Hotel was clean, the room was clean and also they cleaned the room on a daily basis which we really appreciated Only the entrance to hotel was not wheelchair/stroller accessible. Also we wish that there was a microwave or something for us to cook some food

- Tracy (8/5): This is my second stay here, I would stay here again if I were to visit Bangkok in the future. You get what you paid wit - Location is great, as a female solo traveller, I'm comfortable with the area as it's on the main road, walking at night is not too dangerous (but please still be cautious). It is walking distance to Platinum Mall, Centralworld and BIG C, and is on the same row as a lot of massage parlours. You can easily walk to the nearest station as well in about 10mins. The room and bed is comfortable, toilet is clean. Easy to access with a card. They provide an extension for you, along with towels and hairdryer. Toothbrush and indoor shoes can also be requested. I didn't need to bring much items, thanks to the convenience of having these items already prepared for me. - Walls are a bit thin, you can hear into people's room (but muffled) when you're walking to/out from your room. No issue with stray noises from the room though. - The only mirror is in the bathroom. I needed to style my hair for an event but there was no mirror near where the plugs were 🥲

- Pierce (8/5): Great place, maybe not best spot - Clean, easy to check in, good coffee bar, watch suitcases for you Hot water slowly got colder over time. Location is necessary to take grab to get to unless you want to heat stroke on dragging luggage.

The receptionists were very attentive to guests' needs—especially a lovely lady who helped me arrange airport transfer and recommended the best option before my flight home. There were mosquitoes in our rooms and everyday we need to be killing after a few of them before we can sleep, but still got bitten. The heater wasnt working for one of the rooms as well, but they got it fixed properly after. The toilet drainage smells bad, our room always smell disgusting when we come back. There was also a short blackout. Their bed are hard to sleep on, causing all of us with body aches. The rooms and lift were small and cramp. I know I cant expect much from a 3 star hotel(as on google) but if comparing nearby hotel that is also 3 star which we stayed before, this one really isnt worth it. Note that there is a 500thb deposit in cash per room that was not inform prior to booking. But location is still good, near to 711, pratunam market, platinum mall

To improve : a full.length mirror in the room would be appreciated and hand soap! The pillows were a little hard as well, others great experience, wonderful staff and amazing location!!

- Joey (7/5): Nice chill hotel - The room is clean. They provided the necessary toiletries, like shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, toilet rolls, and towels. The hotel is very near to lot of eateries, street foods, Pratunam SC, Baiyoke market and cool cafe. At GL, there are 2 cafes which served good foods and drinks, they got beer buffet (good for drinker like me) :p, and 10% discount. I like the most is they have clean and well maintained outdoor seating where you can chill before heading out and after a long walking day. The room and toilet are a bit small. The blowing power of the hair dryer is weak. We take a longer time to dry our hair. There is no ramp towards the hotel lobby so prepare to carry you heavy luggage. The hotel is located along busy street and a bit noisy during night time. If you are light sleeper, I don't recommend this hotel.

- Jessica (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Bangkok. - The Period Pratunam was a very convenient place to stay in Bangkok. To start with, the place has a cute cafe both inside and just in front of the hotel. It is very near the shopping places (if you are into shopping) plus the BTS and also Thai massage places. Nothing. Everything is perfect.

Everything is within walking distance. 7-Eleven is just few doors away & there is a whole row full of massage centers which is great stop everytime before we go back to hotel. Room size can get a little small after a few days of shopping but still managable.

But, not so comfy for a family with kids. - If you plan to stay in a perfect location (reachable from many main spots), this hotel may be one of the best options with great value. Aside from that, I got free beers every evening, which is an excellent addition to wrap up my day. In the morning, to get a good coffee refreshment, you can go to its lobby to get a good cup of speciality coffee ranging from light to dark roast (you need to pay separately, but it's OK for the value). However, travelling with kids in this hotel may be inconvenient as the shower is not huge. Plus, the elevator only fits for a family, not more than one family.

- Jenny (10/5): PERFECT STAY!!! - The staff was very very nice and they speak english so it wasnt hard to communicate with them, the housekeeping was attentive, they gave us waters, tissues even though we didnt finish it yet. There's also a coffee shop below and it was really good! You should stay here!! Highly recommended!! The location was very good also! Everything is near, malls, night markets. A lot of massage area, also a 7/11 everything is near Nothing. It was perfect!

The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the cafe has a very chill vibe, just a few walks away from 7/11 and other establishments. Also, it is very near Pratunam morning/night market, Platinum Fashion Mall, and other markets where you can buy affordable clothings and food. It is accesible and easy to locate. The rooms are exceptionally clean too, and they are kind enough to tidy your room every day. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much 🤍

So many massage center along the alley which is extremely wonderful. Around 15mins walk to HALAL food restaurant/stall and BTS station. They have a cute fat cat too :) The room was very small, with barely enough room to organise my luggage, and you had to order an iron and hair dryer. There is also no plug in the toilet for me to use the hair dryer. Wifi connection was a little slow compared to the mobile data.

- Hanni (7/5): A short family trip - The decor and location of the hotel. The rate for a triple room is reasonable. The room came with a power adapter and USB charger. Loves the coffee from the coffee shop on the ground floor and the almond croissant from shop across. The 7-11 just behind the hotel makes it very convenient The mattress was hard, not suitable for a light sleeper like me. The WiFi didn't work well, and that could be the reason why the TV was not working too.
