• Ana (2/5): Decepcionante. - Cuando llegué al hotel y vi lo que era directamente me fui y me hospedé en otro. No tiene ni cartel en la puerta, estando en la "recepción", salió del baño un joven que se hospedaba allí en ropa interior y se cruzó delante nuestro como si nada, el baño todo mojado el piso, estaba sucio y la persona que nos atendió aunque amable, su aspecto dejaba mucho que desear, en definitiva, no es un hotel, es un piso que la dueña alquila habitaciones, no hay intimidad para nada, las fotos que hay en la página no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, Expedia no debe tener en su página estos lugares.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Fomos extremamente bem recebidos por Sandra, como chegamos no hotel as 11h e nosso quarto só estaria pronto as 14h, Sandra nos ofereceu a oportunidade de ficar em outro hotel muito próximo ao Belhorizon, no qual teríamos um banheiro privado, além de ar condicionado. Aceitamos a proposta e tivemos uma estadia ótima nesse outro hotel (hotel bixio). É possível visitar praticamente todas as atracoes de Roma a pé do hotel, mas se preferir fazer de metro, há uma estacao bem próxima. Apesar de nao ter me hospedado no Belhorizon, ele pareceu bastante agradável, fica numa regiao ótima e Sandra é extremamente solícita e gentil. Recomendo!
• lisa (6/5): Good for one night but don't go in July ! - Owner was fabulous could not have been nicer. She's a doll. Rooms perfect for a night but really hot and no air conditioning. Shared bathroom was a tad odd but location was great. We were able to walk everywhere. It was really loud though because on a busy street and so hot we had to keep the window open. I'd stay again only because the owner was so sweet.
• Verified traveler (6/5): ROME entre amis - bonne reception ,malheureusement beaucoup de materiels ne fonctionnaient pas ou etait en pannes (frigo,grill pain ,appariel pour carte bleu, clim,robinet de douche qui fuit......)sinon proprietaire sympa dejeuner copieux avons passes une bonne semaine .
• Ana (6/5): Bed&Breakfast in Rom - Wir waren 5Tg in Rom. Das Wetter war sehr gut. In der Nähe gibt es nette Restaurants. Es gibt eine Metro Station um die Ecke. Zu Fuss ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
• Massimo (4/5): Trappola per turisti - Questa è una trappola per turisti. Generalmente prendono più prenotazioni e se ci riescono spostano i clienti in altri alberghi. A noi è successo proprio questo. Arrivati alla struttura ci abbiamo cercato di interagire con una persona di colore che non parlava italiano che dopo un po ci ha fatto parlare telefonicamente con una certa Sandra che ci ha dirottato su un altro albergo ad un km di distanza. Cambiate proprio scelta

• Verified traveler (8/5): Comodo a due passi da tutti i servizzi pubblici - Guest house con tre camere e bagno in comune gestito dalla simpaticissima e cordialissima Sandra .comodo per posizione ma se cercate il lusso non e questo il posto ma per un appoggio per visitare roma e ottimo e conveniente. Soggiornato con famiglia a marzo 2015
• Verified traveler (2/5): Bonsoir Arnaque ! - On a mis à peu près une heure à trouver l'appartement qui était fourré dans un immeuble et qui était simplement indiqué par une petite étiquette de 3 centimètres sur une des sonnerie de l'immeuble. Arrivés là-bas, on nous montre notre chambre, la salle de bain commune nous embête un peu mais on avait été prévenus sur le site. On prévient l'une des personnes de "l'accueil" que l'on quittera l'appartement à 4h du matin à cause de l'avion. Il nous dit alors que nous devons payer les 43€ pour la chambre. Après avoir bien vérifié sur le mail de confirmation de réservation, je lui explique que nous avons déjà payé. Il nous a gardé pendant deux heures nous garantissant que nous n'avions fait que réserver sur le site et qu'il fallait payer sur place, nous demandant cartes d'identité, portable. En fin de compte il nous a "laissé" partir en nous demandant 7 euros que nous avons donné, lassés. Sous prétexte que nous sommes deux jeunes étrangers, je pense qu'ils ont cherché à abusé de notre confiance, donc je recommande de ne pas réserver là-bas ! Bonne journée à tous
• Joseph (4/5): Don't expect much - This is a Guest House, NOT a hotel. There is no sign outside -- only on the door bell -- so you (or your taxi driver) must know the street number. You get a room inside an apartment and a very basic breakfast (toast, one glass of juice and tea or coffee!). The people that run the apartment are very cordial and helpful and speak good English. The TV set is good (although only in Italian) and the WiFi excellent. However, we could not get a telephone signal from the room. We arrived at 10am but had to wait until 3pm before we were given our room which was a Metro stop away, from Vittorio Emanuele Station to Manzoni Station, but at least they provided free transport in a small private car. I guess it was OK for three nights but we wouldn't stay there again.
• Ming-Chieh (8/5): Guest House not Hotel - This guest house took us half an hour to find it because there is no sign of it! Our host Sandra is really welcoming! Soon after our arrival, she made us fresh Cappuccino and croissant! It totally made the beginning of our day. Definitely will stay at here again when I go to Roma.

Ce guest house est parfait pour des séjours comme le notre de découverte de la ville. Petit déjeuner copieux , thé et café toute la journée à volonté. La salle de bain ( 1 pour trois chambres) est parfaite. Que dire sinon le recommander !!!

• ILGA (6/5): Dzīvošana Romā - Viesnīca laba, jo atradās ļoti tuvu vēsturiskajam Romas centram un dzelzceļa stacijai Termini. arī maksa par dzīvošanu nebija augsta. Ir brokastis un viss nepieciešamais, lai gatavotu paši. Laba vieta kur atpūsties pēc garām dienas pastaigām un ekskursijām. Saimniece runā angliski un ir sirsnīga.

• Schneider (10/5): Zuvorkomende Betreung, gute Lage Banhof und ÖV - Die zuvorkomende Betreung und guten Service vor Ort, gute Lage Banhof und ÖV hat uns den Besuch von Rom sehr erleichtert. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und zweckmässig, es giebt einen Wasserspender und einen Kafeautomaten, was will man mehr.
• Jiayuan (10/5): Spacious room and super nice Mauro - My friend and I stayed with Belhorizon for three nights, and we had a great time in Rome. The room is clean and spacious, with its own toilet & shower and a small kitchen with fridge and freezer. The location is very good too: tram is at the doorstep, and metro is less than 10 min walk away. The Ice-cream Factory and Vecchia Roma (restaurant with delicious pasta) are within walking distance. Mauro, our host, is super nice and helpful, and he cooks delicious pasta too:) We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Belhorizon, and I will definitely stay with them again for my future visit.
• Verified traveler (4/5): hotel close to termini station and coliseum - In general it was ok, the manager is very kind and friendly, the room was big enough and acceptably clean. However, as we had a very small bathroom in the room ( but it was better than sharing the bathroom outside with 8 more people) after the first day we had water leaking in the room and had to throw a towel on the floor and no body came to clean that day so on the second day that towel was very dirty. Last day our train got canceled so we had to stay an extra night. Since we were at the station we talked to a guy with a hotel "batch ID" and he gave us different options. In the end he took us to a hotel that costs the same as this guest house, but we didn't have to share with anybody else, we had our own big bathroom, clean towels, toiletteries, we were closer to the station and had a much better breakfast.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Buena atención por parte de los chicos encargados del albergue. Es un albergue. No es un hotel. Es barato con respecto al resto de hoteles. El baño es compartido y está fuera de la habitación. Se sale el agua de la placa ducha cuando uno se está duchando. No hay bañera. El suelo del baño casi siempre está mojado. Es fácil caerse al salir de la ducha. El desayuno incluido es: 1. Croisant 2. Café soluble 3. Zumo de brick 4. Paquetitos de tostadas 5. Mermelada Si vas pensando en un hotel como tal, no es el sitio. Esto es una casa antigua de roma muy bien situada con habitaciones para alquilar por noches. Comodidades no tiene! Pero nos atendieron estupendamente.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place in the city centre - The accommodation was good and clean, just few minutes walking to the Colosseum and personell very very worm.
• JRC (8/5): Para dormir y estar cerca de todo es excelente. - Trato exquisito por parte de Mauro (contacto mediante whatsapp y sabe castellano). En la habitación tienes Wi-Fi gratuita (muchos hoteles de 3 y 4 estrellas cobran por este servicio). El barrio es humilde (chinos, árabes,...) pero nada peligroso. Seguir recomendaciones de heladería, donde cenar y donde comer al 100% (lo hicimos y fueron los mejores lugares de nuestra estancia en Roma). El desayuno es solo de dulces (donuts, cañas, cornettos, ...). Habitación muy sencilla: cama, baño y armario, lo justo para dormir y hacer turismo durante todo el día (5min de Termini y metro a escasos 100m). Solo puntualizar que es muy posible que el baño sea compartido.

• jtsang (8/5): very near to the metro station - very good location, near metro and many major attractions, can do sightseeing by walking. staff are nice and helpful.
• Snigdha (4/5): Poor stay - Very helpful staff, but could be a bit overbearing. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the tourist attractions and very willing to provide help at all times. The hotel is very difficult to find and I would chose the apartment over the guesthouse rooms as it is much more private. Neighbourhood is fine to walk in the day, but not great at night. Also it's not really close to any tourist attraction: the nearest colloseum is a 15-20 minutes walk away. Overall, ver all, I would not stay here again on another trip to rome, there are better options available for the same price range
• burnakk (10/5): Bien situé et agéable - pour le prix proposé cet hôtel est à deux pas du métro (20 mètres) qui vous ouvre tout Rome. Sympatrique même si il faut partager la salle de bain ce qui ne gêne absolument pas. Une petit cuisine qui vous permet de faire vous même la cuisine. Sinon des restaurant bon marché sont a coté de Ste maria Majore (a 100 mètres)
• LU (8/5): 位置離地鐵站很近 - 廁所為公用,有點不方便,主人很熱心,房間狀況普通,燈光稍微昏暗,交通位置非常方便,距離地鐵站近,附近很多餐廳和便宜超市,生活機能佳
• Anonymous (2/5): rekommenderas ej. - Fika istället för utlovade frukostbuffe, slitiga och icke funktionella faciliteter, otryggt - inget fönster/glas i badrummet, ytterdörrens lås är ett skämt mm. En lägenhet om 3 rum med delat badrum. Räknat med 10 pers totalt gissa hur stor är din chans att inte kissa på dig när du väntar på alla andra som ska kissa bajsa duscha sminka mm i ett o samma badrum. Hemskt!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Grazioso a due passi dal Colosseo - Siamo stati accolti come se fossimo amici di vecchia data. Al nostro arrivo il signor Mauro ci ha accolto come veri amici. Informazioni sulle abitudini, su come muoversi e come evitare la fila chilometrica ad i musei vaticani. Alcune chicche su luoghi ed angoli di Roma, come l'affascinate viaggio nel tempo proposto da Mauro attraverso una chiesa del secolo XIII che è stata costruita su una chiesa del secolo IV che è stata costruita su una casa risalente all'impero romana del primo secolo. Come il consiglio di gustare un gelato nella più antica gelateria romana del 1880 a soli un euro e sessanta. Tutti consigli spassionati e non interessati dove è chiaro che chi ti da il consiglio non ha lo scopo di guadagnare piccole commissioni dai ristoranti, taxi o tour. La colazione veramente variegata con cornetti freschi, corn flakes, caffè, latte, succo. la posizione di questo b and b è ottima vicino la stazione termini, 50 metri dalla metropolitana, 15 minuti di cammino dal Colosseo. La struttura è semplice non adatta per chi ha la puzza sotto il naso, ma chi vuole passare dei giorni al centro di Roma senza troppe pretese, risparmiando troverà in questo bed and breakfast un posto accogliente, pulito ed AMICO

• Verified traveler (4/5): bagno in comune, prenotazione per privato. - Prenotai questo albergo circa un mese prima della partenza. subito mi colpì il fatto che bisognasse telefonare la proprietaria per avvisare sull'orario di arrivo, poi abbiamo scoperto che non si tratta di un albergo "convenzionale". La signora è molto cordiale e disponibile, ma regna la disorganizzazione. Tutto e fatto a voce o per telefono. Arrivo in albergo e la mia stanza non è quella della prenotazione ma un'altra con bagno in comune. E' occupata, quindi non posso entrarci. lascio i bagagli alla signora ed esco con l'accordo che mi avrebbe fatto ritrovare i bagagli la sera in camera. Capisco che dunque gli orari di check in-out non sono rispettati. la stanza e il bagno(in comune) sono puliti. il giorno dopo ci viene concesso di lasciare i bagagli in albergo per poi ritirarli prima di partire. andiamo a ritirare i bagagli e.....NON CI APRE NESSUNO! la signora non c'era, abbiamo dovuto telefonare per farci aprire e per poco non perdevamo il treno. dispiace dirlo per la gentilezza della proprietaria, ma non lo consiglio. ho pagato un prezzo esagerato per un bagno privato e poi l'ho avuto in comune.
• riok (8/5): Very friendly staff and great breakfast - Not paying a lot of money for my stay so I didn't have high hopes. However the hostel exceed my expectation with its clean room and friendly, efficient service. In addition, a box of delicious pastry is ordered by the hostess every morning for the tenants, absolutely saved me some money. The downside of the hostel is that it has no air-conditioning. We survive pretty well with the little fan provided and did not have problems at all.

• Verified traveler (2/5): could not be found easily there was no billboard - It was terrible because its an apartment flat and there is no sign of a hotel at all or advertising sign. The staff Salvatore appeared after 30 minutes and named us welcome in an apartment floor. But unfortunately he could not have the ability to open the door with his key. He solved the problem with a genius idea and climbed from the window of the backyard and opened the from inside. when I asked how I can open the door by myself? He said don't worry you don't lock the door so you can open it easier. It was like a joke so we decided to look for real hotel so we did and we lost our payment to this fake unopened apartment hotel.
• Laura (6/5): come a casa tua a 10 minuti dal colosseo - Io ci sono stata con due mie amiche straniere e abbiamo preso la camera tripla con bagno condiviso. La posizione direi è ottima in quanto è vicino alla stazione Termini, si raggiunge a piedi il Colosseo in 10-15 minuti e c'è una fermata della metro vicina. La zona non è il massimo perché è un po' sporca, ma non ci siamo mai sentite insicure. La camera è spaziosa (noi alla fine per un errore abbiamo avuto una quadrupla) e per il prezzo che ha direi che è assolutamente decente! Almeno non sono letti a castello in ferro come negli ostelli. Direi che comunque va bene per dei giovani o persone che sanno adattarsi, è un b&B in una casa privata, non un hotel con tutti i comfort, e non potete aspettarvi di più per quella cifra. C'è un solo bagno, ma le camere lì erano solo due, per cui non abbiamo avuto chissà che problemi. La colazione ottima e ci si può fare te, cappuccino, the, succhi di frutta, etc a ogni ora, non tolgono tutto alle 9:30 o simili. Riforniscono ogni mattina e le camere sono putlite tutti i giorni e in ogni caso direi che è stata una buona esperienza :)
• hashim (2/5): Worst "hotel" ever - Its so hard to find it ,its only name in door ,its so messy ,so dark and once you check in they try to send you in another place 1 km far away ,you can eat only 1 croasant and nothing else even the breakfast was included.the area is full with chinnese and arabic and seems so unsafe.worse hotel ever ever ever .
• summer (6/5): 本来定的房间没有了，给换到了1公里外半地下的公寓 - 飞机到的很早，我们先把行李寄存到酒店，老板很热情。晚上回来入住的时候，被告知没有房间，一个员工带着我们去了另外的住处，大概在1公里外，是他一个朋友的房子，半地下室，窗子就在地面，很吵。房间是一室一厅一卫的公寓，带厨房，有wifi，速度很快。床是沙发床，不太平。早餐有人送来面包，挂在门把手上。交通很方便，门口就是电车总站。
• Verified traveler (8/5): Appartement, Bon rapport qualité/ prix - Attention, si vous prenez la dependance (chambre avec salle de bains privative), vous n'êtes pas dans la pension mais un appartement à cinq minutes à pied. Quartier assez populaire mais tranquille. Appartement et salle de bains propres.
• Cecilia (4/5): Confusione - Siamo partite con l'idea di avere prenotato una camera quadrupla con bagno mentre abbiamo trovato una matrimoniale con bagno condiviso (per il bagno condiviso forse abbiamo inteso male noi, ma non per la quadrupla...). Roma era particolarmente piena in quei giorni, ma la signora Sandra è riuscita ugualmente a trovarci un'altra sistemazione e di questo la ringrazio molto. Inoltre non ci ha fatto pagare la prima notte, la signora Sandra meriterebbe quindi un voto a parte. Il nostro consiglio è di informarsi molto bene di quello che si va a prenotare per non ritrovarsi con brutte sorprese.
• Aurelie (6/5): mitigé - Tout d'abord ce n'est pas un hotel mais une chambre d hote. il y a 3 chambres et 1 seule salle de bain non privée...l hotesse est certes très gentille et parle anglais Français italien et les chambres propres mais par contre pas forcément ponctuelle sur les horaires du pti dej espace assez bruyant malheureusement
