• Josue adán (1/5): Calidad precio mal - El edificio muy lindo Las paredes del cuarto 104 con salitre en varias paredes , la sábanas rotas , el cuarto esta a un kado de ka bodega de aseo , todo se escucha en ka noche , la luz de la recepción entra a la habitación sin importar que uno ponga la cortina , los canales de la tv muy básicos y aburridos.
• Luis (1/5): - Nada muy mala la atención La.mala.disposicion en recepción para aclarar nuestro desacuerdo por el cobro adicional del.parqueadero. Ni siquiera el baño no lo presta la niña de recepción, tratamos de cancelar y fue una muy pero muy mala experiencia. El teléfono no lo contesto para que el.personal.se.booking nos ayudará. Es la primera vez que vivo una experiencia tan desagradable en un sitio por booking pero el personal de booking nos apoyo de la.mejor manera. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, mientras estuvimos allí llegaron más personas hospedadas molestas por no poder sus habitaciones en fin terrible

• Oscar Alberto (1/5): Muy Sucio - Solo la ubicacion Me entregaron la Habitacion sucioa el.piso lleno de tierra el aire acondicionado goteava agua en la entrada ala habitacion, el lavamanls tira agua te moba cuando abres la llave, tien e cucarachas. Y el Balcon muy Sucio con palomas y escremento.

• Melida (7/5): Nicht gut , außer die Lage - Sehr gute Lage Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich und hatten keine Interesse an die Kunden genauso wie keinen Respekt , ich habe 2 Zimmer reserviert , das eine war eigentlich nicht bezugsfertig und bekam dennoch die Schlüssel , keine Seife und sich die Hände zu waschen

• Cynthia (8/5): - El hotel es muy bello! Para empezar desde que llega uno al hotel se nota la falta de limpieza en muchas partes. La regadera y lavamanos aún con un par de pelos pegados, las toallas viejas, deshilachadas y rasposas. Es una lástima por que es un lugar hermoso.

• Laura (9/5): Instalaciones Hermosas, pero con fallas de mantenimiento - El hotel cuenta con instalaciones muy lindas y habitaciones hermosas, amplias y cómodas. Su ubicación en el centro histórico es inmejorable, ya que, a pesar de estar en el corazón de la ciudad, es un lugar sumamente tranquilo y sin ruidos. A pesar de las instalaciones, la falta de mantenimiento empaña la experiencia. El aseo de los baños deja mucho que desear, con moho en las paredes y mugre acumulada en las esquinas. Además, el Wi-Fi es de mala calidad, provocando que la televisión no funcione correctamente. Es una lástima, ya que el descuido en la limpieza está deteriorando la inversión del lugar.

• David (7/5): - Es un bonito espacio y la ubicación me gustó mucho. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y muy cálidas. Es un espacio agradable en términos generales. El estacionamiento con el que tienen convenio se me hizo caro en comparación con otros hoteles del centro que tienen convenio igual con estacionamientos céntricos. La habitación no tiene teléfono para contactar a recepción. No me dieron el wifi del hotel. Y creo que deben fumigar porque al día siguiente amanecí con 4 ronchas en la mano y en el cuello. Había un foco prendido y cuando me bañé no había agua caliente.

• José Trinidad (4/5): Por compromiso de ya haber reservado, pero no valio la pena pasar dos noches ahi - La verdad nunca vimos desayuno, no s eporque dicen que esta incluido cuando solo hay un termo con cafe las habitaciones, la TV nunca funciono tiene todo los canales con claves y nada funciona correctamente, el baño en la regadera todo tapado , te bañas y parece alberca, las llaves todas ya safadas de su lugar, y el aire acondicionado ya muy viejo y el control no funcionaba correctamente.
• Miguel Alberto (10/5): Hotel Markee el lugar ideal para descanzar. - El desayuno no tuvimos, pero la ubicación es excelente ya que se puede salir a pasear seguro pero además es muy fácil llegar caminando al parque principal. además que esta muy cerca de la catedral y de los servicios de comida. Que el hotel tuviera un espacio para estacionarse mientras se bajan las maletas o incluso que el estacionamiento fuera el que esta casi frente al hotel y no el que esta a la vuelta ya que hay que caminar con las maletas.

• Eduardo (9/5): Un hospedaje cómodo, bello y céntrico para un viaje de trabajo. - La arquitectura del lugar y que cada cuarto era grande y cómodo. Además de estar en el centro de Queretaro; cerca de restaurantes, plazas y atractivos turisticos. Que un día dos de nosotros no tuvimos agua caliente y que en el pagina de booking decía que contaba con estacionamiento pero no cuentan. Tienen un arreglo con un estacionamiento a unas cuadras y cuesta $350 pesos. Me hubiera gustado saber con antelación.

• Andrew (2/5): - The hotels location was perfect in the historic city center. HOWEVER, there were major problems with the water! We never knew when the water would be on or off. The staff kept giving us different answers as to why the water was off, including that there was an issue with water in the city center. After talking with other tourists staying at other hotels, we realized this wasn’t true. The staff also changed the story for when the water would be turned on and for how long. The answers were never consistent. It was very upsetting. We never knew when we could take a shower, use the toilet, or brush our teeth. The WiFi showed full signal but it was impossible to connect. The in room safe did not work and the batteries were never replaced. Our holiday was not as relaxing as we wanted due to these inconveniences.
