• YUICHI (6/5): サービスは壊滅的にダメなホテル - 設備などは新しいので問題なし。しかし、チェックインも遅くて、クレジットカード決済もミスするわ、カードキーも2枚中1枚は使えないし。アメニティも用意されておらず、電話しないと持って来ない。5日間中歯ブラシも交換ないので、連絡しようとしたが、受付と話しする事自体がストレスなので歯磨き粉は自前のものを使った。外出時の用意されるはずのタオルがなくて、用意するのに時間がかかる。毎日何かしらの待ちや二度手間ばかり。日本人からしたらストレスだらけのサービス内容。チェックインの時に遅いと意見を書いたところ、間違いがあってはダメなので時間を頂いています、と返信が来たが、そちらが遅くて間違えてるからこちらが言ってるのだ、と言うことが理解出来ていないのだろうか？甚だ疑問のホテルであった。
• ERI (10/5): 景色以外はパーフェクト！ - by the seaが工事中か何かでat lebuu st.の方へ移動でした。おかげでメインストリートもすぐそばで何の不便さもありませんでした！Wi-Fiも部屋で使えます。スタッフの方も優しくて言うことなしです‼︎本来のこのホテルの値段は分かりませんが再度泊まりたいホテルでした。個人的には部屋にバルコニーも付いてたので景色は良くはないですがポイント高いです。あと特徴として、ホテルの小さなお店に日焼け止めが売られていました。持参した物がきれてしまい大変助かりました。他のお店をまわりましたが地元民は使わないからか日焼け止めはあってもSPF30程の弱いものしかありませんでしたがSPF50がありました。

I rented a car from the rental agency located at the hotel, and I did not know what time I would be returning the vehicle. The hotel was willing to put the credit card charge on its final bill for me. The drivers who picked me up at and took me to the airport were on time. The Internet/wi-fi when I was there worked fine. The desk where one can do paperwork could use an electrical outlet. Hotel location is quiet. And there is an elevator that can be used to move your luggage to the upper floors.

It is clean, their services are great, the staff are amazing and the location is perfect.. A walking distance to everywhere, from restaurants to shopping centers. You wake up to the beautiful ocean view and you end your evening with a beautiful sunset!
• 北山三郎 (6/5): WCTCに徒歩15分で行ける静かなホテル - メインストリートから北側に10分ほど歩くと到着します。カフェのテラスは海に面しています。WCTCには歩いて15分程で行けるので、便利です。無料WIFは有りません。朝食は10ドルで和食が有り、焼きシャケと目玉焼き、味噌汁が付きます。
• ちーこ (8/5): 朝日、夕景が美しい - 部屋から見える風景が美しく、近くのガソリンスタンドには、ちょっとしたスーパーがあり、水やちょっとしたデリも売っていて便利でした。街までも歩いて10分ちょっとでした。キッチン付きの部屋だったので、好きな物を買ってきて部屋で食べ、お値打ちに滞在できました。ただゴキブリや小さなありがくるので、残飯はすぐにロビーのゴミ箱に持って行き、食品は全て冷蔵庫に入れました。

• Verified traveler (4/5): It was okay but I also was killed staying here - The view was nice and I got my exercise for sure. Be aware there is no elevator in this hotel. I was located on the 3rd floor. The air condition was working great which felt good because it is extremely humid in Palau. There is a restaurant on the second floor "Red Rooster". The food is good and prices are descent. Only things they run out of hash browns the second day. On my last day, the cleaning staff left the floor in the bathroom wet so I slipped on the floor and injured my knee so bad I had to use a wheelchair when I left Palau. Also I had to rent a cable box because there was only 1 channel on the TV I did not want to watch TV in the lobby because there was always a Palauan Man sleeping on the couch. When using the cablebox no access to ABC, CBS or NBC but the filipinio channels are there so be for the staff who is about 99% of who I saw. Never found out if the guy sleeping the couch was a staff member. Creepy

• YS (6/5): 立地・値段ともにバランスの取れたまあまあのホテル - 海に面しており、また、徒歩8分程度で、街の中心地に出れるので、立地と値段のバランスが良いホテルである。デポジットを払えば、セーフティボックを使えたようであるが、私は、貴重品を常に身に付けていたので、セーフティボックは使わなかった。シャワーの水圧は十分に高く、快適に使用できた。
• Huby57 (6/5): Günstiges Hotel - Tolle Lage Mitten in Koror direkt am Wasser. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Sehr gutes Restaurant "Red Rooster Cafe" fürs Frühstück und Essen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hotelmitarbeiter, Flughafentransfer. Restaurantmitarbeiter sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann vom Hotel aus ganz Koror zu Fuß erreichen. Wer nicht in einem teuren Hotel oder Resort wohnen muß, dem kann man das West Plaza by the sea empfehlen.
• wa (4/5): 街から徒歩圏内の静かな場所にあるホテル - オーシャンビューはウソではないけど、自室からプライバシーはなし。なぜなら、部屋の窓からのオーシャンビューは人が歩く通路をはさんで見える、オーシャンビューだから。部屋の窓もこれだけ。開けると通路を歩く人からまる見え。寝るだけが目的の人にはいいかも。部屋はリラックスできる空間ではないが、部屋とオーシャンビューの間の通路にあるテーブルとベンチはちょっといいかな。
• Bob (8/5): Customer Responsive - We arrived late one evening. I had selected the hotel for what appeared to be proximity to downtown. The next morning it was obvious that his was not the case. My error. I went to the desk to see if we could be relocated to West Plaza's sister property in the downtown area. The clerk talked to the Manager and my request was granted. This was done with no difficulty at all. My commendation for a 5 Hotel Staff rating applies across the board for the West Plaza propoerties in Koror.

• Maria L (8/5): Convenient and clean hotel - Very clean and friendly staff. Not a high end place, but has great view on the bay side. Great location and walking distance from town without being in the middle of town. Sams tours is a great place to go with on your tours and the massage place called Health Services Center- Rose is the owner and they will pick you up and drop you off for a $25 an hour message. Also, internet is not good, but then you are not going to Palau to be on the internet, so don't bother to get a internet prepaid card, it does not work 99% of the time. Heads up, there is a 12% tax on the room, and a $50 departure tax as well as a $50 permit fee to go out to the rock islands, which you will want to do, marine life is amazing and the place is very clean. Locals are very friendly and they are very conscientious of their environment.

• kmatsu752 (6/5): 滞在型ホテル - 海の近くにはあるが、残念ながら、近くでは泳いだりはできない。マラカル島にあるビーチ（大人$10/人）がシュノーケリングにはおすすめ。頼めば、ビーチタオルを貸してくれる。 部屋はデラックスだったが、思ったより広めで良かった。ミニキッチンも２口で簡単な調理であれば可能。頼めば、食器などは貸してくれるが、調味料などは自分で調達する必要あり。 レッドルースターカフェはおすすめ。ナチョスとビールがおいしい。部屋に持ち帰りもできる。
• yumi (8/5): 絶品ビールが飲めるバーのあるホテル - ホテルは古く、ベッドが小さかったけど、いつも清潔に掃除されていてくつろげた。 フロントの女性もとても愛想がよくいつも笑顔で、レストランやマッサージの予約もテキパキとこなしてくれて助かった。 ビーチではないけど、シーサイドというホテルの名前通り海が目の前に見えてよかった。 このホテルにあるレストランバーではとてもおいしいビールが飲める。 気に入って何度も飲んだ。まさかパラオでこんなおいしいビールが飲めるとは驚いた。おススメです。

• Daniel (8/5): Just what we needed - While the hotel was nothing special, the room was quite spacious and very clean. I was particularly pleased to step out onto my balcony and see a neighborhood basketball court lit at night. I went down there and joined the game, which was an excellent way to work up some fatigue for my 19 hour journey home starting at 2AM. It was perfect for what we needed having come off of a live aboard dive boat earlier in the day. However, having to schlep our scuba gear in and out of their luggage "elevator" was a bit of a hassle.
• Mike (10/5): First trip to Palau - This is my first trip with my companion. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Palau is clean. Rock Island is breath taking. Dolphin city, museum, aquarium, and just the drive around the island was wonderful. I came mainly to fish and I was disappointed that it could only be done on a private boat($250 for the day) or a paid charter tour ($200 per person). We could not fish with rod and reel elsewhere because we were not Palauans. It was permissible provided we had a Palauan friend to fish with or accompany us while fishing. This place was a great get away from all the business of life.

• Dan Jonathan (4/5): Spartan plaza hotel. - Photographers are great. This place doesn't look anything like the photos. Kitchenware track. 15 minute walk to town. It was by the sea. Room was Spartan but clean. Small TV only 5channels two in English. Spend $50 more and get a much better room in town .

• Shannon (6/5): Great hotel for the price - The hotel is older but well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This was exactly what we needed for a place to stay a few days before and after our week-long live aboard dive boat. I was, however, disappointed that the hotel didn't provide complimentary drinking water (tap water is not drinkable). Any other hotel in which I've stayed in a country where the water is not potable has provided drinking water either in the room or in a central location (they do sell bottles of water for $1 each at the front desk). They have decent wi-fi internet connection (prepaid cards with cash, $5 for 2 hours or $10 for 4 hours - log in and log out as you need it, good for 5 days) but only in the lobby and restaurant. BTW, the PNCC hotspot wi-fi available at the hotel is NOT available at the Aggressor/Dancer dock, but the Drop Off Bar and Restaurant next to the dock has free (slower) wi-fi - just buy a drink to get the password. Hotel looks over the water but is 5-10 minute walk to "Main Street" where additional restaurants and shopping are located. Hotel can arrange for their shuttle to pick you up and take you back to the airport for $10/person each way (charged to room). US dollars is the currency used in Palau and Visa/Mastercard widely accepted.

• Verified traveler (2/5): They have a charge when you leave - They say it is some government hotel tax but they only charge it to you if you book online through hotels.com or expedia. Maybe others too. It cost me a significant sum that wiped out the better rates I always get from my friends at hotels.com. I'm now at another hotel owned by the same company and have found out that they plan to do the same thing.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Quiet hotel, nice sea views, a bit away from town - Hotel was fine for me (I was there on business), standard room clean (with the occasional insect incursion), bed comfortable,staff helpful, good air conditioning, plenty hot water. Room lighting a bit dim. Restaurant menu limited, but several good restaurants around town. Hotel is about 10 min walk from start of the main shopping area in Koror. Hotel was happy to call taxi which usually arrived in about 5 min.
