• Paige (4/5): Worst Hotel - The room was dusty, there was a blood stain on one of the mattresses, the hallways were dirty, there were a lot of homeless hanging around the facilities, and we believe we saw a set worker leave the hotel. We only continued to stayed there because our daughter was in the hospital and its what we could afford.
• kelly (3/5): - Nothing The TV was broke. The place was filthy. The refrigerator had food left in it from the last people. There was a big hole in the bathroom ceiling over the shower. The toilet was dirty. There were cockroaches. There was no garbage can. There was boogers wiped on the bathroom door. It was just disgusting and outside of the property on the sidewalk. We’re homeless people yelling and screaming and playing music tried calling the desk and couldn’t get a hold of nobody had to go find the person. I will never stay at a travel lodge again.

• Veena (1/5): It was not a very good experience. - So shower handle was broken. There was no hot water. I had to change rooms. When I came to the new room, the last guest had left his food in the fridge. It hadn’t been cleaned out then a new guest came by at around 1 AM in the room Next to me in the morning and they wouldn’t stop talking till almost 4am. I had to check out before 5 AM because it was so noisy.

• Bean (7/5): Inexpensive, clean, sketchy location - Bed very comfortable, room clean. Location outside was a little sketch. Several homeless and drug addicted people outside and around hotel. I wasnt familiar with area when we booked. Ok to stay there with my husband but, wouldnt feel safe alone.

I arrived at 2:30 ask if I could check in and he stated no no early check in’s. The rooms are nice but they only give u one towel per adult and 2 wash cloths. Owner needs to hire front desk personnel so they can greet the customers with a smile.

• Eric (10/5): Just needs to update info warn there is a deposit - Unexpected 60 deposit. And check in time was incorrect they allow you to go in at 3pm not 2pm. Checkout was alright I got my deposit quickly. Room could of used a mini fridge since I extended stay 2 more nights but the price went up from 65 to 90

Roaches In the room. 3. No blankets on the bed. We asked for them around ish or 6.ish and didn't get them til after 9 pm. 4. Put a request to stay til 3.pm around 8 something and as we were heading out the hotel I got a ding on my phone at 11 something saying it was approved. We refused because we didn't want to take the chance of over paying if they didn't approve it. 11 am is too late to approve a request. So we felt we weren't important enough to be there. 5. We didn't have a car ! We took lyfe and No restaurants close by to eat a good meal.

• Patricia (8/5): Microwave but no fridge. Comfortable and clean. - Close enough to Freeway, shopping and the Fairplex. The place is clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Needed blankets and took a while to get. Also no washcloths. Window by AC was broken but I was not worried about bc safety, they have cameras and I was staying next to front office.
• Oscar (6/5): - Check-in was fine except I didn't notice that there was a deposit that I had to do. the room was hot and stuffy when I first got in, so I had to leave the door open for a bit. The only real problem I could see was that there was no ice machine on property and no response when I rang the bell to check out. so I don't know if I got my deposit back.

A lot of hair inside the refrigerator, sink and bathtub, stains all over the microwave and refrigerator, remote was missing, toilet made noise throughout the stay. It was pricey for the 2 nights for the extreme dirtiness.

There were no blankets and no towels in the room when we arrived, outside were a lot of homeless and people smoking weed, so all the smells go inside the room thru under the door. And the swimming pool was so dirty.

• Denise (9/5): Great Stay. - Quiet and spacious, I liked the washer & dryer availability. I enjoyed my stay. There were big Waterbugs as well as a couple roaches, which I didn't notice until long into my stay. And I don't like that face towels, hand towels, and shower towels are only given on request. Toilet paper on roll, no spare. And asked for a roll it took a few to get more. Other than those minor things stress & problem free.. No fault of the Hotel but not much around the area 7 eleven & jack in the box.

Then had to wait until 3pm for housekeeping to arrive before we could get any towels. The strangest part of the room was that the toilet seat didn't fit the bowl. There was a two inch gap between the bowl and the seat. Men be careful if you know what i mean

We had to contact him for multiple reasons and he remained kind and tried to be helpful. No towels or cloths; limited bedding (sheets, no blanket); dirty & moldy microwave w/missing plate; something liquid thrown on wall and never cleaned; sketchy area, scary at night (customers at gas station next door said we were brave to stay there and shared that cars get broken in nightly and said, "those hills come alive at night"); room beside us had fighting (yelling & cursing) until after 4am and nothing was done to stop it; precheck-in was done prior, including DL & car info and still had to do it again upon arrival and it took a VERY long time although there were no other customers; room buildings have secure access because you have to go through lobby to get in, however lobby remained unlocked and free access with nobody at desk so basically anyone could get in; parking lot was easily accessible to outsiders with no cameras or security

I saw the reviews saying it wasn’t clean, but what seemed to be genuine concern from the hotel in responses let me hope they were working on it. No. Just no. The room was very dirty. Some crusty stuff all over the curtains. Ketchup (?) and other mystery goo dried on the nightstand. Something spilled and left to dry sticky on the headboard, which has been collecting dust for what looks like a very long time. The towels were horribly stained. There were only two bath towels in there room, no washcloth, hand towel, or bath mat.

• Neidi (2/5): - The property's right next to the freeway. Good luck getting any sleep. Check-in process took forever. No one's in any rush to help you. The first room we were given was dirty. There were dried blood flakes, hair, and dust all over the bed. The towels were stained. There was no toilet paper, not even the bar to hold it in place. And it reeked of smoke. It also wasn't the room we booked. The room we booked came with a fridge and microwave, which the first room didn't have. We went back down to ask for a different room, and the clerk had an attitude, like he didn't believe us. We got assigned to the correct room, which was cleaner. Toilet paper roll hadn't been replaced, but at least we had toilet paper. Towels reeked of vinegar and were stained. Room reeked of feet and old shoes. There were no coffee pods or cups for the coffee maker. The worst part was probably finding old, dirty, used clothes in the drawers.

• Erica (2/5): - The towels and sheets were stained. I found garbage on the couch under the throw cushion, and there was black hair on the walls of the shower and stains on the floor and doors. The hotel only provided a sheet, a thin bedspread, and two towels. I was very cold at night due to lack of bedding. The room did not have a deadbolt, and I did not feel safe. The freeway noise was thunderous. Definitely not worth the price.
