• Christine (2/5): Overall disappointing experience. - Room was clean kitchen area was small tight quarters 88 stairs to room. Not suitable for children, elderly, disabled or large pieces of luggage. We were told the day before that the elevator was out of service. However from the looks of the elevator upon arrival it was clear it had been out of service for years. The toilet seat in the bathroom was only held on by one bolt and slid back and forth when in use. No view due to construction. Facade was covered completely by sheeting and scaffolding.

• Pascal (4/5): L’appartement est très bien situé, par contre énormément de marche à monter, impossible pour une personne âgée et l’hôte - La chambre des confortable est assez grande. Par contre la vue bouchée par un échafaudage qui était là depuis des mois et personne ne nous l’a dit. Chambre quatrième étage avec 88 marches à monter. Il ne nous a jamais été indiqué qu’il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur. Enfin il y en a un mais ça doit faire 30 ans qu’il ne fonctionne plus.

The - Location was good, within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Climb up 5 flights of stairs! Also breakfast included but was only snacks. Would suggest a toaster with breads or something more substantial

• Joyce (10/5): May be smarter to leave your car at the end of a subway line for cheaper parking and avoid driving - Said there was private parking, which I thought meant they offered parking. This actually meant there was NO parking at the hotel, and I had to pay E40/night at a private parking place 2 blocks away. This was a surprise

Había un ascensor y estaba roto. Muy difícil de ubicar e identificar el lugar. No teníamos desayuno.

• Vilhelm (7/5): It's a nice place, if a bit worn. Keep the logitstics of the location and elevation in mind. - The location is great, and the place has a lot of charm. Keep in mind, in addition to being a 4th floor walkup, that there's no public transportation in the old town of Naples, so it's a bit of a walk. That's not on the B&B though, just something to keep in mind when booking. The place is a bit run down, the shelf in the bathroom couldn't hold anything because of its slant, the door came off the cupboard when you opened it fully, and the place wasn't exactly spotless. There's also still scaffolding in front of all the windows, not that we saw anyone working. We didn't mind too much, just meant that the room didn't get too bright in the morning. A bag with four pieces of underwear went missing, which was a bit uncomfortable, but it had only ended up in the laundry with the bedlinen. We got it back once it was found, along with a small gift as an apology.
• Victoria (9/5): Very central - and quirky - Quirky b&b in central location within easy walk of many of Naples tourist sites. Wi-Fi works well and our host kindly let us leave our bags in the morning. There is a shared kitchen, we only washed fruit, but nice to have the facility. The lift now functions as a greenhouse for a large plant and you take the stairs. This is fine, but be prepared.

La camera era pulitissima e curata nei dettagli, con un letto comodissimo. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e cosa vedere. Torneremo sicuramente!

• christian (3/5): top lage reicht nicht!! - top lage- mittendrinn kommunikation mit dem vermieter grösse des zimmers mängel, die vor einem jahr schon von anderen gästen festgestellt wurden- wurden nicht abgestellt klimaanlage/ heizung nicht gewartet- filterwechsel!!! heizung funktionierte nicht,nachts 10 grad, ablage im bad habe ich selbst fixiert- da keine weitere ablage- bad ca. 1,5qm, abfluss verstopft- bad stand ständig unter wasser, duschabtrennung hing nur noch an 2 ösen, durchgang zum bad ca. 20 cm zwischen sofa und wackligem bett, das einzigste interesse des vermieters bestand darin, den tax sofort bei der anreise- natürlich nur in bar- abzukassieren!
• Paula (7/5): - La chambre était très grande avec 5 couchages alors qu’on était que 2, le nombre était pas précisé dans l’annonce C etait propre et l’accès a la cuisine est appréciable. La clim est réversible. Il y a un frigo, un micro-ondes, des machines a café et une bouilloire. Cafe, thé et des ptits gateaux a dispo. J avais réservé a cet endroit pour l’emplacement mais avec les travaux on a une vu sur un échafaudage recouvert d’une toile. De plus l étage n est pas précisé non plus! Donc il faut bien prendre en compte les 88 marches a monter pour aller a l’appartement, il vaut mieux rien oublier avant de descendre !!
• Dagmara (7/5): Bez wyżej wymienionych niedogodności bardzo polecam ten obiekt - Super lokalizacja , w samym centrum centro storico a jednocześnie jest cisza i spokój Zimno w pokoju Podczas naszego pobytu było wyjątkowo jak na ten czas zimno , dzień 13 st , noc 7 a w apartamencie nie działała klimatyzacja. Dostaliśmy co prawda grzejnik ale to podczas nieobecności naszej w pokoju niebezpiecznie korzystać a po powrocie to już za późno Proszę też podczas rezerwacji pytać czy skończył się remont fasady bo obecność rusztowania , robotników za oknem i hałas jest ciężki do zniesienia

• Jéssica (2/5): Estadia muito difícil - A localização é ótima, muitos mercados e restaurantes bem próximos. Quarto amplo. O contato com o anfitrião tbm é muito bom e ele é super solícito. Precisei enviar uma encomenda pelos "Correios" e o anfitrião recebeu e me repassou com muita tranquilidade. Tbm precisei de suporte qnd o aquecedor não estava funcionando e apesar de ter passado a primeira noite no frio, o anfitrião resolveu prontamente no dia seguinte. A entrada do prédio e parte interna precisa de uma revitalização urgente. Decidi ir para o local a pé devido à proximidade da estação de metrô, mas a rua é de paralelepípedo sem boa manutenção, rua muuuuito suja e rua bastante estreita e com trânsito muito intenso, então foi bem difícil chegar. Ao chegar, a porta de entrada assusta o hóspede, sem conservação, pixada e muito suja. A conservação do imóvel é importante também para a sensação de segurança e vi q vários imóveis na mesma rua estão melhores. A passagem pelo portão é estreita e se vc estiver com muita bagagem é muito difícil pq tem que passar por uma portinhola do portão. Ao passar o portão tem um hall que percebi ser comum nos prédios históricos daquela localidade, mas tudo muito sujo (nunca tinha ficado num lugar com aparência tão ruim), caindo aos pedaços literalmente. Há uma escadaria imensa (a hospedagem fica no último andar), como o prédio está caindo aos pedaços, elevadores desativados e não há funcionários para ajudar com as malas. A categoria da hospedagem é B&B, mas não há café da manhã na hospedagem nem para pagar a parte. O banheiro estava bastante sujo (de forma a gerar nojo para usar) e o ralo COMPLETAMENTE entupido. Não era possível tomar banho direito para não transbordar a água e não alagar o quarto (não consegui lavar o cabelo nenhum dia e o banho tinha que durar cerca de 2 minutos para não transbordar). No último dia, o servente não sabia que eu ainda estava no quarto e tentou entrar, o que gerou um susto imenso! A falta de funcionários nessa hospedagem especificamente faz muita falta: no 1º dia meu aquecedor não funcionou e as cobertas não foram suficientes, sendo resolvido somente no dia seguinte, o entupimento do ralo e a ajuda com as malas eram pontos importantes que o suporte físico de alguém teria sido importante. Há várias outras hospedagens na mesma rua e em condições infinitamente melhores. Apesar da localização, não recomendo esse local de jeito nenhum.

• Myriem (10/5): - Everything about staying here was great from start to finish. Our host Gianni was friendly, kind and helpful. He picked us up from the airport and we were blown away by the vibe of the city from the start. San Gennaro BNB is such a cool place to stay, like stepping back in time. The location is great and the BNB itself was so authentic. Such a great experience. Our room was comfortable and clean, we had everything we needed and Gianni was great for recommending the best places to eat, drink and see. We were really grateful for this, who did no planning and didn’t know where to go! I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants a true Napoli experience and we would stay here again :) Only leaving was hard as 4 nights is simply not enough.

• Eugene (10/5): Great B&B in the Heart of the Historic District - Charming B&B in an old building in the middle of historic center. Everything about the B&B was exactly as described with no surprises. The room was well equipped, up to date bathroom, clean and in good condition. Our host was friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we asked. Yes, it was on the 4th floor, but that was not an issue since we only climbed the stairs once or twice a day. The location was great, a short walk to all the must see attractions, restaurants, and the Metro.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Fabulous, quirky and comfortable stay in central Naples - Quirky, beautiful and imaginatively designed B&B. Rooms were comfortable, clean and welcoming. Great location in the heart of the Centro Storico. There was no lift and it is quite a long walk up with cases. However this was clearly communicated by the host so we were aware of it and it is a historic building so you do not expect it to be like a modern hotel.

• Sylvia (9/5): - Mitten in der Altstadt, liebevoll eingerichtet Etwas missverständlich war die Beschreibung des "hervorragenden" Frühstück. Also dabei handelt es sich nicht um ein Frühstück, wie man es sich vorstellt, wenn man Frühstück bucht. Wenn man aber nur einen kleinen Imbiss erwartet, der den Start in den Tag versüßt, bevor man frühstücken geht, ist es wirklich hervorragend: Man kann sich Kaffee oder Tee kochen, es gibt abgepackte Kekse, Knäckebrot, Zwieback und Butter, Nutella und Marmelade ist auch da. Personal oder den Vermieter habe ich die ganze Zeit nicht gesehen.

• Narjara (8/5): Heerlijke plek. - De locatie is fantastisch, het gebouw prachtig, de trappen omhoog zijn alsof je in een roman terecht bent gekomen. Het interieur is vintage en precies als op de foto’s. De douche was een beetje krap, heerlijk warm maar krap.

• María Isabel (7/5): Alojamiento céntrico - La ubicación y la pequeña cocinita que tiene. La ducha está bien y la habitación es amplia para 3 personas. Las escaleras pero no se puede hacer nada con eso. El colchón y la almohada no era de lo más cómodo y hemos tenido mala suerte y había un andamio fuera tapando las vistas. También que cambiaran las sabanas pero no limpiaran el baño.
