• Q5756EZstephens (10/5): Loved it - Been here 7 or 8 times with family and loved the resort, crater pools nice and hotel element clean, chalet houses clean and fully equipped. Went to book again just now and found out it has closed as of 2nd November 2025 - Pierre Vacancies chain pulled out. Not sure if it will reopen under a different brand as area still under ownership of lease company.
• tombQ9081SC (4/5): Origo mare positives and negatives - Positives in no particular order Breakfast is good plenty of variety something for everyone Plenty for kids to do very family orientated Its a nice change from being in a hotel it feels a little more personal Lifeguards take their job seriously other resorts i felt like they wasnt paying attention but here they are very good Reception staff speak good english Woman who handles the excursion is really helpful and friendly The shop in the village is decent plenty of stuff for snacks, though wouldn’t rely on it for self catering Theres a quieter pool in the centre of the resort however there is no bar there probably aimed more to the self catering customers. The oasis 3 pool is a good alternative because its a lot more relaxed than the water park and young swimmers who are not so confident can swim without lots of splashing. again has a life guard who’s attention is always on the families in and around the pool Pool towels are 5 euro each Food and staff in “mavericks” is good. However this is separate from the hotel so probably why it’s decent. No cockroaches in their toilets or sitting area. The halloween themed kids club is good. A bit to scary for my 5 year old though. Think it was a maze but we didn’t go in. At the time of writing this it was a positive however later on throughout the night she (our 5 year old) was terrified because of the noises she heard earlier on (chainsaws,screaming, demonic laughing on the speakers and wolves howling) really made a difficult night for us. Negatives in no particular order Surprise €200 deposit for damages when the villas are not even well kept felt like at the end of the holiday they should of been paying me €200 Cockroaches are a problem at the resort we changed villa on the first night as it had cockroaches. the toilets in the restaurants had them also. All the staff had to say was that this is a natural home for cockroaches and then they built on it so they are in a constant battle with them. No food for the late arrivals, our flight landed at 8 got to the hotel at 9 dinner was finished by this time, they had “snacks” which was basically make your own sandwiches and this didn’t open til 11:15 and we had a fussy 5 year old with us. Other resorts extend the dinner service for the late arrivals as the resort are expecting you. Not much variety in food for dinner/lunch service if you dont like fish and rice then your stuck with pasta hot dogs and chips for a week. They could improve by doing pizza nuggets hotdogs and chips every-night regardless (which they didn’t it changed throughout the week) then have a theme for each night maybe like Italian one night Spanish one night American another night ect. Food choices was so poor one night we had no choice but to eat out somewhere else which isn’t ideal when you have paid for all Inclusive. Saturday was the best night it had kebabs, bbq ribs, breaded chicken, jambalaya rice. There was meat paella one night that was nice. But thats 1 night out of 7 Cheap coke at the bars for some reason except for lunch and dinner which is really strange. Floor is dirty in the all inclusive restaurant Water park. pool side people leave rubbish and nobody comes round cleaning like in other resorts here they wait for everyone to leave then clean No ice cream for all inclusive kids. Just this horrible cheap yogurt which actually are not that bad after tasting one but from other resorts my kid was expecting a machine that dispenses ice cream so again not a Major negative all resorts do things differently The pizzas you can buy at the pool side bar at the water park are better than the majority of food served in the all inclusive restaurant The area where the entertainment was being shown becomes very busy you have to sit early. My pregnant wife was forced sit on the ground before we could convince our child to leave The resort reflects the bad reviews online so clearly there is no intention of improvement or any consideration for the bad reviews Have to pay to use the safe in the rooms Toilets at the oasis 3 pool are disgusting. Bins filled to the top with used toilet roll and the pool dripping through the celling on your head whilst your using them ( toilets are under the pool basically) The oasis 3 pool hurts your feet because of all the broken tiles at the bottom Cockroaches in all inclusive restaurant (under coffee machines and under tables) have to say I haven’t seen any around the food. There is loads in the toilets. Makes you wonder what the kitchen is like Bar staff are sometimes rude. Think they are fed up telling people they have to help themselves to water, juices or carbonated using the machine. But still no need for them to have an attitude. Arcade machines are not very well maintained Overall The place has a lot of potential but unfortunately they will make money off of new people and don’t have to rely on people coming back therefore the management doesn’t need to make any of the improvements being suggested to them I would of thought about coming back if they made improvements because I like the idea of having your own villa and the amount of stuff for the kids to do here is good. I just feel you deserve more for your money at the end of the day its a holiday its not cheap and you should be able to come here with no worries.

• Cazz2008 (6/5): Lovely villa but disappointing overall - We’re here for nine days at Origo Mare Pierre & Vacances. Our superior villa is lovely, clean, and spacious, but the layout of this resort makes things difficult. I phoned ahead to explain my husband has a serious leg problem and mentioned it again at check-in. Check-in is very strict at 5pm with no flexibility. I politely asked if we could be closer to reception and the restaurants, as we also have a 3-year-old, but we were placed in Zone 4 — almost a mile away. There are plenty of empty villas closer, which made it frustrating. There’s supposed to be a golf buggy service, but there’s only one buggy at reception and it’s never in use. The good: • The villas are great — modern, comfortable, and well-equipped (ours even had a washing machine). • The water park is excellent and ideal for kids. • The à la carte restaurant (not part of all-inclusive) is lovely. • Staff are polite and work hard, especially in the food hall. • The free bus to Corralejo is handy, though it takes 20–25 minutes, not 10. The not-so-good: • The beach isn’t suitable for small children and is around a 30-minute walk, not the 15–20 advertised. • Only one of the four advertised pools is open and always packed. The adults-only pool is the only heated one and is usually empty. • The all-inclusive drinks are poor quality. Food is fine but repetitive — easy to guess what’s for dinner each night. • Kids club is almost non-existent and the kids’ disco area is too small for families to sit and watch. • On-site shop prices are extremely high. • Towels and sheets are changed every four days, no daily cleaning, and you’re fined if you don’t leave the kitchen spotless. • You also have to pay a £200 deposit on arrival, which isn’t made clear in advance. • Sadly, we’ve also had one case of food poisoning during our stay. Staff are doing their best, but overall, this resort doesn’t live up to the 4-star rating or the Pierre & Vacances name. It’s a beautiful setting and could be so much better with improved management, clearer information, and proper transport around the resort. At the moment, it feels more like a 2-star experience.

Femme de ménage nous a mis nos affaires à la poubelle et a pris ce qui l'intéressait ! Du vol quoi! Inadmissible. Prise la main dans le sac et rien!!!
• Kerry-batters (10/5): Best holiday!!! - Just got back and can say that was the best family holiday we have ever had! Pools were amazing kids loved the slides. The entertainment team were friendly full of energy and always made you feel welcome. Food was great lots of choice! Rooms were great, spotless. Laundry facilities available which was super handy. Little shop had everything we needed. Mini golf was great touch and the parks. All staff, from cleaners to bar staff and reception super friendly! Absolutely gutted to learn that they are closing! Really hope who ever buys it keeps it open as i would defo go back!

• Guide717444 (8/5): Amazing family holiday! - Ignore any negative reviews not sure what they are expecting for the price!! We’ve just got back from a 10 night holiday! Perfect for families! Welcoming staff especially Sebastian. Accommodation great with kids with 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms. Drinks ok, plenty choice of food we were not hungry! Pools brilliant we never saw the kids! Now for the entertainment team they were amazing. They never stopped smiling and getting everyone involved. We loved the 11:00 activities, aqua dance and dancing at night. Thank you for making our boys have a brilliant holiday. Yes the place is a little tired but it is clean and we would come back. So sad it is closing and wish you all the best in the future! • Sebastian (8/5): Fun Time! :-) - Wir haben nur das Zimmer gebucht und nach Lust und Laune, Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen dazu gebucht. Das Schwimmbad mit den Rutschen ist genial für die Kinder wenn es nicht überfüllt ist. Nicht alle Schwimmbäder sind mit Wasser befüllt und die Sportplätze brauchen etwas Unterhalt. In der Unterkunft fehlt einen Mikrowelle. Ansonsten ist die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die (Schlaf)Couch ist nicht bequem. Wir müssten für die versprochenen Bademäntel einmal nachfragen.

• tracyw806 (8/5): Good 9 night stay - The villa was lovely and spacious and near the pool and reception etc. The pool for adults was too cold to get in, in 9 nights I only saw a few brave the cold water! The pool bar was good and the lady serving very nice and polite. The all inclusive food buffet was good. Lots of choice. Lots of things for kids to do, not so much for adults. We spent a fortune on taxis to corellejo for the night life. No beach that was accessible nearby. Popcorn beach was about 30 mins walk but rough terrain. All in all we had a good 9 nights stay but wouldn't return as pool too cold and there's no civilisation for MILES around the complex. The booking trips lady was nice as was the staff on reception. Book the 5 hour catamaran tour its fab, deserted island by boat, lots to eat and drink on board, only prob for me was I dont eat fish and the paella was fish based. Plenty of beers sorted me out though! Fuerteventura is a gorgeous island and this being our 2nd time on the island, we will go back but for us its got to be corellajo next time.

Lozka bardzo nie wygodne musialam isc do recepcji aby mi wymienili materac nie dalo sie spac . Reczniki wymienili nam tylko raz przez 7 dni . Przy zameldowaniu zostalismy obciazeni 200e depozytu o ktorym nigdzie nie bylo napisane . Cena do jakosci za drogo nie polecam I naprwno nie wroce.

• H8675LHkirstenm (10/5): Highly recommend (and im terrified of open water) - The staff could not be anymore helpful, accommodating or friendly great bunch of people! The main building very clean, can not say a bad word about it. Daily activities have been good but personally you can tell the resort is closing the memento just isn't quite there with everyone, and I dont blame them this is there livelihood (i wish them all well) The villa is spotless, (NO bed bug as I have seen on many reviews. On site shop is expensive and I mean very expensive €20 for basic sun screen. Walking between villa and main building flooring is uneven so not the easiest to manage if you require wheelchair /pushchair access. .

• Amsie87 (4/5): Residence watching porn in front of kids - This was our third time here in 3 years as it actually great for the kids with the water park etc however this year I will say was just the worse due to the lack of care from the majority of the staff with the exception of one or two of the bar staff which were absolute saints. This year there was zero crowd control and a sever lack of security. there is an arcade right next to the bar naturally full of kids surrounded by windows. While sitting in the arcade there was a person sitting there on their phone in full view in front of the window watching porn.. there's a time and a place and this was neither .. I approached one of the barmen to tell him to see if anything could be done as I didn't want to approach him myself as I wasn't comfortable or prepared for whatever reaction they would have had. The barman told me to go to reception where they can contact security. The guy at reception after I explained the situation told me to tell him to stop as it's awkward if they do it. ..I told him that there are kids including my 7 year old daughter that can see heavy p*rn on an old man's phone and he says to me with a smile and leaning on the counter and I quote "welcome to the 21st century" I needed to walk away and get the kids out of that bar. The kind barman actually approached me as we were leaving to check in and to say to me reception asked him to try and get their room number leaving the responsibility with him who is an already very busy bar man as you can imagine in an all inclusive resort. I have never been so grateful to gladly check out of the place the next day as that incident alone showed a complete and lack of respect and safety for residents and their kids. The accommodation is standard . Nothing special. Though this year when checking in there were cockroaches on each of the houses and even a lizard in one. A shower plug was so packed of hair from previous families that the shower flooded out onto the landing. We needed to unplug it ourselves. We were also told on good authority that this was their last season and would be closing up for good soon so be careful of considering booking.

• Resort44466571986 (10/5): What a place - I only have one complaint, the photos on the website don’t do any justice to this resort. I’m currently still at the resort while writing this review because some of the reviews I’ve read are completely false. What an amazing place! The staff are so friendly, welcoming and VERY helpful. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and there’s a bit of something for everyone. It’s mainly a family resort but if you’ve come as a couple (like my partner and I) there’s plenty for you to do. The day time is highly relaxing and the night time is great fun. The night time entertainment is catered around kids and families at the beginning but as the night goes on its more for adults only which is worth the wait for. We cannot thank the staff more and appreciate their service, especially with some of the very rude people they have to put up with, despite this they kept a smile on their face and make sure you personally enjoy your night.
• kirstytheexplorer (6/5): Family holiday - I was apprehensive before arriving after reading some of the reviews but really, it wasn't that bad at all and did exactly what it said on the tin. We checked in really late at night and were taken round to our accommodation in a golf buggy which was super helpful with two small children. Our accommodation was comfortable and clean but upon arrival there was no travel cot for the baby which is just common sense when there's a six month old on the booking. I'd also requested this via jet 2 months before arriving. I managed to catch the gentleman with the golf buggy before he disappeared and after about 20 minutes he arrived with a travel cot. The pools are probably the best part about this hotel. Our three year old absolutely loved the slides and wave pool. I'd recommend pool shoes though as the pool areas get super slippy and many children were falling and hurting themselves. They could do with a bit of TLC but were great otherwise. During the first week of our holiday we didn't rush to the pool at all and getting a sun bed was no issue but one day people suddenly started queuing from 9:45am. On over cast mornings it seemed to settle down a bit again. The free bus and the fact you could book trips on site was also great. We visited the wildlife park which is 100% worth it if you are considering it. It was a fantastic day. The only downside was the bus to it took 2.5 hours due to the pick ups so something to consider. The trip back was much quicker. The free bus is very popular so I'd advise booking the day before you want to go somewhere. We were all inclusive and the food was just OK. It was a bit plain and repetitive compared to the many other all inclusive resorts we've stayed at. Breakfast was probably the best meal. The ice creams and crisps available around the pool were great and we made the most of these every day. The fact you could help yourself to fizzy drinks was also a bonus too. We used the supermarket a few times and it is expensive but I was prepared for this already and we only really needed milk and water. What I wasn't prepared for was on the last day of the holiday I ran out of nappies and these were an eye watering €18!! So be sure to take plenty with you. All in all we had a great holiday and this place is perfect for young families. Is it four star? No probably not. But I feel we got what we paid for and as long as you've done your research before hand on the location etc, you'll be absolutely fine.

• JulieM4720 (2/5): Avoid - We’re do I start. I read the reviews coming here and sometimes with reviews I don’t really don’t bother but these bad reviews are correct. On arrival at the hotel we were told we had to pay £200 damage deposit for the rooms. On the way to the villa the paths are broken and damaged. Heath and safety risk of trips and falls. Trying to get into the room first night the key wouldn’t work and to go back and forth to the reception. Entered the room and the sofa bed that my son was to sleep in was dirty and stained the arms of the sofa bed was Broken. The room was so run down. There is also shuttered on the windows which is very difficult to pull down. When having a shower at night the bathroom would flood with water and we would need to use all towels to dry it up. One night we decided to stay in and cook. We were sitting out the front and heard a gush of water went into the kitchen and the boil had burst and water was just pouring out. We noticed that the handyman was going to a few villa to fix the same situation. Went to reception to tell them and they sent the handyman. Needed a new boiler handyman went away and 30 mins later still wasn’t back and the kitchen was covered in water. Had to call jet 2. After that was fixed we had to wait on the cleaner coming to mop up the floors. Food is freezing cold and it’s the same food everyday day and night. Knifes and fork were dirty. The juice was always running out and never replaced. Pool area is rundown tiles broken.Sunbeds are so dirty never a cleaner around the pool. The best part of the life guards they were great with the kids. Entertainment was ok around the pool. The hotel is in the middle of know we’re. Taxi cost is £25 down and £25 back you can get a free bus but that only certain times of the day. My little boy who was 10 was counting the days to go home. I would recommend this hotel.

We checked out on the 6th September and still not received the deposit or an update. On check out we were informed there were no issues and everything was fine. I have emailed the hotel since and not heard anything back (over a week ago). This is absolutely underhanded and soured any positive thoughts we had about our holiday - AVOID
• lyndseyw370 (4/5): Such a shame - Well.... When booking, I decided to take the mixed and more negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Deciding to go all inclusive on family holidays has been an ongoing preference for some time. The staff we encountered were lovely, albeit a bit hasty with information during an 11pm check in, might be better done with supporting paperwork so brace yourself if you're arriving late at night. The complex appears to have originally been built as holiday homes then changed to self catering as there are several permanent residents on site. It is large and in the middle of no where....nearest town is Correljo which is roughly 20mins by car/taxi or 40 by the free shuttle service from the complex. The all inclusive restaurant is for lack of a better phrase, dire. Nothing like repetitive and boring food options which are mostly tasteless and makes you question whether you're staying in the Canaries. As for the kids options, it was burgers or frankfurters and chips and nothing else. Very disappointing. The drinks are all premade by machine and taste awful. The only exception would be some of the limited included cocktails. And if you're expecting Tropical on tap, prepare to be paying for it despite it being the beer brewed in the islands. If booking all inclusive, be aware that the pool bar pizzas are not included but there are small cakes, open bowls of crisps and peanuts and the worst pots of ice cream available to you with the appropriate wrist band. The only proper food available to all inclusive is in the main restaurant and the choices are painfully limited. The waterpark is ideal for kids but is very worn and dated. Lifeguards are on duty all day and are very attentive and alert - one of the few positives of this holiday! If you're looking for a family holiday and would like to be closer to a town and have better food options I would recommend avoiding this site. I have read the positive reviews on here as well and although I understand their perspective, having stayed ourselves, we wouldn't recommend this to friends or family.
• RhianM107 (6/5): If staying here go to Mavericks as the lady couldn’t do enough for us. She made our holiday. - Overall the places was nice. It was very basic. Good points: if you’re looking for a relaxing break this would be it. The adults only pool is lovely and the staff are very friendly and polite. The evening entertainment is good. We went to mavericks every night and the lady there was so friendly. Not sure on her name but she has a tattoo on her neck . I mentioned that it was my mother in laws 80 birthday and she couldn’t do enough for us. The free shuttle every day was good. It’s nice to get out of the complex for the day for a change of scenery Bad points: There were ants in the kitchen and kept going in the food so all our food stayed in the fridge. We selected self catering. You have to get food from else where as the shop doesn’t give you many options for food. If you’re happy eating pizza and microwave lasagne then this is ok for you. The crater park is good for children but again only pizza on menu. 1 day we did pay to have the buffet food. This is what you get if all inclusive. This food was very bland and not worth the money. The only other place to eat is mavericks. Even though the food was alot better there, the choice wasn’t the best. Again it’s pizza, pasta dishes or salad. As the apartments are scattered everywhere you have to do a lot of walking. The pavements are awful and very un even. Overall it was a short break away but I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one or fueventura in general as there is not much to do there

Food is below average but drinks are laughably bad. If booking you should go self catering, all all inclusive drinks come out of a machine and honestly every single drink just tastes like sugary water. Lager is fine, everything else is really bad, so much so we’ve had to pay for drinks all week. I spoke to the barman about it and he said “I think they’re bad on purpose so you buy drinks” we won’t be returning, it’s a shame as the set up otherwise is good

Las villas no están nada cuidadas y las aceras todas destrozadas.

Restaurante y supermercado dentro. El parque de toboganes está genial para los niños. A 20 minutos de Corralejo en coche. Bastante tranquila la urbanización, no hay coches ni ruidos que molesten el descanso. Lo recomiendo! Eché en falta más mantenimiento de limpieza en la villa y en el jardín. Limpian cada 4 días. El show de la noche no es bueno y-el lugar muy pequeño, no habría donde sentarse, así que para estar de pie, nos íbamos- le falta un auditorio para los eventos de la noche. El parque de toboganes masificado, tumbonas apartadas sin huéspedes(aquí el hotel poco puede hacer).

• 404sianj (10/5): Great family holiday! - Ignore negative comments this is a great family resort, excellent value for money. This is our second time here and it was again fabulous! There was some damp in our villa so hotel manager called us to say they noticed it and they went above and beyond to make up for this! Moving our villa and re-imbursing us for the trouble! They couldn’t do enough for us! Positives; Excellent food and choices available to cater for all tastes! I’m not sure why this has been repeatedly commented on but it’s not a 5* Michellein restaurant!? Not sure what people are used too but seems very picky. My partner is a chef and commented on the quality of the food. Food is cooked well and tastes great I would say it’s well above a 3 star resort as described? Very clean resort with communal toilets cleaned regularly and alll main areas spotless. Friendly and helpful staff Lots for kids to do! Kids team are fabulous! Daughter loved the 8.30pm mini disco! Excellent water park and seperate pools available with masses of seating areas and loungers. Stunning main resort with gorgeous adults area pool! On par with the hard rock hotel Tenerife which I thought was stunning! Possible downsides. Location is remote ( we knew this and had a car hire. However kids could be happily entertained at the resort all day with mini golf / tennis courts / padel courts and water park! we did enjoy having a car but hotel do a free shuttle to coralejo daily and other day trips too! We personally like the location feels very rural and volcanic. Location of villas to main resort (we were lucky as our villa was very close). Some can be further away. Pools are not heated, get better towards days end but ideal to cool off! Kids pool is lovely and warm midday onwards… inside the villas there is one sofa to sit on which can seat 3 max and then wooden chairs! There is seating outside but it would be great if they had a bigger sofa or some extra comfy seating inside! We will be back again! thank you Origomare for another fantastic family holiday! Don’t be put off my negative reviews on here. If you want a budget friendly quality family holiday this is ideal!

• 764abbiel (6/5): Great holiday but all inclusive should be avoided - I’ll just get to the point, Pros: •Splash park/pools are brilliant for the kids •Entertainment team are absolutely fabulous and lovely people •Villas are nice and spacious enough for 2 adults & 3 children and provide everything you’d need including 2 bathrooms and are clean on arrival Cons: •bar staff and restaurant staff are rude, and will embarrass you infront of everyone accusing you of not being all inclusive whilst wearing an all inclusive wristband and continue to question you anyways •Food is awful, each of us have had a bad belly & diarrhea atleast twice since being here and it’s not even been a whole week yet •if your an animal lover, especially cats, avoid this place at all costs as me & my partner spent half of a day here trying to help a poor malnourished cat that had been ignored by pool staff and was in a severely bad way around the kids pool and they even told our children to leave it as it was dying. Who tells children that?- we were advised the cat was supposed to be under protection by someone in the hotel yet this clearly wasn’t the case. And sadly the cat didn’t make it which ofcourse had a inpact on our time here and caused us huge upset. • The cleaners have been to clean our room and change towels once in our 7 night stay Overall, would we stay here again? No Would I recommend it to anyone? Yes, but only on a self catering basis. All inclusive is a waste of money when the 80% of the food is inedible. As the entertainment & kids splash pool/slides are brilliant and the entertainment staff really have helped make good out of some bad situations so a huge shoutout to them.
• 22Dubia (8/5): Pleasing stay - Arrived for 9 nights with some trepidation reading all the reviews. The night time receptionist ( male ) on arrival was a great representative for the hotel. I would say 75% of the staff are extremely pleased to work there and it shows. The majority of the reception staff are rude either picking up a none ringing phone or actually on their own personal phone when you want advice/help. The restaurant staff are very good despite having a huge workload. The bar staff are very personable and hard working. Cleaning staff great. The animation team are outstanding. The life guards are very professional. The water park was a welcome addition people waited in line for the beds from about 9 am just leaving their beds with towels for hours which isn’t unusual but extremely annoying . It’s true that the place is worn in certain areas such as the pavement but I am unsure it’s the responsibility of the resort. We only had breakfast which was lovely something for everyone and a huge choice. The place is very isolated so we hired a car which was inexpensive and saw a lot of this beautiful island. I would say that the resort is a 3* . I would also like to point out that the staff especially the restaurant/bar have a great deal of to contend with from some of the disgusting disgraceful guests they have to contend with . It was embarrassing to see them extremely drunk and embarrassing that they were British 🇬🇧 One woman actually came to the breakfast demanding a take out for the Villa as they didn’t like noise 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️She was very rude to the concierge who explained that this wasn’t the resort’s policy. She was quite annoyed and stormed off and guess what nationality? Yes British 🇬🇧 Would return again.

• Miguel Angel (5/5): Ten paciencia... - El sitio es tranquilo y la ubicación es buena siempre que te guste estar aislado y el norte de Fuerteventura... El apartamento por dentro está bien equipado. Cuenta con servicios para tener entretenidos a los niños y una piscina para solo adultos que es lo que mejor conservado se encuentra. Por dónde empezar... Necesitas el coche para ABSOLUTAMENTE TODO. Está entre Corralejo y El Cotillo y solo se llega por una carretera de unos 4-5 km que tienes que hacerla si o sí para llegar desde Lajares al hotel o viceversa. Una vez dentro, nos dieron un apartamento a 10 minutos andando (literal) de la recepción. La piscina que tenemos junto al apartamento (oasis 5) permanece cerrada por lo que teníamos que coger el coche para ir a recepción para todo (piscinas, cambiar toallas, tienda...). El lugar en general está dejado y abandonado. Señales de tráfico hedumbrientas, acera de las calles totalmente destrozadas como no había visto nunca. Las piscinas de toboganes de los niños muy deterioradas. Hamacas excasas y hundidas. No había puntos de sombra donde estar en la hamaca, ni hamacas suficientes para todos los adultos que están acompañando a los niños. Los apartamentos en general necesitan también una reforma: cierres de las ventanas, persianas, extintores. Todo presentaba un aspecto decadente. Éramos cinco y entre toallas de baño y piscina, te llegas a juntar con 10 toallas, más los bañadores... y no había ningún lugar para tender mas allá de las sillas del exterior, las cuales debes quitarle tú la suciedad porque por el lugar en el que se encuentra, el viento y la arena en suspensión es una constante. El suelo de todas las piscinas está levantado, agrietado, dejado... Parece que tienen un litigio abierto con el ente público por construir en una zona protegida, y me temo que hasta que eso no se resuelva no piensan dedicar un duro a su mantenimiento. Se nota que el personal es consciente de todas estas circunstancias, y al menos es verdad que intentan colaborar en todo lo que pueden, a pesar de la falta de personal que tienen (como en todos lados en este país). En fin, no ha sido un infierno, pero hay que hacerle una reforma muy muy profunda y tener la mejor actitud posible para no amargarte.

• Aníbal Glez (7/5): Lugar para descansar del bullicio de la ciudad. - Atención del personal de recepción, el bufet bastante completo y las piscinas. La entrada es las 17:00 horas y la salida a las 10:00, te roban casi un día por la cara, a parte el personal de limpieza entro a la habitación antes de las 10:00 sin tocar, pillando a mi mujer saliendo de la ducha. No pidió ni disculpas, cosa que si hizo el personal de recepción.

Repas correcte sauf boisson (trop de sucre)et dessert ( non varié) Infrastructure vieillissante: trottoirs cassés, pas de parasols dans les différentes piscines. Logement: canapé lit en mauvaise état ( mettre plutôt lit double dans la chambre lit simple et mettre un canapé une place pour le couchage mais de meilleur qualité.) Salle de restauration : pas toujours propre. Service all inclusive : mauvaises boissons ( alcool ou non): trop de sucre. Desserts non variés. Les enfants en bas âge qui se servent seul.
• JOEL (10/5): Havre de paix reposant - Tout. La maison était superbe. Pour info pas de micro-ondes, on chauffe les plats à l' ancienne. Les piscines sont superbes. A 18/20 minutes de coralejo. En retrait, il permet une véritable pause et déconnexion. On a l' impression que le site est laissé à l' abandon par endroits, certaines piscines et maisons et rues. Trottoir endommagé. Alors qu'il est fabuleux et mérite qu'on en prenne grand soin. Peut être qu'une impression ?
• Hector (7/5): - El parque acuático está genial para los peques. No hay ni una hamaca libre, nada más abrir el parque. Supuestamente está prohibido reservar hamacas, pero después están todas ocupadas y nadie en ellas. La gente se va a comer, a la piscina y las hamacas vacías. Cada complejo por así llamarlo tiene una piscina independiente, pero se encuentra vacía, y obligan a todos los huéspedes a ir al parque acuático y está masificado.

Das Haupthaus ist schon okay, es gab Animation und Veranstaltungen, gut ist natürlich der Wasserpark, damit müsste man die Anlage eigentlich gar nicht mehr verlassen -> All.In Urlauber, wer drauf steht -Wir hatten nur Frühstück, aber das schmeckte so künstlich, dass ging gar nicht -Tiere in der Unterkunft/Ferienhaus -Anlage nicht gepflegt, also Gehwege kaputt, die Deko Steine liegen auf dem Weg etc -Personal teilweise überfordert -Gym...
