- Timothy (10/5): Perfect! - I've stayed at maybe 15 hotels in Blackpool in the last decade and this is by far the best. The friendlist host, the cleanest room - all perfect! I will stay here again.
- Gillian (10/5): - Room and hotel areas were spotless. The family who run the hotel are lovely and can't do enough for you. Room had everything you need. Breakfast choices were great, plentiful and delicious. Have stayed here a few times now and will definitely return.
- Anthony (10/5): Great hotel fantastic value for money - We picked this hotel because of the reviews given .there are so many hotels in Blackpool it’s hard to decide well I can definitely say this hotel deserves 10 stars from arriving to departure it was first class for your money .very clean and quiet breakfast was fantastic.will definitely stop again thank you for a great stay
- Martyn (10/5): - I'll keep this Short and Sweet..
Everything about this Establishment is Absolutely Marvellous..
Lovely owners and in a really good area just a little Tram ride down to The Tower.

- Judith (10/5): - Excellent stay friendly welcome and service. Extremely clean and lovely new bathrooms. The breakfast was also beautifully cooked. Easy access to the tram and the sea front.
- Julian Anthony (10/5): - The host is very welcoming and accomodating. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and a great breakfast is provided in a light and airy breakfast room.
The trams stop hust a minutes walk away (Cliffs hotel stop) but the seafront walks from the hotel are breathtaking. Highly recommended.
- Stephen (10/5): Great little hotel - Great little hotel, clean and comfortable, great full English breakfast or other options available. Nothing seemed too much trouble. My 2nd stay here so must be good. Ok
- Tracey (10/5): Great small hotel - Lovely small hotel, very clean, great breakfast and the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Definitely recommend
- Gerald (10/5): - This was my second stay here so i new what to expect here, another excellent stay and with free breakfast which is first class and plentiful and cooked to order, I stayed in one of two single rooms and although small in size was not a problem for me, and i look forward to my next stay here at the Highfield Hotel.
- Robert (8/5): - Friendly welcome, given choice of 2 rooms, both small and dated but went for one on front as had larger windows to open as it was a warm weekend.
No bed side cabinets, no plugs near bed but bed was clean and comfortable but was against the wall.
Bathroom was dated but clean and functional. No toiletries so take your own. Shower was powerful and lots of hot water.
Breakfast was included, help yourself to cereal and juice, cooked breakfast and toast served. Breakfast was very nice, well cooked and presented.
Overall, friendly owners, good breakfast, clean, quiet location, close to tram stop but dated and small rooms.
- Kevan (10/5): Lovely quirky hotel - Lovely quirky hotel, excellent service, fantastic breakfast

- Gerald (10/5): - I stayed here at the Highfield hotel over the weekend and very much enjoyed it run by Jay and his mum, the hotel is just off North shore and there is a tram stop just across the road which is very handy, there is a cracking breakfast and all is cooked to order a good start to anyone's day, I had a single room and although a little on the small side it was no problem for me, it is in a quite area apart from the seagulls, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.
- James (8/5): Highfield Hotel - Jay and his mum couldn’t do enough for everyone lovely people the breakfast was first class and quality ingredients were used only problem that we had was that the bedroom was a little small but we would definitely use this hotel again thank you jay and mum for a very good stay
- mr william (10/5): - Lovely room and breakfast car or taxi needed or tram to North peir all good thou
- Jon (10/5): Fantastic Guest House - This is a fantastic B&B, can't fault it at all. Excellent service from the friendly Philippine family, really comfortable bedroom, en-suite shower and great breakfasts. I will certainly book there again next time!
- Pauline (10/5): - Very courteous both at welcome and throughout the stay. Lovely breakfast.
- Colin (10/5): Highly satisfied guest - A very nice hotel run by very friendly people. GREAT BREAKFAST. Parking is free in the streets around but you may have to park a short distance away.
One point: it was winter and the heating might stay on a bit later into the night. That said, the price was more than reasonable and with off-season occupancy I fully understand why it didn't.
I will definitely try to book in here again next time I'm in Blackpool.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - All good cosy comfy bed good breakfast just have to look for parking
- Steven (8/5): Nice - Nice hotel off the front but near by travelling by myself just not use to single beds but was comfortable
- Stephen (8/5): - Nice little hotel, small room but great for me, lovely breakfast. Handy for tram near sea front. Clean comfy. Good shower. Not great for parking but went by train. Between £5-£5.50 for a taxi
- e (8/5): Highfield hotel - 2 OAPs up 3 flights of stairs and no lift. they did carry our cases up but going up and down was a nightmare. They said i should have requested a lower room at booking. Room smelled of smoke especially after it was cleaned. Breakfast had a narrow window between 8.30 and 9am although they did accomodate one morning at an earlier time. Breakfast was really good. No parking available although they said to use the few off road spaces next door at a disused hotel however the sign advising us that there would be a penalty for parking there was a bit disconcerting. Would say at the price and location it was value for money and staff were very friendly.
- Craig (10/5): great wee hidden gem - lovely little hotel I've been visiting Blackpool for 20+ year and this is one of the nicest hotels I've found. The owners are very polite and welcoming and very engaging with their guests.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great value for money - Really nice stay at the Highfield, great value for money. Would stay again. Great Breakfast,
- stephan (8/5): Family run pleasant hotel - Hotel was a little old fashioned fuddy duddie but pleasant stay family run hotel that needs to remove some of the plants breakfast was apart english but could of been hotter as come out only warm selection of cereals and the tea & coffee was not very hot but overall stay was comfy and could do with updating 6.5 to 7 out of 10
- Caroline (10/5): - Great little hotel with friendly owners.
Lovely english breakfast with added extras if you wanted more.
Rooms were very clean.
- Hasna (10/5): I definitely recommend - It was amazing, fully enjoyed our stay, very friendly staff, environment was clean, quiet and cossy.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Spotlessly clean, very friendly hosts. Quiet side street but close to promenade and tram stop. Good size room for a single.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The owners/staff were very friendly and very helpful the room was very clean and the breakfast was perfect. I found the stairs difficult although I did manage them.
- Mark (10/5): 3 night solo stay - Handy for getting to Blackpool or to Cleveleys and Fleetwood. Less than 5 mins walk to Cliffs Hotel tram stop. Friendly owners, good breakfast and cosy, clean rooms. Reccomend short ferry trip from Fleetwood Knott End and bus back to Blackpool stopping off at Poulton-le-fylde.
- Jason (10/5): Fantastic - Excellent family run hotel in a nice quiet location. Hotel is very clean and rooms get cleaned daily, Breakfast is excellent and hosts go out of their way to help you. Would definitely stay again
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff were really nice and helpful room was comfortable and clean would definitely stay again
- Hirenkumar (6/5): - Near the tram station Cliffs Hotel (20 meters only) and Blackpool North Railway railway station, we took taxi which takes only £5.60 to get this hotel. But this is far from central pier and Blackpool Tower and pleasure beach, you must have to buy a Tram ticket. Staff is very nice and fulfil our requirements. Nice breakfast. Hotel is very clean only one thing we didn’t like in our room is Bathroom - I i is too small, no Bucket in there, of course you can ask them for one.
Looking at price overall OK and Good.
- Sammy (10/5): Fabulous hosts. - Just came back from an amazing stay! Hosts could not do enough for me and my daughter. We were there for a dance comp and they wished her luck every morning and asked how she done every night. Helped with our luggage upstairs and gave me a choice of 2 rooms, couldnt do enough for us a breakfast and made sure we were happy.
As I collected my car from a car park round the corner my tyre had gone a little flat, owner searched for plaves I could go that would be open to get it sorted.
A massive thank you and ideal location for what we needed.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Owners were wonderful, couldn’t do enough for you. The room was a little dated and the view not so nice, side buildings but for the money it was good enough
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Wonderful stay here. Welcomed with coffee on arrival, hosts were helpful, frendly and attentive at all times . Nothing was ever a problem. Room was comfortable and bathroom was lovely.
- Karla (10/5): Lovely hotel - Lovely hotel friendly staff would definitely go again
