• Elisa (8/5): - La posizione è comoda e la struttura è molto bella Siamo stati tre giorni,unici ospiti nella struttura e la sera dell'arrivo non funzionava l'acqua calda, li abbiamo avvisati la mattina successiva ma ci hanno detto che dovevamo solo aspettare più tempo che andasse in temperatura, senza controllare, nemmeno quando hanno fatto le pulizie. Alla fine l'hanno aggiustata il giorno della partenza dopo che l'abbiamo chiamato a controllare di persona. Per una struttura così cara mi aspettavo un'attenzione più alta.
• Marianne (7/5): Spezielle Erfahrung als alleinige und einzige Gästin zu sein. - Man sieht auf San Agustín von der Terrasse aus. Es war sehr speziell die einzige Person im Hotel zu sein. Die Zimmer sind gegen Innenhof und tagsüber relativ dunkel. Das schwarze geflieste Bad hatte keine Abstellflaeche. In der Nacht schien die Lampe von draussen ins Zimmer, da es keine richtige Verdunklung (Vorhang/Jalousie) gab.

• Carlos Andres (8/5): Buena elección - El hotel está ubicado en el pueblo, y eso facilita que todo quede muy cerca. La amabilidad de todo el staff, siempre muy atentos y pendientes de cualquier solicitud. El hotel es tranquilo, no se escucha ruido de la calle, y la habitación es cómoda, básica pero cómoda. El desayuno incluido es americano, básico pero apenas. La habitación estaba un poco pequeña, el parqueadero es pequeño y caben pocos vehículos, uno detrás del otro, por lo que hay que estar prestos a colaborar cuando toque sacar los vehículos, para que otro pueda salir. Sin embargo, lo anterior no es nada grave, son pequeñas cosas por mejorar que no afectan.

• Christine (10/5): Preis-Leistung prima - Ein Familienunternehmen was uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat und alles ermöglicht hat was wir brauchten. Am AbreiseTag sind wir ohne Voranmeldung eine halbe Stunde vor Frühstückszeit da gewesen, es war kein Problem. Das Hotel hat eine sehr große überdachte Terrasse im Freien mit Aussicht über den Ort, wo man sich gut aufhalten kann. (Mit Sauna und Whirlpool, was wir aber nicht genutzt haben) Die Zimmer im.1 Stock sind günstiger und etwas einfacher, was für uns perfekt war. Es gibt Zimmer mit Balkon und auch Zimmer die die Fenster in den Innenbereich haben. Die Zimmer weiter oben sind wohl etwas komfortabeler. Nichts. Nur das WLAN war manchmal schlecht oder kurz mal gar nicht vorhanden.

• Amor (6/5): buena localización pero necesita actualizar bastante las habitaciones - la ubicación y servicio. está situada en el centro del pueblo de San Agustín pero alejado de la zona más ruidosa (por la carretera principal pasan cientos de motos continuamente) el tamaño de la habitación es muy pequeña. No hay armario para colgar la ropa y apenas ventilación. La ventana de la habitación está ubicada en un patio comunitario por donde pasan todos los huespedes y eso supone que no se puede abrir con tranquilidad.

We had stayed a night at another hotel in the town and it was unclean and the staff were very rude so it was great to end up somewhere so friendly. It was just a shame the jacuzzi wasn't in action for our stay but it didnt make any difference.

• Neringa (8/5): Perfect value for money - recomended for longer stay - We enjoyed the room with a balcony overlooking the street and daily cleaning service (we stayed 3 nights). The room was spacious and the furniture throughout the hotel had a lovely rattan style. The host helped us excellent with excursions during all three days. Breakfast has space for improvement. And bath was not working properly- water pressure was ok, but poor drainage.

• Nicolas (5/5): Good place to be in St. Agustin. - I had been there before and had great memories of it. But now that I go again, it wasnt that good. I still consider is a worthy hotel, and the breakfast was good. I also liked its location which is quite central. The rooms are clean, but there are electrical devices not working. For example, I booked the deluxe room to use the Jacuzzi, and it was not working, it has only cold water. Also some friends that came with us got a stinky room. The staff was nice, and try to improve it spraying some things, but overall it was not that cool.
• Dimitrios (8/5): Excellent hotel in a convenient location - Excellent hotel conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. There were many facilities at the hotel, such as bar, restaurant, etc. Parking was limited to 2-3 cars and it would be better to reserve a space for your car beforehand. There was not elevator but I guess it would be really difficult to install one, since the hotel is built on a sloping surface at successive levels.

• Sven (8/5): Tolles Hotel mit Blick über San Agustin - Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und der zugehörigen Fotos buchten wir zunächst 2 Übernachtungen im "Terrazas", woraus letztlich 4 Nächte wurden. Das "Terrazas" machte auf uns einen gepflegten, sauberen und für hiesige Verhältnisse fast luxuriösen Eindruck.Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, jedoch mit TV, Bad/Dusche/WC, Doppelbett und Ventilator ausgestattet. Das Zimmer wurde täglich und durchaus gründlich gereinigt. Zur freien Nutzung standen eine Sauna, eine Fitnessgeräteecke, ein Whirlpool sowie kostenfreies WLAN zur Verfügung. Im Restaurant, neben Eingangsbereich und Rezeption, wurde das Frühstück (Rührei, Spiegelei, frischer Saft, Weißbrot, Butter, Marmelade, Kaffee/Tee) serviert. Da das "Terrazas" an einem Hang liegt, mussten wir etliche Treppenstufen bis zu unserem Zimmer erklimmen. Der wundervolle Ausblick nach Erreichen der Terrassenförmigen Ebenen des Hotels entschädigt jedoch für jegliche Kraftanstrengung. Hervorzuheben ist der nette Service des Hotelpersonals, welches trotz mangelnder Englischkenntnisse versucht, jegliche Wünsche zu erfüllen.
• World traveler (4/5): Hotel Minimums - There are two aspect of a hotel that are essential for any stay to be successful. First hotel need to be/feel secure. Second, any hotel needs the guest to feel welcome. And Terrazas got low marks on both. On security: The staff seemed guarded but friendly when they were attentive. There interest was more in offering tourist services. Each room had a window but no real security, the door to the rooms were interior, hollow cord doors that could be lean on with little pressure and would open. The lock on the doors were a 'joke'. There was no safe in the rooms, phone or clock/radio. The hotel lack many things to make you feel welcome. The TV was on a local station with staff more concern about what was on TV than the needs of the guest. For several days we were the only guest, so the menu for meal was extremely limited. Requests were slowly responded to if at all. Of the 40 rooms only two had a view of something more than the hall or the rooms across the small courtyard. Rooms were poorly light
• jennifer (8/5): Very nice home base in San Agustin - There are lots of stairs for those with mobility problems but the open air terraces and views over the town and mountains are absolutely beautiful. With the pleasant temperatures it is a very pleasant place to relax. The staff generally don't speak English but are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

Le camere sono piuttosto piccole ma pulite, con letti confortevoli. Il personale è molto cortese, qualcuno parla inglese. La colazione, inclusa nella tariffa della camera, è piuttosto semplice (uova, succo, pane e marmellata, caffè).
• SUsan (10/5): Great Hotel in San Agustin - great staff, very cle - The staff at this hotel is attentive and very warm. We really enjoyed our stay. This is a great location, there is a jacuzzi which they will fill for you (you have to request it) and they can set up horse back rides into the hills with a guide to see the amazing stone carvings. It is a little loud because the hotel room doors are hollow core so you can hear sounds from other rooms very easily.
