- Paul (10/5): Quintessential Scottish Hospitality - It's definitely hard to put to words how warm and welcoming Karen and Gerry are. They reached out to us with a personal e-mail as soon as we booked the room. This was two months in advance! Gerry even welcomed us personally that late evening when we finally made it to their hotel. He was very cordial and informative. His suggestions for travel destinations (local and country-wide) were exceptional. Karen gave us a lot of great tips for local must-see places the next morning when we checked out. They were both so welcoming and knowledgeable.
Everything about our stay was excellent: the cottage, the breakfast, the service, and the local area. Hazel was very thoughtful and made well timed checks on us while we had our breakfast. We really wish we had planned to spend more time in Pitlochry. The town was quaint, pretty, and reminiscent of how I imagined countryside villages to be. It's almost as if you stepped back in time. It's no wonder queens Victoria and Isabella visited the place. Pitlochry is a must revisit and we’ll make sure to book Annslea again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We loved the place, super clean and nice! The breakfast was delish and the location is perfect. Pitlochry is beautiful!!!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice guesthouse - Clean warm with friendly staff. Close to amenities.
- Sparky (10/5): - Loved location, cute cottage, good breakfast, kind and helpful staff.
- Elaine (10/5): Pretty pitlochry - Nice 2 night stay in pretty pitlochry Scotland. Nice rooms. Lovely breakfast and a wonderful and helpful host couple. Very close to train station and restaurants. Also a great play theatre.
- stuart (10/5): - Convenient to Pitlochry and attractions in area around
- Jesse (8/5): Quaint! - Very quaint little place to stay. The only two drawbacks: limited breakfast (either a buffet of mixed fruit salad and yogurt, or a full fry up—no other choices) and no common room. I had in my mind’s eye a nice space to relax. A wonderful place for a quick stay in Pitlochry.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Best B&B - Karen the Proprietor was very welcoming and friendly. Can’t fault the accommodation in any way, excellent overnight stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was all wonderful! Service was excellent! They were very nice about our late arrival.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely bed and breakfast. - Very pretty clean room, with comfy bed. Good breakfast served by friendly staff.
Convenient for village and short walk to theatre. Would certainly return and recommend to friends.
- Ian (10/5): - We were warmly welcomed to Annslea Guest House by our hosts Karen & Gerry who did their upmost to make us feel at home. Their is plenty of car parking available on the property so this is not a problem. Our room and ensuite was neat, tidy and very comfortable with a nice outlook over the front garden. Our breakfast was most enjoyable and gave us a good start to each day. The location, which is at the end of the Main Street through Pitlochry, is very handy, and within easy walking distance to the many shops, supermarket, coffee lounges, cafes and restaurants. Not very far away, on the other side of the beautiful river which flows beside the town is a very state of the art, live theatre, which puts on some excellent shows. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Annslea Guest House to anyone wishing to stay in Pitlochry.

Lots of information provided. Coffee and tea available in the room. Good WiFi reception. I can't fault them on anything. We were sorry we only stayed one night here.

- Keith (8/5): Comfy, convenient accommodation - A friendly and efficient guest house that provides comfortable rooms with clean and well run facilities. Pitlochry is a busy tourist town, but Annslea is conveniently close to the eating and entertainment action. I would happily stay there again.
- Graham (10/5): Well appointed guest house - Guest house was on the main road but well set back with a good sized front garden area so traffic (and train) noise was minimal.
We had a lovely double en suite room at the front of the building with views towards the forested hills on the far side of the valley. The room was very comfortable, the en suite big enough and the tea/coffee making facilities replenished each day.
Breakfast was first class and there was a good choice of cereals, juices, yogurt etc. The cooked Scottish breakfast was very tasty and could be varied daily if needed (we were there for 3 nights).
Shame about the miserable dull weather throughout our visit but the Annslea was always a welcome and warm and dry place to return to.
- Lynn & Kevin (10/5): Annslea Guest House, Pitlochry - On entering Annslea Guest house we were made to feel very welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated giving it a homely feel. The breakfast was very tasty, with a good selection of fruit, cheese, cereals and the choice of a cooked breakfast too. We couldn't have asked for more. Delicious.

- Ozzy Tom (10/5): Travels through the Highlands of Scotland - I arrived at Pitlochry on a rather cold and rainy day. My accommodation was at the Annesley Guest House not far from the train station. This is a beautiful house built in the 1850's in a garden setting.
All parts of the Guest house are well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was excellent, this was the usual English/Scottish variety with a good choice on the menu. The reason for visiting was Pitlochry was to see where my ancestors lived[clan Struan Robertson]. However the owners Karen and Gerry, phoned around for me and found that the Centre and shop were closed saving me a wasted trip so Gerry drove me to Blair Castle as an alternative to visiting the Clan Centre as public transport was not frequent on Sunday.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice clean B and B
Short walk to town .i would stay again. Very good breakfast that was included
- dave (10/5): Great overnight stop - Very clean and Gerry was very accommodating. Great breakfast!

We were in a garden cottage which was well fitted out with everything we needed, except perhaps a place to set up a computer. Excellent food, service, and warm welcome.
- Oz (10/5): A great stopover en route to House of Bruar - Stayed two nights as we wanted a leisurely break. Very comfortable. Stayed in the warm cosy cottage - lovely and quiet. - Bruce (10/5): Charming guest house in a great location - My wife, mother and myself had a lovely overnight stay here on 18/10/16.
The owners were absolutely charming and made us very welcome.
The guest house was in an ideal location just a 2min. stroll from the centre, was spotlessly clean and appeared to be freshly decorated (very tastefully) throughout and the breakfast was lovely.
If there was any down side at all is there was no communal sitting room, but this wasn't really an issue for us as the bedroom was big enough to allow us to socialise there for a wee while before bed time.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and comfortable - We were passing thru and stopped for the night to enjoy the Enchanted Forest Event. Great place to stay with a wonderful Host. Loved the passion of the Host for Scotland.
- Stewart (10/5): Recommended - We really enjoyed our stay at annslea. It was ideal due to the ground floor lay out and our son being in a wheelchair
