Guest Reviews
- Tanja (10/5): - Lovely landlady, quiet area, a few minutes walk to the beach and about 15 mins walk into town. Great location
- Gary (10/5): Extended summer - Lovely stay. Host allowed us to check in early as we arrived early. Lovely views and lovely stay
- Petrecia (8/5): - Management are friendly and the rooms are clean and tiny.
- Michael (10/5): - I had a room with balcony and sea view. The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. An enjoyable stay and fairly close proximity to maritime museum and some good restaurants. There is quite a steep hill to traverse, but parking is available at the quayside.
- Zara (10/5): - Lovely comfy stay, used mainly for a base while visiting. Location is perfect for the beach or for Falmouth town. Owners so pleasant
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent - I want to start by saying "This is not a bed and breakfast" It is not advertised as such.
Bed comfortable. Good shower. Quiet. Parking onsite.
Lovely outlook from upstairs verandah room.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Convenient walking to waterfront. (Uphill on way back)
Nice lounge area downstairs.
Dinning tables downstairs to sit and eat your own food.
- Peter (6/5): No breakfast at thus B&B - This B&B is not a B&B, they do not serve breakfast, it is only a 'B'. The hotel advertises a bar, it was shut with no drinks.
The room was clean.
- Silvia (10/5): - Excellent service. Very attentive owners and staff. Warm atmosphere. Thoroughly recommended.
- Sam (10/5): - Lovely room, comfortable bed, beautiful view, friendly owners, and a great location.
- Garrett (10/5): - Authentic and personal not a chain operation. Beautiful large room and very comfortable bed. Quiet.
- Margaret (10/5): A little Gem - Could not fault this little gem ! The Owners couldn’t do enough for us and Dicks breakfast was brilliant! Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return if we go that way again !
- Nigel (10/5): Brilliant B&B - Absolutely brilliant old school B&B, fantastic hosts, location fantastic for Gyllyngvase beach. View from balcony room’s amazing
- Leanne (10/5): Fantastic stay - Had an excellent stay here, friendly host, room was cleaned every day and plenty of on site free parking. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Falmouth
- Neil (10/5): Really good - Lovely homely place, comfy beds and spotlessly clean throughout.
Our Pom was quite compact but totally adequate for us and we had a sea view!!
Good sized TV with tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.
Free Wi-Fi and an excellent choice of foods for breakfast, super full English!
We felt at home here, there’s a small patio are to catch some evening sunshine and a small garden area for anyone not wanting to walk down to the beach.
The beach is only 15mins away on foot and it is one of the best in Cornwall, the town is similar.
Overall a great location and very friendly, will return.
- Nigel (10/5): Great location - Great hotel, lovely friendly staff, great sea view from balcony and a min walk to Gyllyngvase Beach. 5 min walk from station and another 5 into Falmouth, the room wasn’t the biggest however the view and comfort made up for that
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very central property to Falmouth town centre & beach. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
- Annabelle (10/5): Nice stay - The location was great and breakfast was good.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nothing was to much trouble, so much so as we live here now, are happy to pop in for sundowner. Lovely people
- James (10/5): - The staff were absolutely lovely and treated me like a friend not a client. The hotel itself is situated in such a position that within 15 to 20 minutes you can end up in the centre of town full of restaurants and other activities. Overall lovely experience and I wish Sue and the rest of the staff a wonderful time :) - James Absolom
- Elizabeth (10/5): Delightful - What a lovely stay. Sue and Dick are warm and friendly hosts. My room was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. - Verified traveler (8/5): - Ideal for going into town and the beach but room small and bathroom even smaller. Compact but comfortable. Breakfast and service very good.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was clean and cosy. The town centre was only a short walk away.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great value! - The location was very good, hardly a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Parking at the hotel, tight spaces but free. Sue was very welcoming and accomodating. The room was small but clean. The bathroom was quite cramped, if you are a bit on the healthier side it might be a challenge to get in and out of the shower without bumping in to the door a few times, there was some mould on the walls of the bathroom BUT for the price all in all it was pretty good. Breakfast was included but we opted to try out eatries in the town for the experience, although it smelled delicious. I would def stay there again because Sue is such a great host.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendly staff, close to beach and town centre dinning places

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel decor tired and dated, room and ensuite very small. Breakfast was adequate and the owner very friendly. Great location for exploring all that Falmouth has to offer.
- hilly (8/5): excellent location, very friendly staff - The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach.
town centre is 10 minutes walk.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, they certainly managed to cook great breakfasts, A++
but.
i think the hotel needs a facelift or a refresh.
the beds were not that good, bunkbeds were terrible and noisy.
cleanliness of the rooms was good but missed some area's (bathroom corners as well)
however, overall experience was very good and i would recommend this hotel
- D W (10/5): - Friendly couple who run hotel if i venture back to Falmouth i would stay there again for sure derek russell
- Leslie (8/5): Tudor Court - Clean and welcoming. Room was small and perfectly formed with a great ensuite, no bath. Bed was comfy but perhaps getting a bit old, my only issue was pillows needed replacing as very flat. No doubt I could have asked for more as everyone was so friendly. However slept well, all that sea air.
Close to the town as long as you don’t have mobility problems as with most of Falmouth a couple of hills. Plenty of off road parking.
Would definitely return and no problem recommending to others.

- Peter (10/5): Falmouth Week - Perfect
- Denise (8/5): - This was a last minute cancellation. The room was clean but small......but we did see some of the other rooms which looked great. Will definitely go back there.
- Chris (8/5): - Good position, every thing good. I was on top floor three stories, long way up for my wife with bad knee's. Wi-Fi good and free

- Phil (8/5): - Nice b and b in a lovely convenient location
