• Derrick (8/5): I enjoyed my stay and usaquen is a great village with lots of atmosphere in sprawling Bogota. - Great location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars except when reserving I specifically asked not to be placed in the room next to reception, based on reviews, and they confirmed this. The first night of five they put me in that room. This room is next to a restaurant with only a glass partition. The restaurant was loud and busy until 11pm and the reception was busy early in the morning. They eventually moved me on my second day but this was a bit of a dilemma.

• Mao (5/5): - La amabilidad y buen servicio por parte de las chicas que trabajan allí, la limpieza, la ubicación y el desayuno. Es una estructura con demasiadas cosas por mejorar. Tuvimos que pedir cambio porque la puerta del baño no cerraba, siempre estaba abierta de par en par. La insonorización de la habitaciones es inexistente, se escucha todo lo que hacen en las demás habitaciones (todo!!) y en la recepción. El último día no había agua, tuvimos que ir al aeropuerto a hacer un viaje de 14 horas sin poder darnos una ducha en la mañana, muy muy mal. En resumen la infraestructura es un desastre.

Plusieurs chambres donnent sur le restaurant tres bruyant et ne devrait meme pas etre louées...

• Susanne (8/5): Wir waren schon mehrfach dort und immer sehr zufrieden. - Die Lage des Hotels is optimal, wenn man den Kunsthandwerkermarkt in Usaquen besuchen will. Taxis gibt es überall. Das Frühstück ist eher einfach, aber ok und frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die INfrastruktur im Hotel wird kontinuierlich verbessert.: Renovierung der Duschen, Austausch des Bodens etc. Na ja, das FRühstück könnte ein bisschen reichhaltiger sein. Abhängig von der Person, dieden Frühstücksservice gemacjht hat, gab es Obst und Saft oder nur das eine oder das andere.

• Mosjkan (9/5): Reizende Zimmer in charmanter Umgebung - Sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit Kamin (Gas) in einem Gebäude mit schönem alten Baustil mitten im historischen Viertel von Usaquen. Die Zimmer verfügen über gute Ablagemlglichkeiten. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Wir durften unser Gepäck während unseres Amazonastrips dort lagern. Das inkludierte Frühstück war etwas einfallslos und wenig flexibel. Die Karte verspricht mehr als es am Ende tatsächlich gibt. Usaquen ist reizend, aber ziemlich weit von den meisten Attraktionen entfernt. Empfehlung: bei der Buchung nachfragen, ob das Zimmer ein richtiges Fenster hat, denn einige Zimmer haben kein Fenster nach draußen.

Tienes restaurantes, farmacia, un mercadito para comprar diferentes articulos y souvenirs. - El restaurante del hotel es de los mejores, comida muy rica y precio razonable. - La habitación en la que me quedé tiene una ventana de vidrio grande que se ve desde la calle. Lo cual solucionaba manteniendola cerrada.

Corri con mala suerte porque se fue la energía 2 veces en la madrugada y se disparo el regulador de energía, el cual sonó como una alarma.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, hay mucho por hacer alrededor del hotel. El desayuno esta muy bien, es lo suficiente. Las almohadas pueden se aun poco difíciles de acomodar, son muy blandas pero pudimos darle un uso. El baño me pareció algo incomodo, sobre todo la ducha.

• Cynthia (8/5): Great location to be in Bogotá! - We loved the Terrace Suite with its outdoor access, the amiability of the staff and the location of the casona in Usaquén. We recommend knowing some Spanish to be able to communicate well with the staff. Be aware that it’s a 45 minutes taxi ride (~COP 35’000) to some parts of the city centre.
