- Martyn (8/5): - Tamara was very helpful advising us about the taxis which we booked and they turned up promptly i know other members of our party who booked a different firm their taxis didn't turn up and we were all going to a wedding. The room was small but extremely clean and tidy just what we needed for our 2 night stay, we will return thanks to Tamara and her partner.

Perfect communication
More than I expected
- Malcolm (8/5): - Ideal just for sleeping, very clean,
- Jonas (10/5): - Lovely location
- Lawrence (8/5): - The Headlands was a satisfactory stay. The room had everything I needed and it was very clean. I have stayed in better and worse accommodation. The parking can sometimes be a bit a pain to find a space. Specially in the height of summer. Brilliant checking in and out processes and most importantly. The bed was very comfortable.
- Adrian (10/5): - If you need a clean and quiet place to sleep this is the right place.
- Brook (10/5): - Great location, owner was readily available and very considerate and understanding

- Nitu (8/5): Superb! - Great location! Everything was good, the room was clean overall but just a bit dusty.. apart from that everything else was great, nice comfy bed!
- Ilona (8/5): Good location and friendly owners :) - Very friendly family running the guesthouse. Just a shame about not being able to use the kitchen and store your cold food or even ice. Owners should let the guests use the kitchen or at least put mini fridges in the rooms.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Room nice and clean. 🛌 comfortable. Few minutes to the beach.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean and beautifully decorated, very modern.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Delightful home from home. - We had a delightful week staying at Headlands. We could go and come as we pleased and our room at the top of the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely friendly owners and it was great being in a family home. Breakfast is self service which suited us well. Super location near the best beach and just a short stroll into the centre of Falmouth.
- Lee (10/5): Best B&B ever - Best experience I've ever had. On the way to the guest house my son was ill in the car. On arrival at Headlands I asked for a local laundrette but they took my sons car seat, clothes and shoes and washed them all for me.
The room was lovely. The owners noted I had a small child so gave me a room with an alcove so he had an area to play with his toys in.
Both of the owners knew the area inside out so gave great advice on where to visit and where to avoid.
The owners are lovely and really do go the extra mile to make sure you have a great time. I cannot recommend this place highly enough
- Steven (8/5): Nice location, great beds - Nice little guest house, just a few minutes walk to the main town's shops, bars and restaurants.
There was parking at the back, which is included, so we felt it was secure.
Breakfast was not included, although a continental one was optional. We ate breakfast out, as there were numerous options within a short walk.
Our room was a eaves room and there was a fair bit of ducking required to get around the bed but this didn't bother us much.
The room was furnished nicely and very clean.
The bed was fantastic, so comfortable.
I'd stay here again and would recommend it it. It's not 5 star luxury but has lots of character and the owner was really welcoming.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - owner was very very helpful and the place was relatively clean, but it is old and you could see a lot of places are peeling off.
- Peter (10/5): - It was great. No cooked breakfast at this time but continental suited me and there are lots of nearby places to eat.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The family were friendly and helpful. The place was well placed for beach, town and station. Very clean.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay, Tamara and Chris were absolutely lovely! It is in a fantastic position, the beach is only a couple of minutes walk away and the town is a couple of minutes walk the other way! We had a wonderful couple of days staying at the Headlands Guest House! Thank you :)
- Travis (10/5): - Very clean and friendly. Great location.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Exterior so poor we didn’t stay so cannot comment on rooms. We have photographic evidence of exterior if required.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to beach and all amenities. Quiet, clean and comfortable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - ONLY STAYED I NIGHT. ROOM NICE AND CLEAN. GOOD VIEWS FROM WINDOW
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good stay there, spacious room with sofa, short walk to town centre, beautiful Falmouth in summer!
- Birgitte (8/5): Very helpfull hostess. - The house was near the beach and near restaurants.
The was a little noise from the traffic.
Very nice and helpfull hostess.
- Paul (10/5): Falmouth - Tamara was a wonderful host with helpful suggestions.
The guest house is spotless and the bedroom very comfortable.
The self service continental breakfast had a great variety and all you needed.
The guest house is around a 10 minute walk from the main centre of Falmouth.
Happy to recommend and would use again.
- Maja (10/5): Amazing! - Absolutely fantastic, place, people, service all!

Our host Chris was very friendly and helpful
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic b&b, very clean. Very warm and welcoming hosts who have excellent tips on lovely walks and ways to spend your time on Falmouth.
The location is brilliant, right in the middle of town and the beach - just 5 minute walk in either direction. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Falmouth
- Neill T. (10/5): Visit to Falmouth - A huge thank you to the owners of Headlands Guest House who made me feel most welcome. The room was comfortable and self service breakfast had a variety to choose from. She also gave me loads of information about what to do re visit, using the Mussel Card and even googled if venues were open. I have amazing memories
- AngieChapman (10/5): - Lovely hosts very accommodating and would highly recommend this guest house to anyone. Really lovely rooms very clean and loved the location xx
- Simon (8/5): - Nice little b&b . Lovely room. Good location.
- Joanne Snow (10/5): - The hosts were lovely and were very informative of the local places we said we were going to visit, with good tips regarding where to park, etc. The breakfast had plenty of choice - we would recommend the Full English which was great, and very filling. Our hosts were happy to give us exactly what we wanted. We were in a good sized triple room (v comfy standard size double bed) on the 2nd floor at the front of the Guest House which was next to a busy road and pedestrian crossing (ok with us as we live next to a busy road but this could bother some people) The location was good - just a few minutes walk to Falmouth Harbour in one direction, and a few minutes walk to the nearest beach in the other direction. Also close to the railway station.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great short break - I took my elderly parents away for a short break in Falmouth. What an excellent choice Headlands was. Chris and Tamara are very friendly and helpful. The B&B is excellently located to get to the town centre and beach. The breakfast is great, rooms are lovely and clean. Pretty much everything has been thought of for a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again if i'm in the area.
- Carla (10/5): Great Guest House with lovely Hosts - Tamara and Chris were brilliant hosts, couldn't do enough for you. Knew plenty of info of the local area to help you with planning your daily trips out. lovely breakfasts every morning, good selection to choose from. Our room was clean and comfortable to relax in at the end of the day. We would recommend this Guest House to anyone and will be back at some point in the future.

The owners are friendly and went above and beyond expectations, the B&B was kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and of course the food was lovely and on top form every morning.
Thank you :) Anna & Dave

- gordon (10/5): 3 Nights in Falmouth - Chris and Tamara made us feel extremely welcome from the moment we arrived. The full breakfast was exceptional as was our rather spacious room on the top floor.
We were given lots of helpful local info and used this area as a base to explore with our rental vehicle.
Could have easily lingered for longer here
- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing hosts and lovely property. - Amazing hosts who went out of their way to accommodate me beyond what you'd expect from a hotel. Clean and comfy room with all the usual mod cons. Excellent location just a few minutes walk to the train station and town. Breakfast was also of great quality. I would definitely rebook if I came back to Falmouth.

But or room was faced the road and that was noisy,
- TIMOTHY (10/5): Shane and Jemma's Wedding - Great location for town, shops, restaurants, harbour, beach and Pendennis Castle. Railway station very close. Friendly atmosphere and very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing!

- David (10/5): Execptional B&B - Stayed 3 nights very comfortable & well located for trips around Falmouth
- Sakuranbo (10/5): Excellent management and great location! - Really pleased with the guesthouse's communication and helpfulness at every stage. In the lead-up to our trip we had a few last-minute things come up that affected our check-in and check-out times. I communicated them to Tamara and she made me feel as if nothing was a problem - which was very refreshing and very much appreciated! She even arranged for us to have breakfast a bit earlier than the usual time as we had to leave early. The room was clean and comfortable and there is even some fresh milk provision in the common room that you can use for your in-room tea and coffee, which is one of those little touches that makes a B&B stand out. We stayed in the room with the smallest en-suite which was fine for our needs (the ventilator was quite loud though! But went off as soon as you turned out the bathroom light, so not a problem), and throughout the house was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the full English set us up for the day - we ate at 8:30am and only started to get hungry again around 3:00pm! I'd highly recommend it and this is now our go-to place for our trips to Falmouth.
- David (8/5): 5 Night stay in Falmouth - The only thing that spoilt our stay was the positioning of the shower which proved almost impossible to use.
- Nicholas (10/5): Great B&B - Very hospitable, great breakfast both selection and quality. Would stay again.
- Brendon (10/5): The perfect spot in Falmouth! - A very lovely place to stay! Tamara and Chris were welcoming and very accommodating. Room was big, clean and very comfortable and warm with a nice balcony. In a great location for just about everything! Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit!
- Carol (10/5): A warm welcome in Falmouth - This lovely guest house is run by true locals who went out of their way to make our stay a happy one. Realising we were using public transport and needed to get to the nearby town of Penryn, our host looked up train and bus options and wrote them out for us -- much appreciated! Our room was nicely decorated in a contemporary style, very spacious, and with brand new, very comfortable beds. Excellent location, two minutes walk from the rail station, and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, beaches, museums, etc., etc. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in Falmouth!! And a generous breakfast to boot.

- Eric (10/5): Handy for the Station - Warm welcome, just enough chat. Well appointed room, with thoughtful attention to detail, free wifi, everything a business traveller needs. Will stay there again.
- Sean (10/5): lovely stay and can't wait to come back - Lovely place and made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble
- Verified traveler (10/5): An Enjoyable Stay - The room was clean and comfortable and breakfasts were excellent and made with high quality ingredients. Having on-site parking was also an added bonus.
Chris and Tamara were both very hospitable hosts.
- Adrian (10/5): Excellent hotel, quite central - Owners can't do enough for you, including making sure you know what's going off where. Hotel is a 5 minute walk down a hill in to the town
- Brendan (10/5): Beautiful overnight stay - Pleasant staff were very helpful with our questions. Room was perfect although the ensuite was a tad small. Breakfast was faultless. I would definitely come here again if I'm in the area.
- David (10/5): - Chris and Tamara made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts delicious. Particularly touched that Tamara noticed we both drank de caffeinated tea and coffee at breakfast and that evening we returned to find some in our hospitality tray. So thoughtful. Would have no hesitation in recommending Headlands and hope we can return someday.
- Elaine (8/5): Recommended - Chris and Tamara were very friendly, informative and couldn't do enough for you. Our trip was to take our daughter to Uni halls for her first year so it was lovely to find a lovely place that we will use during visits over the next 3 years.
- Barry (10/5): Headlands Guest House - We arrived at the guest house and the proprietors were very welcoming and they offered to carry our bags to our room. The room was very clean with coffee/tea etc supplied. The en suite was also immaculate with fresh towels. I know that this sounds obvious but sometimes the en suite is left a little grubby as I have found out at other guest houses. There were two downsides ti this stay, one was personal as we found the bed a little on the hard side but that is a personal thing and the other which the proprietors have no control over is the amount of traffic outside which while we were there did not slow down until about two in the morning, but if you are a fairly heavy sleeper this will not bother you. The breakfast was excellent I had the full English on the first day and could hardly eat anything for the rest of the day!! It really was a very good breakfast. There was every cereal as well as the standard juices with never ending coffee/tea etc. All in all a most enjoyable stay at the Headlands Guest House.
- Sarah (10/5): Just how a holiday should be! - Like many visitors, we checked the reviews of other guests before booking our stay at 'Headlands' and within a very short time from arrival, it was clear to see why Chris and Tamara receive such high ratings. Every effort is made to ensure you are comfortable and happy during your stay. We enjoyed a cuppa in the sun lounge on arrival and the little extras and attention to detail went on from there - apart from anything else, we ate the best breakfasts I have ever had in a B&B....Paul still thanks you for the Hogs Pudding! It is clear that Chris and Tamara want you to enjoy your stay and seek to run 'Headlands' accordingly - without doubt we will be returning at the first opportunity.
- Chris & Sue (10/5): Ideally situated for harbour and beaches - We would have no hesitation in recommending the Headlands. Easy to find and walking distance from both the beaches and Falmouth town and harbour. Very nice rooms, excellent breakfasts and perfect hosts in Chris and Tamara.
- Claudia (8/5): Lovely stay - Stayed here for three nights and very happy with the experience :) Tamara really couldn't have been more helpful, and we were really impressed with how quick and great the service was at breakfast! We never had to wait long for our cooked breakfasts and she went out of her way to make sure that mine was 100% vegan which was so lovely. Also, in a really nice location because you're pretty much equal distance from the beaches and the docks, and it's also really near the station. The only downside to our stay was that we were put in the family room, which is on the ground floor, (so no view) and when we had the windows open it felt like we were out in the street, we could hear everyone's conversations as they walked past and the cars were really loud! Through the night we were woken several times by passing lorries because it was that loud. However, the room itself was really nice, and the beds were really comfy. So overall very good :)
- Verified traveler (10/5): A great base in Falmouth/ Cornwall - This is a great B&B. The couple who run it will do everything they can to fit around you. The breakfast is amazing with everything from granola and yoghurt to smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. The place is just a very short stroll straight to the beach. I couldn't fault this B&B.
- Tony (10/5): Great Place Top Owners - The Guest House was close to centre of Falmouth.
The ownets were very helpful and were always willing to do more.
The breakfasts were fantastic.
- Luca (10/5): great - Really nice. Walk distance from city center and beaches. The owners couple are great, really friendly and helpful.
- Neil (10/5): Best B&B in Falmouth! - We had a warm welcome on our arrival and were asked whether we needed local guides, information etc. The room was well furnished and the bathroom whilst necessarily small was smartly completed with led lighting. Breakfasts were everything you could ask for as well. Location was also really convenient being just a few minutes walk from either the town or Gilly Beach. Throw in parking and I don't think B&B's get much better.
- Sharon (10/5): lovely friendly place to stay. - Lovely bed & breakfast..bright clean room..comfy beds good variety on breakfast menu . Full English very good not greasy at all . Offered coffee in sun room on arrival too. stayed 2 nights..owners very helpful .offering extra help..advise local town .easy walking distance ftom town & bars & even closer to beach...definitely stay again & recommend
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Extremely helpful and friendly hosts. Excellent location. Lovely place stay.
- Andrew (10/5): - Great guest host run by friendly and lovely people. I would stay again and recommend to others.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Quick trip - Stayed only the one night in this lovely B and B. The room was big enough for a family to stay in though there was only two of us. Breakfast was great, the owners were friendly and efficient and we will stay here again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Generally very good, Excellent breakfast. Parking a little tight for larger cars. Right on busy road junction but surprisingly quiet, mid week at least.
- brant (8/5): - A very friendly family runs this B&B and did everything possible to make my stay there as comfortable as possible. At the end of my stay I had to leave at 7am in the morning and they kindly made me a sandwich and coffee to take on my journey home due to the fact I would miss out on breakfast.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay - Chris and Tamara were very welcoming, helpful hosts who made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Very comfortable room, great breakfast and ideally located a short walk from the town.
