• AHMED (10/5): Perfect Stay. Reasonable Breakfast. - Very nice place for the price. People are very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast was OK, but might need more items and more frequent filling of items that run out. The street is so steep, so walking for elder people can be a bit challenging. The location is superb, close to the shopping area of Nisantasi. Rooms are nice and clean, but a bit small. Overall experience is so nice, considering that price is perfect.

Perfekte Lage, top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine ruhige Umgebung sorgen für einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind makellos sauber und gemütlich, nicht zuletzt dank der großartigen Arbeit von Özle Hanım. Ihr Frühstück, besonders die frischen Böreks, ist ein Highlight! Das Team an der Rezeption – allen voran Murat Bey, Hakan Bey und Erdinc Bey – macht den Aufenthalt mit Humor, Höflichkeit und Herzlichkeit unvergesslich. Ein familiengeführtes Hotel mit echter Gastfreundschaft – hier fühlt man sich sofort willkommen. Absolute Empfehlung, ich komme garantiert wieder!

• TheCuneyt (10/5): Medical visit - Hotel is clean, safe and quite. Rooms may not be as large as one would like them to be, but that's not a real issue (you're in one of Istanbul's most vibrant locations, what's the point of spending it in a room?). Front desk staff (Hakan and Ahmet) are polite, prompt and very helpful. Breakfast is basic/standard; nothing fancy but it includes pretty much everythign you'd expect in your brteakfast. For $50/day with two twin beds at this specific location, your stay won't get any better than this (you can certainly go for a fancier $150-200/day room elsewhere if that's what you're into).

• IasminaMinea (4/5): Second stay at Semsan was horrible - Came back for a week, this time with a toddler. I don't even know where to start..definetely not going back. We asked for a room change because the first we got was dirty. Second room was obly a little bit better, but we still cleaned it ourselves in order to be acceptable for a toddler. Sheets had holes, air conditioning did a crazy noise. Breakfast was not very good either.

I booked 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised. The location was really good, i was aiming fo sisli area, the hotel clean, staff nice and the food great. Defintely staying here again

(8/5): Goed hotel, naast ooglaser kliniek. - We kozen voor dit hotel omdat ik ging ooglaseren in het Istanbul Surtgery Hospital (via Alma Care), Goed hotel, mooie kamers, vriendelijke mensen en vlakbij het hospitaal. Ook niet ver van het stadscentrum (Taksim). Klein kwartier lopen maar vanwege een steile berg namen wij op de heenweg steeds de taxi.
