• Barbara (8/5): Barbara's stay - Staff were helpful and cheerful. Room was as expected- small but for one night perfectly fine and, having no windows it was quite quiet. Just the odd small thing like the kettle was too big to be filled directly from the sink tap and the shower curtain was too long and bulky. But these are very minor points.
• Himmat (1/5): - Location (for me, as my trip was to Hayes) and parking was easy at front. Well, I had to forego a prebooked and fully paid for second night at this hotel (if you could call it one) and had to book a room at the last minute for that second night, at a different hotel at higher and additional cost to me because this place was so awful. But I had to do it, I would not be able to stay and wouldn't have been able to get to sleep here. My partner left at 5.30 am on the first night and refused to stay any longer. This was due to ants crawling around in the room on bedside cabinet. In the bed next to me, my son had ants on his bed. I wasn't impressed with check-in. I had to pay for a deposit, okay with that. However towels were counted out and handed to me in reception (4), apparently because some guests take them...then why the deposit? Then the swipe card for the doorlock to the room didn't work. After trying for 5 mins had to ask for assistance. Same card worked for receptionist but only after several attempts...the lock was temperamental. There was no bin in the room, only in the the cloakroom. There was no soap in the cloakroo. The shower cubicle was tight and it very difficult to manage to shower properly. The floor of the shower had several broken tiles and there was no waste trap cover, just a dirty open drain hole.

• Claire (3/5): Appallingly smelly, dirty, hot, and uncomfortable. - The free parking; easy walking distance to amenities and tube station; polite staff. The smell from the drains in the whole room was unbearable - when I complained I was just given a can of air freshener. The response suggested this is a regular complaint! The shower was very dirty and broken; there were no hand towels or soap; there was not enough milk to make us both a cup of tea; the room was very hot but if you open the windows you couldn’t sleep for all the noise outside; the bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable; the bedside drawer was wonky and broken; the safe was broken; there was not enough room to open the wardrobe door fully as the bed was in the way (the furniture was not arranged very well at all); the main light fitting was hanging off and full of dead moths; the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working…really not much good about this stay at all. We only used it as a base for our visit but i couldn’t have stayed any longer as the smell was making me feel sick and giving me a headache.

Bathtub was old & cracked near the water drain & Bathroom door had a gap at the bottom so all toilet noise & smells can be heard & enter the main room.

There were shops close by to buy things. Staff were very unfriendly. I saw the receptionist was very rude and verbally fighting with a guest. The adjoining rooms were so noicy, I could not sleep. So I had ro check out at mid-night and move out.

I enjoyed a lovely hot shower every morning - the bed was firm and comfortable the single room was compact but had enough space to store my bags and suitcases.The level of service was great. I enjoyed a free upgrade in the double room but storage space to hang my clothes was not as robust as in the single room. I didn't mind b/c i was only there for the last night of my stay - my room had windows and heating - so overall, I enjoyed my stay here - very good value for money. The ensuite shower in the single room and lack of wardrobe space in the double room.

• Mursal (8/5): We had a confortable stay at Heathrow Inn👍🏻 - All the staff were very friendly, and Anna in particular was exceptionally kind and helpful. We traveled by car, and the parking was both safe and free, which made our stay even more convenient. For London lovers who prefer to explore the city by car, this is definitely the perfect place to stay.

Kindly and pleasantly Disappointed The Cleaning stuff steal our charger cable and throw our clothes on the floor,.After making a complaint..next day the charger cable appears like a "MIRACULOUS CABLE COME FROM THE 5 DIMENSIONS " The lady from reception ,Amazing and professional. Kindly and pleasantly But this hotel is running by the cleaning staff The attitude and the rudeness of the women from the cleaning is one big disappointment, from the moment you walk in,she's the one with questions and bitter answers. Rooms are dirty, Lingerie, duvet, pillow old ,over used and stained Dust in every corner If you leave the room, take your stuff because the "magic fog" is coming in the room and make stuff to disappear 🎶 Try to avoid.

• Te (1/5): Overall, my stay was horrible due to poor cleanliness, unsafe conditions, and inadequate facilities. - I liked the Location. The room was extremely cramped, with barely enough walking space to squeeze between the beds and the wall. There was a significant buildup of dust and dirt on surfaces, particularly in neglected areas like behind the TV. Sharp metal edges were protruding into the already narrow walkway between the beds and the bathroom, posing a clear safety hazard. The main hallway from reception to the room had no proper heating only exposed pipes, with no radiators connected, which made the space feel cold and unfinished. Additionally, the hallway carpet was worn and uneven, creating a clear trip hazard. The towels provided were old and unclean, and the supposedly white bedding was visibly stained. I would strongly recommend that the hotel temporarily close to carry out essential repairs, deep cleaning, and address the significant safety hazards present. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards were very disappointing.
