Joanna (8/5): Lovely clean hoyel with comfy beds. - Spotlessly clean with really helpful and polite staff. Great water pressure in the shower and loads of hot water. The rooms are very small but well appointed. It might be helpful to note that the hotel is adjacent to the adult entertainment area of Shinjuku and although we had no issues , it may not be the ideal place to take children.

JoZé (8/5): Funcional mas frio - Bom pequeno-almoço. Talvez o mais completo dos três hotéis em que estive no Japão. Quarto muito pequeno mas parece que isso é normal é Shinjuku. Casa de banho minúscula. Boa vista do quarto. Como tive dificuldade com fuso horário as persianas do quarto (virado ao sol da manhã) não isolavam totalmente a luz dificultando a adaptação. O serviço é invisível. Tirando o pequeno-almoço pouco contacto tive com o pessoal do hotel. Funcional mas frio

Raya (8/5): Ok for the stay - In the center close to everything We booked the room with the washing machine but the dryer never worked and it was really dirty inside. I went to see the staff and they referred me to laundromat close by. So I had to pay for the laundry and they didn’t reimburse.
Ariel (10/5): Excellent property and value for the money - The location was excellent and convenient to travel by cab, on foot, or by train. While it was very close to nightlife, the hotel was on a quiet street and extremely relaxing if you chose not to indulge. Also, as there aren't a lot of early morning breakfast options, having the hotel breakfast start at 7 am was the perfect way to start the day early and adjust to the jet lag! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing!

Greta (8/5): Good value for money, especially for Tokyo! - Hotel is located in a quiet street in Shinjuku area, however still fairly close to the busy area 10-15 mins walk. Hotel was clean , staff were polite, and the provided toiletries were great! We also had a complimentary bottle of wine and water & green tea refilled every day as well as full cleaning & refilling service of the room every day! Rooftop bar has a lovely view, cocktails were not great but smoking is allowed. We also had breakfast which was the usual buffet but overall was more than enough options to start the day with. We stayed in the junior suite on the 15th floor and it was exactly as shown in the photos! Cocktails were not great for our taste.

Alžběta (7/5): Good position, great for a longer stay, good room service - We liked the location, which is right in the Shinjuku area. If you plan trips outside of Tokio, Shinjuku train station is often the starting point so it is convinient that it is close. The room service was good and breakfast as well. The common areas of the hotel feel a bit old - the lobby, the walls in halls which would need to be repainted and the carpet in the cafeteria that would need cleaning. I think this is a pitty because the room where we stayed was super clean and we felt good there. So just these things around would need some work.

tamir pezarker (2/5): - הדבר היחידי שטוב היה המיקום של המלון הגענו למלון כחלק מחופשת ירח דבש ביפן, ולכן ציפינו לחוויה מיוחדת ונעימה יותר. נאמר לנו ששידרגו אותנו לחדר בקומה גבוהה יותר, אבל בפועל קיבלנו חדר קטן מאוד – עם מיטה שהיא לא מיטה זוגית אלא מיטה וחצי. החדר כל כך צפוף שאי אפשר אפילו לפתוח בו מזוודה בצורה נורמלית. הצוות אמנם נראה אדיב על פניו, אבל בפועל לא היה מוכן לעזור כמעט בשום דבר. בנוסף, כשביקשנו המלצות על האזור, קיבלנו תשובות מאוד מוגבלות (בעיקר כמה מסעדות ראמן), מה שיצר תחושה שהצוות לא באמת מכיר את הסביבה. בסך הכול, החוויה לא תואמת את הציפיות ממלון ברמת 4 כוכבים, ובמיוחד מאכזבת בהתחשב בכך שמדובר בירח דבש. לא הרגשנו שקיבלנו תמורה ראויה.

Janet (8/5): Overall, our room was good value for the money especially in Tokyo. - Breakfast was excellent. Our room was very clean and quiet. We were surprised at how small the sleeping area was. However, it did not affect our stay to any great extent.

Ajouter à cela une forte population agitée à se jetter sur les plats du petit déjeuner, un personnel qui se jette sur les tables à débarrasser des que l'on bouge. Autre point, j'avais une chanbre luxueuse avecc mezzanine et grande fenêtre, sauf que meme store baissé, la luminosité a commencé à 4h du matin et il faisait jour à 6h du matin, impossible de dormir !

Super Frühstück: japanisch & amerikanisch. Lage zwar im "Rotlichtviertel", aber wir (Familie mit 2 erw. Kindern) haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Es gab Wasserkocher und Instant-Kaffee. Keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher länger zu benutzen. Auch die (netterweise angebotenen) Nachthemden wurden täglich ausgetauscht.

Chris (8/5): Good spot. Location 5 minutes from main area of Shinjuku. Small rooms but that’s Japan for you. - The location of the Breakfast on the 12th floor is very good. The buffet breakfast is adequate Some what plain in areas however some parts will be more than substantial as in there could be meat balls. It’s good enough to get you going for the day. But don’t expect a plethora of variety. The rooms are very small but that’s Japan for you. The beds could be a little firm or you might not have the most comfy pillow but you should be out all day or night and just put up with it. Free toothbrush’s…razors….all on the bottom floor.. Location is fine. 5 minutes to most attractions in Shinjuku.

Nicole (7/5): Fine hotel in an interesting part of town - Close to most of the action but the hotel is right in the seedy area of Shinjuku which felt a bit off to walk through at night. Rooms are TINY but they have everything you need. Bit close to the seedy area of town, wouldn't recommend for a family but for a couple or groups of friends it was fine. A single girl traveller may not like walking through this area at night, we saw a few off things that might make you feel uneasy!

Near the action of Shinjuku Cons:hard beds, worn (tape around base boards), in the heart of “love hotels” (by the hour) and near the “red light” area so sketchy walking at night. Still thought the stay was good.
