• María Fernanda (2/5): Experiencia nefasta - Pésimo!!! Nunca pudimos alojarnos. No nos atendieron y tuvimos que contratar otro hotel. Malísimo el comportamiento del alojamiento Termini Station Rooms. No lo contraten nunca.

Chegamos cedo em Roma, fomos até o endereço informado para tentar deixar as malas até o horário do check in, e não conseguimos falar com ninguém. É um BeB, portanto não tem recepção nem serviços de guarda bagagem, acabamos perdendo meio dia por conta disso. Tivemos também uma confusão com o endereço fornecido, e a Campanhia do lugar que não estava funcionando. Sorte que nesta viagem, eu estava com roaming e pude ligar para os telefones indicados. Senão fosse isso, teríamos passado um aperto. Enfim, passado o susto inicial, o quarto era amplo, com ar condicionado, confortável, bem localizado e com limpeza diária. Em resumo, foi uma grata surpresa

• Verified traveler (2/5): Close to the termini train station— only thing goi - I travel a lot and am pretty easy going but would not recommend this place. If you need a place 1 block from the train station just for the night—okay—expensive for such a seedy place but okay. Finding the office to get keys and get let in was very problematic and the place was not clean. Try for something else if you can.
• Sarah (2/5): Left us stranded at 22:00 on the side of the road! - The worst experience ever. After messaging twice to inform of arrival time (and no one answering the phone) we arrived to find the owner had double booked so two of our party were stranded without a place to stay. Not only that, but the owner was rude and accused us of lying about our booking. He seems to only care about bookings for larger parties. I didn't go inside myself so can't comment on the inside of the hotel, but the outside was shabby and I was told that it was dirty inside. This is the first time I've left a bad review on accommodation but I couldn't in all good conscience not leave a review. Hopefully I will save someone else the hardship that we suffered.
• Franco (2/5): Bad place with horrible management! - Stay away!!! This guy should not be in the hospitality industry. The website has a big lie: not only there is no 24 hours reception, there is no reception at all! If you scroll all the way down the page you find a small print that says that check in is 2pm to midnight, which completely contradicts the 24 hour reception statement. However it is unlikely that one would read that. My airplane landed late, the taxi driver was slow so I ended up arriving right after midnight. Everything was closed and nobody answered. I had to find a room at a different hotel in order not to spend the night in the street. The following morning I call Termini Station Rooms without even protesting and an incredibly rude guy attacks me yelling "you screwed up big time! You were not here by midnight!" (in Italian, I am Italian). He kept insulting and attacking me. Then he said "I will be there at 10 am, if you are not there at 10 you lose your reservation!", which is completely illegal because I had already paid in advance. I show up at 10 and the guy starts insulting me again. I eventually got my room at 4. The room was barren, squalid and sad, and so was the bathroom. The quality of the place is really low. Just next door (this is Via Cavour 57) in Via Cavour 47 there are at least 2 REAL hotels with 24/7 reception, Hotel Argentina and Hotel Marcantonio. These 2 places have much better quality of rooms and bathrooms, 24/7 concierge and breakfast included, for a lower price than Termini Station Rooms!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Close to train station, but without comfort - The only advantage is the location, close to the train station. When arriving to the address we had to move (carying the luggages) to another place since they had not rooms available.

La posizione è strategica in quanto permette di arrivare e spostarsi in Roma molto facilmente tra metro e autobus in partenza dalla stazione. Il proprietario molto gentile! Prezzi ottimi! Quando sono a Roma prenoto sempre qui!

Check in horroroso, reservé con baño habitación con baño privado y no lo tuvieron, reclame del asunto ya dama me indicó que arreglé con expedía (yo reservé con hoteles.com); tuve que aceptar por cansancio, al siguiente día me ubicaron con baño privado; com “compensación por el error, ellos asumieron tasa de pago de turistas.. Luego quiso cobrarme del hospedaje otra vez, tuve que ponerme estricto y decirles que ya me descontaron, finalmente fue error de ellos, limpieza bien, no útiles de limpieza..... En resumen no es hotel y labSra que nos recibió, muy desorganizada

• Mark (10/5): Quick stay - Stayed here on my last night in Italy before flying home, super close to the train station and was everything I needed.
• Maddie (2/5): Don't bother - Didn't know we had to check-in in a different building 3 blocks away. Didn't get breakfast included in booking. WiFi was down majority of the time. Draws were dirty (obviously never cleaned, dry wax and empty cigarettes) cleaner was rude and didn't want to wait 5 minutes for partner to get dressed.
• dave (8/5): Affordable close to Termini station - Location is perfect. Walking distance to termini and colosseum. Room was clean, average but comfortable. Internet and air con very good. Bathroom/shower is communal. Toilet was not flushing right during the first night but was fixed the next day. Overall 2 night stay was good.
• Mike (2/5): Worst hostel with a rude reception - Arriving at hotel just before midnight after a long trip and no one opening the door, I called the phone number on the door after a guest opened for me Finally I have to look for another hotel to spend the first night and when I checked in the next day the guy was very rude and did not even apologize for the inconvenience Room cleaned one in the 3 nights I spent there , towel not changed, Not recommended at all

In questo caso il titolare del b&b non c'entra con il disguido: è stato un grave (e direi inconcepibile) difetto di comunicazione da parte di Hotels.com). Fortunatamente mi ero premurato di telefonare in anticipo al titolare del b&b che mi ha confermato la camera senza problemi. A questo punto mi chiedo: Hotels.com a cosa serve ?
• Monica (2/5): Péssima nem consegui entrar no hotel - Péssimo ter reservado perdi as duas diárias. Cheguei em Roma 1h da manhã meu vôo atrasou e quando cheguei no hotel não tinha ninguém td fechado. Fui procurar hotel aquela hora. Nem voltei lá pois não teria tempo. Não recomendo isso nunca havia me acontecido. Inclusive quero saber se posso ser ressarcida de um percentual da diária?

• Michael (4/5): Never Again. - The room we had was in a building located several blocks from the office. The only good thing was its location to the train station. The AC would not work, the beds were worse than army cots. I knew when I booked this room that it would be less than optimal, it did not disappoint. The breakfast consisted of a coupon redemable for a coffee and croissant at a resturant two blocks away frim a very unfriendly staff. Anything else the hostes tells you about discounts etc, don't believe it. If all you need is a bed and a shower and you don't mind being in an odd place, this is for you. If you want a hotel, with typical hotel amenities, pay an extra $20 and and stay at any of the many nearby real hotels. I was supposed to stay a night on my out-bound leg, I sucked up the penalty for cancellation and booked another room. That should tell you something. I know Rome. I lived here for two years. I've stayed at hostels that were more delightful.

• Linda (8/5): Very pleased :-) - Ok, lets get real... This is a great deal for a hotel close to Termini Station. I paid € 25 for 1 night in Dec 2015 (low season) (plus city tax, which applies all over Italy) It's not a super luxurious hotel, but clean, comfy and all you can ask for, you pay for the location... I was positively surprised. Great wi-fi, Eng-speakingTV-channels (not too common in Italian hotels).. Comfortable bed, clean, hot water shower. Don't expect a shower cap and tiny schampoo/shower gels, but you're all set. Breakfast = coffee & croissant at the café nest door. The owner supplies great & personal service. I received an e-mail asking what time I'd be arriving and when answering, he met me outside at the time we agreed on and brought me to my room. So, if you are looking for a 4/5 * hotel, add another € 100 or so, or book this great hotel, enjoy the great price and value, and don't complain about the little things.. I <3 it!!!

Posizione centralissima per noi che arrivavamo in autobus e abbiamo passato due giorni per assistere a manifestazioni culturali nei dintorni. Personale gentilissimo. Ci ritorneremo
• Elisa (6/5): Albergo a due passi dalla stazione di Termini - L'albergo è discreto, lo consiglierei a chi come me è deve pernottare a Roma per una notte, non di più. L'accoglienza non è stata delle migliori. In più durante la notte, intorno alle quattro della mattina, sono stati accolti un gruppo di turisti come se fosse pieno giorno, svegliando sia me che l'altra persona in camera con me. La stanza però l'ho trovata pulita.
• Naana (4/5): Disappointing - I picked this hotel because they reported 24-hour front desk service and I knew I would be arriving late. I notified the hotel that I would be arriving even later than expected due to fly delays, which they indicated would not be a problem. However when I got there, I was given a 30 Euro surcharge. This was not documented anywhere. You would be better off to spend an extra 30 euros on a better hotel than staying here.
• Natalya (10/5): Хороший отель для знакомства с Римом - Ездили вдвоем с сестрой, в целом отель очень понравился, соотношение цена-качество отличное! только желательно, чтобы предупреждали, что не надо идти на Cavur 57, т.к. отель находится намного ближе к вокзалу. Очень понравился завтрак в соседнем кафе (прекрасная выпечка и хороший кофе). Понравилось быстрое заселение, возможность оставить вещи до вечера, отличны район (до вокзала 5 минут, но даже ночью вполне безопасно возвращаться домой). Из минусов - не нашли розетку больше нигде кроме как в ванной, душ для полных людей будет маловат, а в целом все отлично!
• Verified traveler (6/5): 平，近火車站 - 係—間B&B形式，而不是酒店。因中文寫酒店。顕示24小時入住。但不是。因我雖然知道係火車站隔離。但因為夜機。—心乘搭的士，所以冇為意Hotel.com給我確認酒店信的地址不是酒店位置。而係辦工室。幸好的士司機幫忙，再找到該處，但也沒有人在，才知不是酒店。真的好彩的士司機即時幫我們再找酒店，但也找了—段時間，終於找了—間四星級，加埋城巿費共274Euro。很貴。凌晨左右乘的士，入住酒店已兩點半左右，因我一家四口，有兩小朋友。所以幾狼狽。但如是日間到的話乘巴士絕對是不錯的選擇，夠平！

Peccato solo che quando si entra nel portone ci sono i rifiuti che emanano cattivo odorea penso sia un problema di tutta Roma o almeno del centro... Ci tornerei...
• Verified traveler (6/5): spend much time on luggage dropping and check-in - We took the flight from Asia and the arrival time is around 7am. But we can't leave our luggages before 10.30am. So we wait in the resturant nearby for the luggages. The check-in time is 2pm so we came back at 2pm, the host told us he can't find our reservation therefore the quadruple room were not available during our stay. He would call his friend and see if he can find other hotel room for us. We were tired after the long flight and jet lag so we asked if we can have the triple room with an extra bed. Finally all were settled by this proposal. The room is clean and near termini station. But I won't recommend this hotel to others. Travelers should not spend much time on waiting for luggage dropping, check-in process...
• marta (6/5): - Menos el miserable desayuno que de continental no tenía nada (era un bizcocho y un café); el resto estaba acorde al precio. La atención muy buena y muy próximo a Termini Station.
• ANUJ (8/5): - Clean rooms. The Hostess was very humble.Would have been more good if they could give some amenities in the room like a hot water kettle and some nice glasses for water. The breakfast part is the negative part as it is a standing breakfast which is difficult with kids and you have to pay to sit and eat. Very convenient as it is very close to the station.Overall a fine and safe place to stay with family.

• LINH (8/5): Prime location, room is clean - Super convenient location for travel in and out from Rome. Room is clean. Strong wifi. Flexible timeline for check in and out, but prior notice to the hotel staff is advised if you were to arrive or leave in different official working hours
• Termini station rooms (10/5): amazing visit to rome - amazing hotel, great staff, beautiful room. Had a problem on check in because I wasn't informed that a room I booked was already taken, owner contacted hotel.com immediately , but they didn't contact me. The staff moved things around, and made room for us and even discounted the price. rooms are nice and comfortable with a/c, couldn't ask for more.
• Randy (6/5): - AC did not work, had to leave window open all night. The pillows were very thin. The soap in shower was used and there was a big bottle of shampoo.
