Brigitte (8/5): Séjour de 3 nuits - La situation exceptionnelle et l'appartement est très lumineux. Idéalement situé et bien meublé. La salle de bain inappropriée. Elle est très petite et il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans le lavabo. Pas de tablette pour poser ses affaires C'est plutôt un WC avec une douche. Vu le nombre de personnes qui peuvent séjourner dans l'appartement, c'est limite. Nous n'avions pas de cafetière et impossible de se connecter au Wi-Fi

We stayed in the basement apartment which was lovely, but bathroom could be better ventilated with an extractor fan.

David (10/5): Beautiful, spacious apartment, a minute from the sea and very close to village centre. - Loved being so close to the seafront and village centre. Well equipped kitchenette. Both the lounge and the bedroom were spacious with large windows, allowing lots of bright sunshine in. No complaints whatsoever.

Tea, coffee, sugar and even some Welsh cakes to greet you. To be honest hard to dislike anything! Absolutely nothing! Hard to find anything to dislike.

Amie (9/5): - Everything is absolutely great. This was my second stay here and happened to be in the exact same apartment as before. It's a really great apartment in a fantastic location. I noticed that small updates had been made and they were great. I would really love somewhere to hang your towel in the bathroom at the bottom of the stairs. That is literally the only niggle.

The communication with the owners before our stay was excellent - all questions (and there were many) were answered very promptly. They could not have been more helpful. The apartments were all spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and exceptionally well equipped - a real home from home with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Location of the apartments is perfect - just a very short walk from the promenade and the lovely shops and cafes in Rhos-On-Sea. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are planning a visit to the area. Apologies for the lateness of this review Ross and Millie - who knows where the time goes! Absolutely nothing!

Location was 5 minutes from local shops and 5-10 minutes to the beach. Russ the host was very friendly and would always ask if we were happy or needed anything. Highly recommended. All good.

Having the kitchen in a separate area was very convenient. It had all the cooking tools we needed. The laundry facility was excellent. The owners are very nice and helpful. We certainly recommend these apartments if you need lodging in the area.
Lou (7/5): Fantastic base for exploring! - Great value for money and well positioned for a week exploring North Wales. Lovely hosts who communicated very well from start to finish. Minor niggle in that the bathroom window didn't open, and it did take a Google to work out how to use the hob but that might be more user issue!

Nao (10/5): - The property is looked after very well. Nicely decorated and well equipped. The location is great to be a base for exploring around beautiful north Wales. Shops, restaurants and beaches are all less than 3 mins walk.
Richard (9/5): Another great stay 🙂 - Russ, the host happened to be on site when we arrived. Checked to see if our room was ready for us (we were 2hrs early for check in)...room was good to go. Russ even helped with taking our bags in, so kind of him. The accommodation is was clean & is spacious, light and airy and has a great location. Hosts are quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I were to offer just one constructive criticism it would be to think about maybe upgrading the mattresses or adding memory foam toppers.

The apartment was perfect for me, so much better than a "standard" room and a really relaxing place to come back to after a day at work. Everything was spotless and all the facilities were as new. So impressed I booked for next week during my stay. I would definitely stay here for a holiday as well. Nothing!
Kylie (6/5): Disappointing bedsit advertised as one bedroom apartment - Good to be able to cook meals, nice bathroom, smart tv Dark, basement bedsit with windows facing a live-in flat in the rear, not very private and no views. Bed is poor quality, duvet is small and light with no additional blankets in the flat. We were disappointed to find out was just a bedsit, not a one-bedroom flat as advertised. Also misleading that all of the photos in the overview for the property were of the upper floor apartments with large windows. Disappointing 😞 for our seaside stay

Complimentary milk, tea, coffee, sugar and Welsh Cake upon arrival. ideal location. Could have done with a little better dusting. But did not bother me during my stay at all.
Carrie (9/5): A great set up with clearly experienced hosts, that has been hosting since at least 1990 - The hosts upgraded our apartment to a seaview, texted accurate instructions for key collection and did answer any further texts (mainly clarifying key drop off and that the upgrade had the same number of beds required) The apartment was clean, came with basic amenities i.e washing up liquid, dish clothes, milk and some welsh cakes we unfortunately didn't sample. The building as a whole had a wealth of tourism information and help on navigating the area via public transport. The guide included in the room also covered a wide range of topics. The front door of the building did cause us a little anxiety as we wanted to ensure we were closing it properly but not locking anyone out and it wasn't obvious with conflicting notes. The same with the guide book in the apartment there was some conflicting or potentially out of date information and we were anxious to ensure we didn't get procedures wrong.

Felt safe walking around, even when we walked to & from a restaurant at night. New promenade & beach. loose toilet seat, dampness in bathroom (partly our fault as we didn't know there was a switch to turn on the towel rail). Sofa was not very comfortable

The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated The third bed in the room did not have much headroom as it was in a corner with a low ceiling, but it was comfy and manageable. Unfortunately, just before travelling I had a problem with my knees so the stairs were a little difficult for me but would not be a problem for most people.
Irene (8/5): Suited our needs - I liked the lovely big living area. The kitchen was well equipped and the sofa was comfortable. Also it was easy to access the freeway for day trips. The kitchen tap is dangerous. The water is very hot and the water pressure is strong. It could cause burns. The steps down from the main bedroom to the bathroom.
Mohammed (2/5): - The apartment had a very bad stagnant smell, which would not leave after opening up all the doors for an hour we had to go to the local shops to buy fragrant diffusers and neutrodol to get the smell OK enough to sleep in. Furthermore there were spider webs all over the walls. It seams that the cleaners only came in to change the bed abd clean the kitchen and toilet and not bothered to clean anywhere else. If the apartment was cleaned properly and aired out correctly this would have been an ok 2 star place to stay.

Mark (10/5): Just what we wanted - Our apartment had everything and more that we needed to enjoy our stay. It had a well equipped kitchen in order to cook a variety of meals. The lounge and bedroom areas were comfortable, and the bathroom had a spacious shower unit. There was also had a parking space right next to the door. Will be booking again!
Stephanie (9/5): Overall great stay. Good location. - Nice spacious rooms. Could do with a shelf in the bathroom for putting toiletries on& a hanger for bathroom towel. Sofa's weren't that comfortable. Found the smart TV hard to navigate.
Horace (10/5): - the rooms were very nice and clean, the downside was on the days that the weather was bad, we were cold, the little heater in the sitting room did not warm up the room. The window in the kitchen was open and was too high to reach and close. The shower stall could do with some sort of mat to prevent anyone slipping and hurting themselves. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The hallway and stairs to our room was always clean.

Alison (9/5): Very nice and comfy. - The apartment was very clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Very close to beautiful beach and shops. Tesco and a good fish n chips (Bells) is a 3 minute walk turning right out of the property. We'd happily return to the same apartment (number 4) again. There really is only parking for only 4 cars, any more than that would cause problems. There are 6 apartments. Whomever gets there first gets a space. Parking on the street in early september was easy, with no permits or time restrictions. When off, the lounge area TV makes a high-pitched electrical noise. Turning it off at the wall socket stops it. The draughty door in the bathroom onto the upper communal hallway was a bit disconcerting. However, the inner throwbolt lock helped with peace of mind. "sounds" from either side of the door were easily heard. All of these things we got used to, and for us, were quite minor they wouldn't stop us from booking the same apartment again.
Ruth (10/5): Cosy and comfortable stay in a fantastic location - We had a wonderful stay in Beachmount! Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed - hosts even left fresh milk and Welsh cakes for our arrival. Great location, with the beach just a short walk away, and ideal for travel to other areas of Wales. We had a very comfortable stay and we look forward to returning soon! No complaints :)
