• Adrian (3/5): Disappointing for us who frequently use the accommodation services of the Ramada brand on most trips - Nothing lives up to the international standards of the Ramada by Windham brand!!! Unkempt staff, pitiful attitude when you file a complaint!!! Dinner charged with 30 Euro but the buffet was empty we were 3 people and we did not offer a piece of cake as a dessert to divide into 3 because they had no more !!! • Steve (5/5): Just OK - The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Attentive to the needs of our party especially in bar and restaurant areas The main concern was the room temperature, too warm and could not sleep due to heat. The window to fresh air did not work so I had poor sleep 2 nights. I reported the issue and the temperature was lowered for night 2 but still too warm and the temperature control was not operable by guest. I really need a good sleep to help my business.

• Arman (8/5): Friendly staff and clean. Great for a short business trip. - The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They accommodated us when we wanted to have dinner late at night and were very helpful with our questions. We used the small business centre for a few video calls which worked well. The hotel is far away from any type of public transport so you have to have a car or use taxi services. The biggest downside was the wifi. It was so slow that you can assume there is no wifi.

• Amark600 (10/5): Business in Istanbul - The hotel is luxurious and better than it was expected. The rooms are spacious, clean, warm, quiet and the room service perfect. The breakfast is very decent and in general is a very good hotel. It is not near the city center and if you want to move around you will definitely need a car. But for relax after a days work is perfect!

Very rude staff , not at all recommended. Everything , very bad staff , poor service, old not clean property , zero value for the money they have asked for . Property is not clean , the water heater n other appliances is all rusted , non hygiene

• Verified traveler (2/5): Haksız Ücret Talebi! - öncelikle ilk andan itibaren ilgisiz bir personal ile karşılaştık. Odayı önce 1 kişilik rezerve ettirdim fakat sonrasında misafirim 2 kişi kalmak istedik otel görevlisine ilettik. Bize hiçbir ek ücret çıkarmadı. Otelden çıkış yapılırken, ödemeye ek olarak 2500 tl ek ücret talep ettiler. Ben Hotels uygulamasından baktığımda 2 kişi ücreti yalnızca 1.000 tl fark ederken benden 2500 tl fark istediler. Üzerine ben fatura talep ettim ve bana 2500 tl ilave edilmeden fatura verdiler. Maalesef bu bir hırsızlık! Resmi olarak gösteremedikleri bir ücreti talep ediyorlar. Bir daha asla kalmam.

Der erste Tag beim frühstücken war es arschkalt, service war katastrophal sie haben da ein Wasserautomat der funktionierte ein Tag nicht also hatten die Leute beim frühstücken kein Wasser bekommen wenn man nicht nachgefragt hat das ist ja das mindeste das man paar Flaschen wasser raustellt ! Das erdre znd letzte mal !!!

• Tradvisorp (6/5): It is not a hotel to be preferred other than its location. Only the hotel's pizza is successful - It's no different from a hostel. There is nothing to do except park the car and sleep at night. I think Wyndham should check it from time to time. Out of 5 points, breakfast 2.5 points, contrary to what they claim, there is no pool 0 points, room cleanliness 3 points, TV 2 points, hospitality 4 points, employee honesty 3 points, room silence 3 points.

• Rebekah (2/5): - There was only ever about 4-5 people staying, the hotel staff were either pretending not to speak English, or they couldn't. We had to bring a friend who spoke Turkish with us to get help. The food was old/stale. We were so uncomfortable there that we had to leave early, and they refused to change our reservation even though Expedia approved it. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

• mordechaic2022 (2/5): Scam, Double charge without refund!!! - They double charged me, once they charged at check in and then again at check out, and it was for the full amount. Ok, mistakes can happen, but I've been waiting for a refund from them since March (almost 9 months!!!). They keep forwarding me from one department to another. Wouldn't recommend this again.

Plenty of charging points and a small work area. Bed not super comfortable. Room service was expensive as the restaurant was closed. A shuttle from the airport would be useful.

We had schallendes with the booking at the beginning and the receptionist was not able to find a n acceptable solution . Even if it was in the middle of the night , the director did arrive for us and organized an upgrade room . He did everything possible in order to satisfy us and excuse the first ( not so good ) experience we did Communication of the receptionist on that night was very poor - but the senior management / director it self was able to clarify the situation very professional

• Anonymous (1/5): Gave us a key for a occupied room and tried to scam us 5 days after. - Not one thing about this hotel was likeable it was absolutely terrible. I’m absolutely fuming, I’m going to give a quick overview of the stuff that traumatised me as I already spoke with customer service about this matter in detail. Firstly, I walked into the hotel being seriously understaffed and only having 1-2 staff, there was no bellboy or anyone to help us to the room and with our suitcases, there was a untrained staff member at the front desk that was gossiping about other customers in a very rude manner. The reception staff gave us a key to a occupied room and we went into a room with a man being completely naked. My family and I are absolutely traumatised I can’t believe something like this can happen. Both us and the man was completely in shock. After this occurrence, the staff took us to another 2-3 rooms that were occupied. After we left the hotel, approximately 5 days after, we get £290 taken out of our accounts, the hotel Denys this then after realising we are taking it seriously they decided to send the money back. After a while they ask for a new card details out of nowhere. This hotel has traumatised us and tried to scam us. It is completely unsafe and I would not recommend this hotel to no one.
