Friendly environment and a safe suburb to stay. Close to trains and only couple of stops to Terrmini station. Plenty of good food options only minutes walk away. Hmmm, all I can say is (Sml shower) but hot water is good.

• Tolotti (10/5): Ótima estadia, hotel muito bem localizado e localização segura. - O hotel é muito bem localizado, o quarto é como na descrição do site do Booking e a Angela, responsável pelo hotel, foi uma ótima anfitriã. O hotel em si é um andar dentro de um prédio, muito bem localizado, ao lado de uma estação de metrô e em um bairro bem localizado e seguro. O quarto em que ficamos tem ar-condicionado e banheiro privativo. A Angela ainda deixou no quarto água, café solúvel, balinhas e bolachas para nos receber. Ficamos completamente satisfeitos com nossa estadia e recomendamos sem ressalvas o local.

E non ultimo, Angela è simpatica, cordiale, ospitale, sempre disponibile e ben organizzata. Ti fa sentire a casa. Che dire, accorrete tranquilli senza pensieri! La posizione della stanza è strategica, linee di metro vicine, negozi necessari e locali "sotto casa". Alcuni monumenti famosi raggiungibili a piedi.

• Laura (10/5): - La habitación tenía un buen tamaño y resultó muy cómoda, al igual que el baño. Estaba bien amoblada. Teníamos frigobar y jarra eléctrica, además de tazas y vasos disponibles. El personal mantuvo la habilitación muy arreglada y tambien el cambio de toallas. Estaba un poco alejado del centro. Teníamos el Metro cerca, pero en esos dias hubo un problema y el metro no funcionó. Usamos buses, pero no nos sentimos muy seguros respecto a las salidas de noche, por los horarios de corte del servicio nocturno.

• Cristina (10/5): Todo perfecto, excepcional - Ángela, una anfitriona excepcional, nos trató súper bien desde el primer momento, nos decoró la casa por Pascua y nos dejó un detallito muy bueno en la habitación! El apartamento está situado a 20min andando del Coliseo, muy buena comunicación con bus y metro el cual está literalmente debajo de casa. Una maravilla y para repetir!

• Ruiz de Dios (8/5): - Ángela es una persona muy atenta y amable. En cualquier cosa que podía te ayudaba. La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. Cada día pasaba el servicio de limpieza. La ubicación excelente, ya que a pocos metros estaba la estación de metro y parada de bus. Los baños compartidos, pero la limpieza era extraordinaria, así que no fue un problema realmente significante para nuestra estancia.

Une chambre très propre ainsi que la salle de bain malgré le fait qu'elle soit partagée avec d'autres voyageurs. Très bonne situation géographique, le métro est à une minute à pieds, cela est très agréable ! Angela a été très accueillante et n'a cessé d'être aux petits soins avec nous. Je recommande.

• CHIHCHIEH (10/5): Accommodation review度ㄋ - The room is very spacious, and the metro station is right downstairs. It’s also very close to Roma Termini, which makes it super convenient. The host even provides cookies, water, and a bottle of juice, which is really thoughtful. As soon as you walk in, Angela warmly welcomes you, giving you a cozy, home-like feeling. It’s a very comfortable stay. There was construction downstairs starting at 8 a.m., which affected our sleep. However, it was related to the work downstairs and had nothing to do with our accommodation.

• Andreas (10/5): Drei tolle Tage in Bella Roma - Die Lage ist super, 10 min zu Fuß bis zum Colloseum. Also echt zentral. Das Apartment ist schön ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Angela, die Vermieterin ist super nett und in allen Belangen hilfsbereit. Parken um die Ecke super save und überwacht. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt… Danke Angela, wir werden dich sicher weiter empfehlen! Es gibt nichts zu meckern 👍🏼

The host Angela was extreamly nice and helpful, she let us check in earlier and leave our bags after we checked out until our flight.

The host lady was really kind, and gave us a warm welcome. She explained how we can visit all the places, recommended some restaurants. The room service was also good. They kept tea, coffee, candies and cookies and refilled it everyday! We really enjoyed our stay there! Would definitely recommend it.

Angela, the hostess is the best, always ready to help and provide everything and make you feel welcomed. • Iulian (10/5): Exceptional - The woman at the check-in was very friendly, everything was clean and calm, very close to the San Giovanni station and to the 3 bus line for any attractions. I have really enjoyed my stay The elevator was broken around half the time since the inner door wouldn't close, which might be an issue since its unpredictable and the rooms are quite a ways on the stairs.
