• spring (7/5): - The price was decent for a Saturday night, 120, for 2 queen bed room. Staff was friendly. The room is dated, needs new carpet-there were stains on it as well as what looked like gum stuck in 1 area that'd been there a hot minute. Also the bars that hold towels in the bathroom were coming off wall. Needed a deep cleaning of the bathroom door as well or maybe new paint. Also didn't care for how thin the walls were. People were coming into their rooms at 1am and could hear them talking and showering.

The carpets don't look like they have ever had a shampoo, there were dark stains on the arms of the chair, and the walls were dirty. The cleaning staff had cleaned the switch plates in the bathroom, but didn't clean the wall around it. I wet a white washcloth and wiped it on the wall around the switch plate, and it came away black with filth. The next morning, there was a smell like raw sewage in the lobby, and the woman at the desk acted like nothing was wrong. We didn't have a choice but to stay on the first night, but we checked out the next morning and found a better place to stay. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

When we first checked in, we were given a handicap-accessible room that was visibly not clean—there were marks on the walls and it clearly hadn’t been properly prepared. The night front desk staff member was helpful and got us switched to another room without any trouble, which we appreciated. The new room was better, but still had a few issues. The shower didn’t drain well and would back up during use, and the sink had very low water pressure. Also, when we interacted with the day front desk staff, they weren’t as helpful or friendly, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was okay, but the combination of cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and inconsistent service left us feeling underwhelmed.

The pictures on the website did not match the condition of the hotel (no hot tub). The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The curtains had holes in them and the computer chair was worn to the point there was nothing but the cushion. The breakfast bar had the same food every day with no variety. I will not be staying at this location again.

• 7cherilee7 (2/5): Horrific Experience - On the evening of October 5, while watching TV in our darkened room just before 11 p.m., we were horrified to see two cockroaches crawl across the TV screen. As we flipped on the lights we saw several roaches on the walls as well. Once the lights were on they began crawling back behind/underneath the stand that holds the TV and refrigerator. Utterly disgusted, we quickly gathered our belongings and went down to the front desk to check out in the middle of the night. The young woman at the front desk was not apologetic and became hostile when we asked for a refund. She shoved a business card at us with the manager's name on it and said we'd have to take it up with her. When we did so a few days later upon arriving home, there was no apology and the manager refused to give a refund for the days we did not stay (we stayed only two nights out of a four night booking). The manager's lack of concern and complete disregard for customer service was appalling. I don't normally write a lot of reviews but I've never had a worse experience in all my years of traveling and I'd like to save some other travelers from a similar experience. We ended up going to the hotel next door which was clean and bug free.
