Great freshly cooked breakfast
- Sheila (10/5): Lovely - We were one of Stuart and Marc’s first guests. They were lovely, and made us feel very welcome.
And the breakfasts were delicious 😋
- Neil (10/5): Great stay - Thank you Stephen, Gary and Jelly for a great stay.
Lovely, friendly, chatty couple.
They gave us a choice of rooms as the one hotels.com had allocated was very small.
In the South end of the town, a short walk to the beach and centre.
- Susan (10/5): A very enjoyable weekend - We had a great weekend and the hosts at the hotel were excellent. From the minute we arrived the welcome was great very friendly, given information and discount suggestions. Shown to our room which was spotless. (only disappointment was we had to step out of our room for toilet and shower) although it was private. The location of the hotel was central for everything. If we could have gone to see Jayne Macdonald as originally planned it would have been a faultless stay.
- IAN (10/5): Family break - Excellent from start to finish. Stayed with 2 grandchildren in a family room which was spotless as well as the bathroom.
Great breakfasts which are cooked to your preference.
Thanks to Gary, Stephen and not forgetting Jelly the dog for being perfect hosts.
- Nigel (10/5): Blackpool stay - The hotel was clean and tidy, Gary and Stephen were great hosts. Will stay again next time we are in Blackpool
- steven (10/5): Best in Blackpool - Very clean ,and hosts couldn't do enough to make you feel at home and welcome, will definitely be back.
- Marc (10/5): Few days away - Lovely place, always helpful worth every penny
- Louise (10/5): Brilliant stay - I stayed in the family room with my 2 young boys. Our stay was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more.
- Jean (10/5): - Spotlessly clean. Piping hot amazing breakfast cooked to order. Gary & Steven the owners were fantastic hosts and so friendly. Would most definitely go back again.
- Lynne (8/5): Family break - Great hotel, very clean, amazing breakfast. Steve and Gary are very hospitable.
Set back from all the noise, slept like babies. Beds are very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Even got a late checkout. Will come again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Made very welcome , Spotless , breakfast excellent , very friendly. Third stay at the Len Brook .
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The Lenbrook's hosts were very friendly and welcoming; and informative about the local area and local events. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with toiletries plus a kettle and supplies for hot drinks and a bottle of water provided (including regular and decaf tea and coffee sachets). The cooked breakfast was lovely. The Lenbrook was located within 5-10 minutes walking distance of the seafront, local attractions, shops, bars and restaurants; it had a small area to sit outdoors, and free parking to accommodate 4 cars. We found it a great place to stay.
- Fiona (10/5): Such good value - I booked last minute for myself and 3 children. We landed on our feet with the Lenbrook. The room was lovely and clean - a double bed and bunk beds with our own shower room and toilet across the landing. Stephen was very welcoming and all staff were happy, friendly and really helpful. Full English breakfast was included plus lots of choice of cereals for the young ones. We stayed 4 nights and The Lenbrook was in an ideal location for us - just a few minutes walk to the beach, a few more minutes to the promenade, Winter Gardens and the Tower. The Lenbrook was situated on a quiet road though so despite being close to the hustle and bustle of Blackpool, we couldn’t hear any noise at night and slept well.
Overall, we all had a great time and if/when we go back to Blackpool, we would choose The Lenbrook again.
- Craig (10/5): Absolutely fantastic! - Myself, my partner and my 5 year old son stayed at The Lenbrook and we were warmly welcomed by Stephen and Gary. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of toast, cereal and a full english with tea, coffee and orange juice, to which we had the choice to refill should we wish. We cannot recommend The Lenbrook enough and we will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Blackpool. The hotel is a short walk away from the sea front and in close to lots of pubs and places to visit. We want to thank Stephen and Gary for their hospitality and making sure we all had a comfortable stay and great time away.
- fiona (10/5): 3 Night stay - Gary and Stephen where lovely made us feel right at home, breakfast was brilliant and beds so comfy. Thank you see you soon x
- andrew (10/5): One of the best hotels I've stayed in - Checked in straight away, was welcomed and shown to my room which was clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Breakfast was perfect every morning and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definately stay again and recommend to anyone
- Paul (10/5): Amazing - Made very welcome, breakfast we brilliant, stayed in room 3, very clean and comfy highly recommended
- Verified traveler (10/5): - convenient location/good breakfast/gracious staff/comfortable bed/tea and coffee making facilities/early breakfast time
- Jacqui (10/5): - Very clean. Very friendly. Very relaxed.
- Peter (10/5): Excellent Easter Weekend at The Lenbrook - Myself and my boys (12 & 9) had a fantastic stay at The Lenbrook over the Easter weekend and can't rate it highly enough. Gary & Stephen (and Meg the dog :-) ) were the perfect hosts and the accommodation and breakfast were both excellent. The entrance hall, dining room, bar area & kitchen were all refurbished in early 2019 and now offer a modern/chic/homely feel (ignore old outdated pics). The location is pretty good being in a quieter part of Blackpool but there's still easy access to the train station & trams on the front to the pleasure beach, tower & piers etc. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at The Lenbrook again and will hopefully return next Easter... If not before!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - great guest house.breakfast .very clean.quiet.plan to go back stay again 2 months.8 minuites walk from the train station.
- Sandy (10/5): Fantastic!!! - our room was lovely, had everything we needed, was spotless and the beds was so comfy and the pillows too! had great night sleep. lovely cooked breakfast. Gary and Stephen were fantastic hosts, cant praise them enough for our lovely stay, will definitely be back very soon!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Walking distance to sea front. Friendly owner. Good breakfast.
- Nicholas (10/5): Lovely little place - I booked the stay for my family . The host was amazing ! Great place ! Very friendly ! Great price ! Couldn’t of asked for nicer and helpful man who ran this place .. every time I phoned I heard nothing but praise from my other half . Will be coming back later in the year with family
- christopher (10/5): A first class small hotel. - could not have gone better lovely hotel with friendly helpful owners. Fantastic English breakfast, comfortable beds good location.
- Terry (10/5): - This hotel and the host are fantastic 10 out of 10 would book again without problem it’s like being at home and breakfast is very good as well thanks
- Kufreanne (10/5): Nice hotel and walking distance seaside and Tower - Nigel was a very good host. We really enjoyed our stay and we were served lovely cooked breakfast every morning. The hotel was homely and clean. We had tea, coffee, biscuits and hot chocolate in the room. This was our first visit to Blackpool. We will certainty go back because of the experience. Thanks for your hospitality Nigel
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent customer service , lovely food , clean hotel close to all amenities
- William (10/5): Weekend stay at the Lenbrook - Great couple of nights at Blackpool Pride and highly recommend the Lenbrook as a great place to stay that is very welcoming, well situated and has the advantage of some onsite parking spaces for use of guests. Definitely plan to stay at the Lenbrook again.
- Sam (10/5): - We had a lovely stay at the Lenbrooke Nigel the owner was so friendly & helpful anything we needed always happy to help , breakfast was lovely.
- george (10/5): good value for money - i had a great 3 day break .... hotel was great value for money . host was great .. and good Wi-Fi signal... very good English breakfast.
- david evans (10/5): - lovely hotel clean large rooms lovely breakfast great hosts you wont find better in blackpool
- Mr P J (10/5): Helpful Nigel, pleasant stay - From the moment we arrived we felt welcome, and 'at home'.
Everything was clean and tidy, and service was great.
We especially enjoyed a very filling breakfast each day, got us ready for a full day ahead!
- Adrian (8/5): - Convenient for the promenade and tram service
- Louis (10/5): Super summer stay - Very pleasant stay. Nigel was welcoming and helpful throughout. Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfy, bathroom clean and everything worked as it should.
4 free Parking spaces available which is needed as you will be charged or fined for on street parking.
Wifi wasn't great in the room although apparently better in the lounge.
The surrounding area was clean and relatively quiet although the noise of the Seagulls in the morning was annoying but not much can be done about that - it is a seaside location. Good central location for accessing the beach front and the tower etc but far enough back to avoid the hustle and bustle.
Breakfasts were good and filling and reasonable choice available. Nice touch from Nigel who bought in apple juice for my son who does not like orange juice.
All in all great value break and would definitely recommend it.
The Duke of York pub serves good meals at a reasonable price but avoid The Washington as the meal we had was awful. The Irish bar next to the Duke of York is very friendly and good value.
- H (8/5): Good hotel - Very nice hotel would have no qualms about staying here again.
- Rosanna (10/5): Friendly - Stay here every year, nigel is a lovely host and always greets you with a smile. Rooms clean and comfortable.
- Martin (10/5): Blackpool April 2017 - Fantastic room and friendly staff
- Christine (10/5): Would stay again - Very relaxing made to feel very welcome. Comfortable and clean
- Nikunj (10/5): - All basic facilities included for the price.
- Michael Hughes (8/5): Stay - Room was clean and host was pleasant. Breakfast was lovely.
Shower not the greatest with being temperamental in hot/cold and pressure not great. Also bed mattress could do with an upgrade as didn't get greatest of sleeps due to it being old.
- Baden (10/5): Convenient to Blackpool Tower and friendly - Just perfect for long weekend(NYE). Owners were lovely, breakfast great. Price fair.
- Graham (10/5): Great location - I arrived early and was welcomed with no problems. Was spotless and could not fault the facilities at all. Great host and great breakfast. Would love to go back best i have stayed in for a long time.
- Rick (10/5): Great value for money - We stay here every time we visit Blackpool. Room facilities and size vary according to price, large en-suite for those that prefer a bit more space. Standard double fine for a weekend base, shower room and toilet just down the hall. Rooms on the top floor require the navigation of quite a narrow staircase, people with mobility problems may struggle. Over all clean and friendly, breakfast menu great ! Just a few minutes walk from the front north end of the prom. Keep up the good work Nigel.
- Holden (10/5): 10/10 must stay - Had to give this place a review, been staying in blackpool for a bit and this place is probably the best hotel I've been to, a bargain and a comforting clean room, everything top notch and lovely owners, go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay, such good breakfast too
