• Geraldine (3/5): - La atención es buena, el personal estuvo atento y nos dejaron guardar el equipaje mientras llegaba la hora del check in El aseo de las habitaciones es muy regular, los tendidos y toallas estaban sucios y percudidos. Había cucarachas en la habitación.

• Marco (1/5): Horrible behaviour by the hotel reception staff - nothing was good We called the hotel to ensure regarding the possibility to avoid paying in cash as we were coming in the night and leaving early. The secretary confirmed as per booking the cash was not required. When we came for no reason 30 minutes were spent because she was asking WhatsApp number despite we had the documents available and asking irrelevant details.. As per booking the money had to be deducted by prepayment but she said she did not receive the money despite there was the evidence we booked in booking. In the hotel and in the website it was also said the payment can be done also by Visa or Mastercard..however she said cash only. We could not cancel and we explained the money were going to be deducted the next day..but the secretary she did not care despite her responsibility for the incorrect information reported in booking and despite she told us to come as cash was not required, don't taking then her responsibility. We asked to speak with the boss but she refused. We had to find out another hotel in the middle of the night. We asked at least the money for the taxi but she refused that as well. The money as mention likely will be received to the hotel the next day however she put us in a situation to leave because for no reason she wanted money in cash the same day. I ask the boss to raise a complaint to this secretary
• Lindiomar (9/5): Medellín central hotel - The staff's attention in general was great. The location is near to everything, very central, with a lot of commerce. The check in really took too much time to be completed. They didn't have the card reader machine, so I had to transfer the payment, luckily I have a Bancolombia account, but all the payment process and general check in was a bit complicated.

• Emma (5/5): Passable - This was a last minute booking due to most other places in the city being sold out. It is quite pricey for what you actually get, small room. Was quite noisy during the night. The location is not very safe, do not go out walking alone at night, especially while travelling solo.

• Takaaki12 (10/5): hight rated hospitality - I stayed fie nights from 18th of august in hotel mi columbia. Room isn,t so big but pretty clean room. I realy enjoyed staying here and had great time with staff. Claudia is awsome, she took care of me well. Thanks for everything!
• Aireen (6/5): Very convinient location - Hotel was great value for the price. The area was very central to everything. Not the safest area in the world but just ok to come in and out.

• Andrea (2/5): NO RESPETAN RESERVACIONES - Me fue muy mal porque ni siquiera tenian la reserva. Es el colmo llegar a Medellin a las 11:00 pm el día martes 22 de noviembre y que digan que no hay habitaciones y que la reserva no existe cuando días anteriores al viaje por correo me habian confirmado que todo estaba en orden. No volvere a reservar con ustedes porque ni siquera eso respetaron. Es el colmo que uno se confie de que va a llegar a descansar y en vez de eso uno tenga que buscar a esas horas de la noche, con un gran cansancio, un lugar para hospedarse. Si no son capaces de sostener las reservaciones mejor quiten ese servicio y no hagan perder el tiempo.
• Benjamin (10/5): Incredibly hospitable service in a great area - While the rooms are quite small/efficient - though well maintained and very clean - what really sets Mi Columbia apart is the couple that runs the place. Always greeting with a smile, always available to help and always looking to support in any ways you may need to make the most of your time.
• Simone_brun (2/5): Terrible - Price is relatively low, but this is the only positive thing about the hotel. The rooms are slightly bigger than the bed. No windows. The air conditioning is very noisy, which at least partially cover the unviable snoring of somebody sleeping some where else in my same floor. There is also a terrible noise every few minutes.. I found out is the elevator of a close by building. For the same price there are amazing single rooms in hostels in Medellin.. Go there!!
