Merci beaucoup, je conseillerait cet endroit pour mes proches qui veulent venir à Québec !
- Richard (8/5): You are doing yourselves a dis-justice due to cleanliness issues! - Great location, nice apartments / building and parking an absolute bonus The cleanliness was extremely poor. The oven had a pool of fat on the bottom such that we had to mop it up with kitchen towel in order to even be able to use it without risk of fire!! The utensils along with the neatly folded T towel were also really dirty which detracted from the rest of the apartment ambience - A shame!

- Estelle (9/5): Très bon séjour dans un logement propre, moderne et bien situé - Procédure d’arrivée très simple, même s’il serait encore mieux d’avoir un code envoyé par sms en complément de l’application mobile/email de check-in. Ça simplifierait l’expérience d’arrivée. L’équipe de réception a été très réactive lors de nos échanges, et les instructions de parking étaient claires. Les dosettes à café et autres sont en accès libre dans le bâtiment ce qui est très pratique. L’appartement était très propre, on reviendra certainement car l’emplacement était vraiment top. Aucune place pour suspendre des vêtements/manteaux, pas de laverie dans le bâtiment ce qui est dommage (il y a une laverie à 200m, rue Ste Ursule). - laurentom82 (8/5): - Logement idéalement situé à Québec, parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied. L’appartement est agréable, cosy et confortable, ce qui rend le séjour très plaisant. Malgré ce détail, le logement reste une bonne option grâce à son emplacement et à l’ambiance chaleureuse de l’appartement. Seul point surprenant : l’absence totale de penderie ou de placard pour ranger les vêtements. Pour un séjour d’une semaine, cela reste assez improbable et peu pratique.

- Donna (7/5): Pleasant stay and in a good location - Bathroom needs some TLC. Rubbish bin draw in the kitchen needs adjustment as it kept jamming up against the stove and the cupboard. Chairs would have been more comfortable than the poofs for sitting on. Stayed for 10 days but had to buy further coffee pods and toilet paper. Would have expected for the price for these items to be replenished.

- Mario (9/5): Séjour confortable en plein coeur de l'action. - L'emplacement est juste parfait pour visiter le Vieux-Québec. L'espace cuisine est le bienvenu pour se concocter un repas maison de qualité, permettant ainsi de faire baisser un peu les coûts du voyage. C'était notre deuxième séjour ici, et nous n'hésiterions pas à y retourner une troisième fois! Comme la chambre est petite, le tapis pour les bottes doit être déplacé vers le fond de la chambre pour ne pas empêcher la porte d'ouvrir, ce qui est peu pratique l'hiver avec des bottes sales et pleines de slush. Difficile alors de ne pas salir le plancher. Mais ça reste mineur comme désagrément.

There are no amenities provided, and there aren’t many convenient places nearby to purchase them, so it’s best to come prepared.

- Annette (8/5): Lovely property in a great location - Lovely modern apartment in great location close (walking distance) to everything. Linen for the sofa bed was not provided but the host replied promptly and advised us where to find more linen. The foyer & stairs were not cleaned at all during our 5 day stay. I appreciate it is hard to keep clean with the snow & salt but a clean each day or two would be good. There was very limited space for luggage & coats.
- Gustavo (9/5): Muito bons recomendo a todos, após concertar o alarme de incêndio. - A localização é ótima, a decoração do local também. Os equipamentos são bons, banheiro para banho tb são ótimos, gostamos muito de tudo em geral. Infelizmente tivemos um problema. O local conta com uma cozinha completa mas praticamente não dava para usar. Duas vezes ao simplesmente fritar dois ovos e esquentar uma fatia de pão na torradeira disparou o alarme de incêndio, muito chato. Abrimos tudo no apartamento e saímos apertando os botões do sensores. Fui atendido muito bem pelo anfitrião que foi ao apartamento para desligar o sensor depois, pois mesmo parando o disparo de tempos em tempos o alarme soava. No dia seguinte aconteceu de novo, aí desistimos de cozinhar e tivemos que comer fora mesmo alugando um local com cozinha. Acredito que esteja com algum problema no sensor pois não faz sentido ser tão sensível assim, única queixa, o resto tudo perfeito.

- SOPHIE (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel au marché de Noël - L’emplacement est exceptionnel. Tout se fait à pied dans le vieux Québec et on peux louer une place de stationnement ce qui est vraiment très intéressant à cet endroit de Québec Les chambres sont entièrement rénovées avec goût dans un ancien bâtiment. Mur de brique, cuisinette moderne, salle de bains très agréable. La réception est virtuelle. Ça peut être un peu déroutant , mais ça fonctionne parfaitement. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec notre clé virtuelle et ça a été réglé dans la minute. On est à côté de tous les restaurants. Nous sommes allés prendre le petit déjeuner au cochon dingue, juste à côté. Un vrai délice. Nous recommandons à 200% Rien

Le logement neuf est très propre, super bien équipé (lave vaisselle, plaques de cuisson, four, TV connectée…) et le lit est confortable. Vraiment super. Un peu de bruit (des pas lourds) venant du dessus du logement mais rien de grave.

- Steve (8/5): An excellent base to explore old town Quebec from. - The room was very modern, clean and well equipped. The shower and bed were fantastic. There was some footstep noise from the room upstairs, but otherwise our room (105) had no shared walls with anyone else and was very quiet. The hotel is well positioned in Old town and was very close to the main streets. The electronic room keys were a little unreliable, sometimes taking a couple of tries to get the door to open; not a big deal, but annoying when it's very cold. We also never found a way to open the back door from outside. The ceiling lighting in the living dining kitchen area is harsh. A couple of lamps would make a huge difference. The light switches in the bathroom are not intuitive and are quite annoying, and several wall power outlets did not work. None of these issues were major...we loved the place and are really just being picky.

Il y a deux coupes à vin, mais pas de tire-bouchon. Il y a un four, mais pas de mitaines de four. Peu d’ustensiles. Les draps étaient tachés. Rien de majeur, mais faire le tour dé l’équipement ne nuirait pas.

- Fiona (8/5): Location, location, location - Perfect location to enjoy the best of Old Quebec. A charming street with every surrounding street full of authentic homes and buildings. Walking distance to absolutely everything. Fabulous restaurants all around. A historic park across the street. Very comfortable bed, nice hot shower, good kitchen facilities, good lighting. The method of keyless entry required a link to a website. If your phone battery went flat, you would be locked out, as you would also be unable to call the assistance number. The bathroom was awkward with nowhere to put anything. I would suggest putting up some corner shelves for the spare toilet paper, hairdryer and extra towels, which would allow guests to use the drawers. The stairs were a struggle with our suitcases. The TV could only be watched from the bed, you couldn't see it from the lounge.

A couple maintenance issues (broken laminate floor tile, rusted baseboard heater) should be dealt with to maintain high-end feel of property
- ADELINE (9/5): - Hôtel très bien situé et pratique pour accéder à la gare, nous étions bien installés et avons bien profité de notre séjour. Lit confortable. La réception était réactive par SMS ou Whatsapp afin de pouvoir échanger. Les équipements ne sont pas très pratiques : très peu de prises (heureusement nous avions le nécessaire), aucun cintre. Il y a eu également du bruit, j'ai dû me procurer des bouchons d'oreille pour pouvoir dormir. Le clavier pour composer le code à l'entrée du bâtiment affiche systématiquement un message d'erreur, car il ne reconnait pas les visages et il faut attendre pour qu'il disparaisse et permette l'accès au clavier.

- Susannah (7/5): Not my cup of tea - Location - it's in the old city When I booked this I did not know the hotel was unattended. We did leave our luggage in the "lobby" unattended and it was ok, thank goodness, but I am not going to book unattended again if I can help it. The room door was not unlocked with a code but they texted me a link and after going 2 or 3 deep on the menu I got to something to press to unlock the door. I had to call someone to find it the first time. My companion could not unlock the door without my phone since I didn't know how to text her the active link. Not sure the TV remote was working as it wouldn't turn the TV off and there was no switch on the screen either. I turned TV off by using the breaker in the electrical panel. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law in a different room texted "them" about myriad things that needed fixing in their room since they were worried about being charged.
- RYE (10/5): We highly recommend this place! - Everything! The building, the rooms, the location… We loved the convenience of self check in and very courteous customer service. Oh and on-site parking. This is our second visit and it was as nice as the first one. Nothing negative
