De bedden waren van goede kwaliteit De badkamer is wel aan vernieuwing toe. Het is functioneel maar kan zeker een update gebruiken. Een likje verf in het gehele verblijf zou ook geen kwaad kunnen.

- Cassandra (10/5): De räddade mig. - Det var helt otrolig personal. Jag fick Bali belly under första natten jag bodde här. Och utan personalen hade jag inte överlevt. De ringde doktor åt mig som kom till hotellet och hjälpte mig. Eftersom jag reste själv hade jag ingen som kunde hjälpa mig köpa mat så personalen gjorde det åt mig. De gav otrolig service till mitt rum. Jag har inte nog med ord att beskriva hur tacksam jag är för de som jobbade där och hur mycket de hjälpte mig. Att vara sjuk när man reser ensam är läskigt. Men de gjorde så jag kände mig trygg. Det var också rent och stort rum. Skön säng. Mysig balkong. Och som sagt, helt otrolig personal.

The local area had lots of lights and place to enter for food but not nice enough to entice me. It seemed a bit rough and aimed at more boisterous age group. The room furnishings werewell past useby date.lighting in the bathroom area was very dull and needs to bemuch much brighter. I did find the older femal office staff to be less welcoming than my usual experience. Actually bordering on rude at times.for the low price i would recommend for the pool area and most of the less aged office wotkers.
- Gusanoguess (10/5): Budget friendly accommodation in the hearth of seminyak - The pool is great. I like that is deep and i can swim in it. The restaurant and the nail spa are great additions to it. The place is quiet, considering the location. Location is great. The restaurant is good, although there are slightly better options near by. If you want a budget friendly accommodation that is not a backpackers party place, you should consider this one. Tv does not have free access. Should be considered for longer stays. The bar should be refilled every day, as it is a cheap choice to keep hydrated. Food should be able to be ordered to the room and not only in the restaurant.

Stayed at the very front of the hotel overlook parking lot... was a little bit noisey from scooters between 12am and 3am but you can deal with tmit for $50 per night. All up pretty good

We will definitely recommend this stay & we would definitely stay here on our future holidays to Bali 😊 The only thing we would recommend altering is the housekeeping of the room each morning to a later time, we found it too early (9am) if it was around 11am that would be perfect! Especially after a big night out in Bali

So they gave us a standard room a lot smaller than the one we booked, However it was a nice stay good location and nice grounds bit dated but clean.

Only clean to a point ( point of wiping down but no cleaning) Door lock gave me serious concern. It's easily opened with no substantial locking mechanism. No safety lock and can see through at edge. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE Mould and dirt in bathroom and next to beef ( can see where they wiped) Pillows falling apart, which is a bit rich since they have a notice up about replacing if any damage I don't think the summary reflects this place. There is a 'communal ' kitchen... ummm. It's not listed as a backpackers. There are cheaper places in the area where you get much more - like a Door lock.... and not murder scene vibes Needs a deep clean!!

- Carol (9/5): You won't get better value for money anywhere else! - As a solo female traveller, I couldn't have asked for a safer property to stay in. The staff were caring and friendly, and no request was too much to ask. On the first night, my room was right next to the main road and very noisy. The next day I requested to move further back into the resort and they helped me out with no questions asked. The gardens are lush and well cared for by the grounds staff. The pool is very clean and deep. It wasn't too busy, so there were plenty of sun loungers available. The location was excellent, lots of great restaurants and transport options. Only a 5 minute scooter ride to Seminyak Square for shopping, or 15 minutes to Legian Beach. The bathrooms were very basic but they were clean. Rooms were serviced each day by lovely staff. The Gourmet Cafe right at the front of the hotel was sensational! Delicious food, excellent service and very affordable prices. If you like yoga, there is a great little hot yoga studio across the road (Jiwa Yoga). Overall, this hotel was the best value for money you could ask for. I paid approx $20USD per night for a lovely, safe, friendly and caring atmosphere. If you're not expecting luxury (which you wouldn't for the price they are offering) then I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed with your stay at the Taman Ayu! Noise from the nearby bars is quite considerable if you stay at the front of the hotel.
