Ahmad (4/5): Location Only. Read carefully please - Average clean, room is big but only one socket is there which is used for the fridge!! Bathroom is small and shower box is very small and very old. No maintenance was done for a long time. This hotel is old and i think it was one of the best in Ajman earlier but now they don't even make maintenance, most of the facilities are there but not working (pool, spa, massage, restaurant, cafe shisha lounge). Huge Lobby with limited furniture. They can't afford furnishing this huge area! Breakfast is veryyyyy poor. You are really having the breakfast same as hostel or 1 star hotel. Location is great, many restaurants, Cafe, ATM, Laundry are all around.

And whenever I ask for slippers, towels, dental kits or whatever they never got me what I want!!! The corridors are always dirty Today I spoke with the manager to make a complaint and ask why they are not cleaning my room and she told me because you’re drunk!!!! First am a muslim a don’t drink alcohol, second even if you have a drunk guest you don’t clean their room!!!!????? I WANT A REFUND NOW!

Verified traveler (4/5): - I arrived around 9 pm and was so tired. All I wanted is to take shower and sleep. First when I entered the room I noticed that the toilet was broken I couldn’t flash it was broken and no water. I went to take shower closed the cabin and when I turned around I saw water on the floor like about 3 inches.. I couldn’t finish my shower I called the reception. They sent some guy to fix it. He was fixing it about 1.5 hours . Than some guy from management came and he was keep telling me in 2 minutes they’ll fix it. The cabin were leaking. I really wanted to use toilet and sleep. So finally they gave me another room. When we came I was very surprised with the smell it was so smelly with smoke. Turns out it was smoking floor. I told them cigarettes smoke makes me sick and I can’t sleep in this room. So they took me to third room. I turned on the sink to wash my hands and discover than it’s leaking too. I was too tired to keep changing the rooms . So I just didn’t care and went to sleep. Was uncomfortable though since I couldn’t use the sink. And no one cane to fix it even thought they told me someone will come fix it the next morning. I had the feeling that everything in that hotel was broken. Although hotel looks not bad from first sight and rooms look nice and spacious. Too bad they can’t manage it properly.

Verified traveler (6/5): Crown Palace Hotel Ajman UAE - Foyer impressive. Registering was easy, but rest of hotel needs refurbishment. Room was adequate but small compared to some other similar hotels, particularly the shower. No balcony & unable to open window which was dirty. Also I wanted to use the coffee shop but found it was shut down ;-( Gym had all equipment but needs revitalising. Pool area needs some shade & suggest some pot plants to give it ambience. Great location to see Ajman city area though. The price was reasonable.
