The breakfast was nice with lots of options. There is plenty of parking but it in on the road which we did not have an issue with as it is a side road and not very busy.

It’s very comfortable and charming but could use a little updating and modernizing. Kathleen serves a wonderful breakfast with fresh eggs from her hands, don’t miss it.

- Stuart (10/5): A warm welcome in a charming home. - We stayed for the night of my 60th birthday and would definitely return if we are ever in Ullapool again. Kathleen was lovely, switching us to the downstairs room when she realised the stairs were a problem for me. Our room had a full size roll top bath which was heavenly. The bed was super comfortable and we both slept like babies. Kathleen was kind, friendly and knowledgeable about local restaurants and told us a little about the history of her beautiful home. I would give more stars if I could.

- Jan (10/5): 10 put of 10 - Fabulous room with the added extra of a sitting room with fire & TV if wanted. We watched a fabulous sun set in the harbour then decided to eat but as we had not booked in advance we struggled. The staff at the Arch Inn told us that as they had no kitchen service we could get a takeaway and eat it in the pub with a pint. It was an excellent night as we had fish & chips a pint and then an alternative accordionist played till 11pm. A short walk back to the room which was lovely and warm. Breakfast was absolutely superb the best we had over the 10 days.,

Breakfast was delicious and the host very welcoming and helpful. It is an old property and unfortunately the bathroom door didn't close properly without almost slamming it and the floorboards in the room above us were very creaky. We would stay again but request a different room.
