty. I checked out the second day, didn't even bother to ask for a refund. Avoid this no matter how cheap it is.
- Arthur (4/5): Bigg Artt's review - The room was actually very large and the bed was suprisingly comfortable. Love the heart-shaped jacuzzi even thought I didnt use it. Things were not as clean as they should have been. There were some nice upgrades but also some stuff that should be thrown away. And the service was bad. At check in the lady asked me to sign the way my signature was on my license. My license is 8 yrs old. I barely look the same. At check-out time they called and I told them I was getting ready to leave. They came & knocked on the door 10 minutes later and the manager seemed to be going around knocking on people's doors and waiting for them to come out. That's rude and could really make someone mad!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Rocky..EW! - Stayed at a "non smoking" room, but when we entered it smelled like cigarettes, there were cigarette holes in our covers and shower curtain, overall cleanliness was not great. Not worth the price I payed for. Ice machine broken, only two worn out pillows, fridge doesn't work, my tequila was warm. TV control was slippery and sticky..EW! Dissatisfied.
