Check in was done at Claris Hotel about 150m away. We arrived at nearly 2.30am and were offered a glass of Champagne when we arrived. Very friendly and efficient staff.. Can't recommend this apartment enough. Nothing

• Petros (8/5): - Apartment is old but very well maintained. Location is perfect, everything was good. I used booking.com to book this apartment using a company card as we were travelling for work. They did not charge the card (as stated on booking.com) and when I went there to pick up the keys, the reception said they would only be able to take the payment only if the credit card is on my name (the person who made the booking) while I had a company card on the booking website. The lady there refused to take any other form of payment and only if the credit card was on my name.

• Florence (9/5): Excellent location, spacious apartment and well stocked kitchen - - excellent location - for hop on and off bus, metro, Casa batllo, Casa Mila, - easy to store Iuggage before checkin - easy to check in and out - well stocked kitchen - even has a hand held blender - eye for detail and comfort - laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid provided. Small sachets of condiments and bottles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar were provided making it easy to prepare a few simple meals without having to buy big bottles of cooking essentials. Bedrooms and toilets are a bit cramp. Not much space for the suitcase.

• Kevin (10/5): Apartamento de lujo en Barcelona a precio genial - Todo espectacular atención maravillosa del staff en el Claris hotel en la esquina del edificio, ubicado en la zona mas exclusiva de Barcelona (paseo de gracia) lo mejor de lo mejor en los alrededores (a pasos de TODO literal), el alojamiento de lujo desde el tamaño amplio del apartamento, sus instalaciones y equipamiento, comodidad maxima en sus camas y baños. definitivamente volvería con mi familia a este lugar, fuimos muy felices aqui. todo fantástico
• Charlie (9/5): - Very spacious apartment with a very nice balcony. Sound proofing was decent and amenities were provided. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean The small bathroom toilet is very close to the wall, makes it quite hard to sit down if you’re tall. Upon opening the front door, your immediately met with one of the bedrooms which doesn’t feel that safe.

It is very easy to get the keys from the hotel Kitchenware are not enough might be they are not expecting people to cook there. There is no cooking knife, small pot cover, kettle. Surprisingly they provide dish washing power but there is no dish washer. At the same time there is no rack for us to put out wet dishes, bowls and other kitchenware.

Sistema chuveiro/banheira pequeno e estreito. Muito escorregadio. Banheiro como um todo ótimo. Sugiro colocação de um tapete aderente ou um suporte de apoio na parede do local do banho para apoio.
• Shanshan (7/5): - The location is good, the space is large, the supplies are plentiful, and there is a check-in counter which is very close to the apartment. The kitchen is relatively new, but the water quality here is poor, so you have to buy your own drinking water. Luggage can be stored there. The house looks beautiful in the photos, but in reality, the house is old, the facilities are old, the floors are old and uneven, the room doors don't close properly, the bathroom smells musty, and one of the bedrooms caused skin rashes after sleeping there for three days.

• Markéta (9/5): - Ubytování je na skvělém místě. Všude se dostanete velmi snadno pěšky nebo metrem. Apartmán byl velmi prostorný a pohodlný. Vše bylo čisté. Klíče jsme si vyzvedli na recepci. Jinak jsme nebyli s personálem nijak v kontaktu. Bohužel jsme na recepci nedostali přesné informace, kde je umístěn bazén a gym. Vybavení je už trochu opotřebované, ale nijak to neovlivnilo náš pobyt. Jen matrace by si už zasloužily vyměnit, byly nepohodlné a už dlouho používané.

• JOSE (9/5): Très bon séjour dans un appartement confortable, et surtout, très bien placé. - Appartement confortable et proche de toutes les commodités. Très proche du centre ville, à 10 minutes de marche. Accueil et remise des clefs efficace, qui se fait à l'hôtel juste en face. Pas de volets dans une chambre, et donc, forte luminosité le matin si l'on veut dormir.
• James (8/5): I will stay again and recommend to my friends. - AC was making a noise. AC is needed to be fixed. There was no check-in counter and we have to go the group hotel near by. That would be nice if we get notice about check-in procedure from the property before arrival. I realized later that on hotels.com property information specifys about it. Otherwise, great location, nice amenity.

Air conditioning leaking down the interior walls and made horrific noise. Very sparse in terms of sod decoration and amenities. Very poor value for money.

• Rebecca (10/5): Fabulous stay - cool, clean and comfortable! - The whole apartment was amazing! Spacious, beds were very comfortable - very clean! Nothing really! If I had to say anything it would be that the shower in the main bedroom ensuite was a little hard to get the angle right to be able to have a hands free shower but very minor!
