• Eric (2/5): Hotel Miteux - Hôtel miteux à fuir Sale, odeur qui pue dans toutes les chambres, car la première qui nous a été attribuée était pas celle commandé, mais la deuxième encore pire! Tout est cassée, literie sale qui peu et jaune Photos à l’appuie Musique à fond. 3h du matin agent de sécurité tape à la porte en insistant, pour au final aller frapper ailleurs

Chambres spacieuse et lunineuse vue sur mer mais état des meubles trés délabré, sal, beaucoup de taches, robinetrie dégueulasse, on arrive même pas à mettre nos affaires, pas d'eau chaude a peine tiède, trous par tous dans la salle de bain, des plaintes en bois qui se decollent du murs Et le couronnement de tout cela est que tous les lieux sont infestés de cafards de toutes les tailles, ces derniers s'invitent même a partager votre repas au restaurant panoramique du 13ème étage. Ils sont dans la salle de bain, dans les plaintes sur la moquette deja dégueulasse. Enfain, c'était une nuit cauchemardesque malgréle changementde chambre et la gratuitédu repas du soir pris en compagniedecafards.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Manque d'organisation et personnel incompétent - Manque d'organisation, manque de formation du personnel, moquette salle, horaires non respectés, dans la chambre absence de serviettes, de l'eau .... Le responsable de la réception est un menteur et baratineur.

Il propose d'aller voir la chambre donc une standard alors que j'avais réservé une suite. Après, je cherche la piscine. Euh, elle est où ??? Normal, près d'une salle de restaurants. Donc vous passez devant des gens qui mangent pour vous baigner. Je ne vous conseille pas cette endroit. Il est pas fait pour une famille. La salle de finesse est fermé. Le coiffeur est fermé. Le petit déjeuner est mangeable. Bref, à part l'emplacement près du métro. Il n'y a rien de positif. La propreté des chambres est à revoir. Il y a du boulot.
• DAVID (2/5): je vous conseil de passer votre chemin - J'ai passer 3 jours dans cette hôtel ,la chambre à mon arrivé étais sale ,pas d'eau chaude pendant 3 jours, pannes d'ascenseur, cafards dans la salle de bain une horreur. pas de salle de fitness comme indiqué sur le site mais une salle poisseuse de 12M2 avec juste un appareil a musculation cassé. Les couvert pour le déjeuné entais plus que limite quand il y en avais. Le premier jour pas de tasse à café pendant 15 min au petit déjeuné ,pas de chaines en français ,et à partir de 19h cela deviens un hôtel de passe.

• Thomas (4/5): Gefakte Internetseite - Das Zimmer, besonders der Teppich und die Sessel waren schmuddelig, die Toilette eklig. Trotz Nichtraucherzimmer wurde im restlichen Hotel geraucht, so dass auch Nichtraucherzimmer automatisch zu Raucherzimmer werden. WiFi in den Zimmern ist grottenschlecht bis nicht vorhanden. Auf der Internetseite klingt das alles ganz anders.............

• Verified traveler (2/5): L'un des hôtels de la ville à éviter - Hôtel très sale, avec un service médiocre. Pendant la nuit, j'ai eu le droit d'avoir un homme bourré cogner à ma porte en me menaçant. Sur cinq ascenseurs, pas un seul fonctionnait et cela ne dérangeait aucunement le personnel ni le gérant d'hôtel. De plus, il n'y avait pas de lumière dans les escaliers de secours. Un petit déjeuner médiocre, et on a trouvé un cafard dans le repas; et encore une fois, cela ne dérangerait pas le personnel. L'hôtel n'a pas été rénové pendant longtemps. Le wifi fonctionne seulement une partie de la journée et la connexion internet est très faible. Sincèrement, évitez cet hôtel.

Sabah kahvaltınızı kara sineklerin arasında pis bir salonda miğdeniz kaldıra bilirse yapabilirsiniz.

Jag skulle aldrig ha åkt på det hotelet om dom har berättat sanningen!!! Jag vill faktisk kräva kompensation. På toppen av det hela, var det inget vatten de tre siste nätterna även på toaletten!!!! Punpen var trasig sa dom!!!!

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not a good hotell - Big rooms with hard beds. Bathroom have broken shower and it's taking long time before it comes hot water. Food tasted not good and it was extremely expensive. ( Scandinavia is cheap in comparison to this hotel ) I asked if it was normal with such prices and only got in response that Africa is Africa. the hotel has a long way to go to learn how to provide a proper service to customers.

• Gilbert (2/5): Insonirisation inexistante, Propreté à revoir - Hôtel très mal insonorisée, on entend les gens prendre leur douche (à des heures très avancées de la nuit), ceux qui "fêtent" après être alcoolisées! Service de sécurité en action et à 5h du matin, enfin le sommeil !!! Propreté et hygiène laissant à désirer : tache sur la moquette, sur les fauteuils, salle de bain pas faite, verres sales... Petit déjeuner correct seulement très tôt (6h30 - 7h00) après cela se complique. Diner correct au 13e étage. Wifi inexistant, câble nécessaire dans la chambre.

Pas de réponse au téléphone de la part de la réception. Petit déjeuner très pauvre. Dispute entre les employés devant les clients. J'ai demandé une facture mais le personnel m'a demandé de contacter l'agence de voyage que je connais pas. J'ai acheté mon ticket sur le site Expedia. Je remettrais jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel.

• Mustafa (4/5): Not a good choice - The room was too narrow, to get hot water you gotta wait like 5 minutes, bathroom faucet was not operating to top shower in system, so only hand shower but holder of hand shower was also broken.
• TR (4/5): Dirty - not convenience. Every time to enter the hotel all the stuff should be gone thru xray. And every time to exit from the hotel by carrying big bag no staff take care the bag. The bathroom so dirty especially the toilet.

• Verified traveler (2/5): NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ACUMEN - no hangers in the rooms. Armchairs damaged, broken. The friendly staff but nothing more. No dinner sufficient for always compelled to ask a spoon, a knife. No display of food on offer. No possibility of using poorly maintained pool. We must ask for the key at reception by staff shortages. Price meals too expensive compared to the service provided by a Hilton Alger. Not recommendable hotel
• Ercan (2/5): No accessories in bathroom - Room is OK but no accessories especially in bathroom, only toilet paper and towel... nothing any more .. I demanded but they dont have any cleaning agents.... It is very interesting no shampoo and others too !!!...
• Ian (2/5): Poor quality, not worth the price. - The hotel lobby was pleasant, however, that is where the pleasantries finish. The room was shoddy, with the skirting boards not even attached to the wall, the carpet was heavily stained and the bathroom fittings were grimy. There was no iron / ironing board and I had to have my shirts pressed, which I was charged for. The wireless internet was poor and not high-speed in the slightest, with me having to stand near the door to get the WiFi signal. Overall, one of the worst hotel stays I have had in the last two years. The hotel needs a huge overhaul.
• Janne (4/5): Nice rooms, but not much more - If you need a room and can't find something in downtown or close to your customers, then this is an ok option. The rooms are good size and depending on category you can probably get a nice view. Bring your own soap, shampoo etc, as there was very little in the room, and it was not refilled during my 3 night stay. My biggest disappointment however was the restaurant. I had one buffet dinner that offered very little and what was there was dry and tasteless. The rest of the nights I managed to find restaurants outside, offering better tasting food to a fraction of the price. The included breakfast was not much better, and the service in the restaurant mached the quality of the food.
