- journalmytrips (8/5): a good choice - We stayed at this lodging for three nights and have no complaints. The hotel is very clean. There are two elevators which I always look for in a multi purpose lodging. The breakfast featured a variety of options. There are several restaurants on a frontage road that you could walk to except there are no sidewalks. I did notice that a coffee maker was not included in the room. A stop at the front desk secured one for us with pods. We do like coffee before going down for breakfast.
- T7330MHcathym (10/5): Overnight stay. - We checked in late and young teens were all over the lobby. Our first thought was we are not gonna get any sleep tonite. The young man at the front desk was so nice & helpful. He said if we have any trouble to let them know and he would come take care of it. Surprise the kids were very well behaved, we never heard a word that night or next morning. My husband and myself slept very well. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room very cool which is how we like to sleep. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I like the free coffee in the lobby. Every time I have come, there has been an issue with my television. Each room we used had televisions that have white spots in the screen and the screen goes very dark. I was told that the tv's are old. Holiday Inn, you meet the mark for all other items but this is unacceptable. All of the money you receive from travelers and you cannot AFFORD to replace televisions with nice ones? That is one of the ways travellers wind down but how can we wind down if the television is showing spots. Each time, the staff have been accommodating but I blame Holiday Inn for this mess. Because of this, I will stay at a nearby hotel until the television issue has been resolved. See you when you replace them!
- Allison (3/5): Absolutely DISAPPOINTED - Quietness Door was hard to open, dirty under garment in the bathroom! No soap! Not even to wash your hands in the bathroom! When I called the front desk I was told the staff would be notified! They did not offer to at least bring a bar of hand soap. I have never stay in a Holiday Express and I will never do this again. The reviews on this hotel are deceiving. Waste of money!

- David (8/5): The room was comfortable and quiet. - We were not impressed with the options available. There was no eggs, bread, bagels or cinnamon rolls. My husband said the pancakes were not that good that the machine made, they were not cooked enough. One of the kitchen staff did make up some scrambled eggs for us. We were told due to the weather, their food truck was a day late. One of the girls from the kitchen staff said they have gone to the market in the past when they were short on food. Someone should have gone to the market!

- Scott (5/5): The facility was good, the breakfast was not acceptable. - The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. The location was convenient. We had some exposed items in the bed of our truck and they remained untouched throughout the night. We arrived kind of late, after nine pm, after a long drive. We planned on sleeping until 9am and then having breakfast on our way out. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 10am. We got to the dining area at 9:30 and there was very little food. Gravy but no biscuits. No eggs, bacon or sausage. We ate a yogurt a piece of fruit. Certainly not what we expected. I complained to the dining staff person and she said she was low on food because they didn’t get a delivery. Two other patrons, not together, heard me speaking with her and once she walked away approached me and said she was upset with people coming to breakfast that late and she expressed her anger as she started removing the available food at 9:15. When I discussed all of this with the assistant manager she said she had checked and there was plenty of food available.

- Derrick (6/5): - I love the location of this hotel. It is always clean so that is not an issue. Staff is friendly and hotel has ample parking. Breakfast is good. The ice machines on three floors did not work. Had to go to 4th floor to get ice. Also why does only limited rooms have microwaves? Such a bummer to have to go downstairs to heat food/leftovers. I asked the staff and she said that it depends on what type of room you have. What??? Also, not sure what happens with the televisions here but I like staying here but I noticed my last few stays, the televisions are extremely dim. They start out bright and eventually dim as you continue to watch. Need to be checked.

- 382jonathanb (10/5): A Fantastic Experience! - It's great to be welcomed with a warm smile - and that's exactly what we received at HIE in Warner Robins. While a genuine smile doesn't cost anything, it carries an abundance of value (It's sad that staff at many other HIE locations are not aware of this)...and is much appreciated! Everything was as good as could be during our stay. The room was nice and tidy. And the breakfast was very good. The bacon - OMG the bacon - was the best ever! And when we inadvertently left an important item behind, the HIE Warner Robins staff was very good to deliver the item to the nearby UPS store for shipping. Much appreciated! We have stayed in many, many HIE hotels over the past 15+ years. This was the best experience of all of those stays. I cannot think of any way it could have been improved! Please thank your staff for our fantastic experience.

I would go back just for the breakfast. Front desk Staff was not very helpful and not very friendly. They would basically just ignore you as you came through the lobby. One was letting the desk phone ring many times before answering because they were on their cell phone.

Someone ran through the hall and made a loud yell while putting a toilet plunger into the door of the young family with a baby across the hall from our room. Scared the parents and baby who were inside, very weird! Security could be better. We moved to a different hotel.

- Romika (4/5): - It was a very long day for me, spent entirely under the sun. When I finally arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was nowhere to be found. After searching for about five minutes, I discovered her outside the hotel, sitting in a chair and talking on the phone. When she returned, she handed me my room keys. I went upstairs, but the keys didn’t work. I went back down, and she said she would come with me. She tried the lock herself and discovered the battery was dead. She went downstairs to get new batteries, came back, replaced them, but the lock still didn’t work. By this time, 30 minutes had passed. She then decided to give me another room. I waited by the elevator for another 15 minutes before calling her from my phone at reception, as I had too much luggage to keep going up and down. Eventually, she sent someone with the new keys, and I finally got into the room, 40- 45 minutes after I had first arrived. Unfortunately, the bed looked like it had been used before, and I found a long strands of hair under the comforter, curtain was ready to collapse, bathroom looked really old and needs work. There was also no working AC in the lobby and I was sweating. Although this hotel is convenient for me, I don’t think I will be returning.

- Robert (10/5): - I had an excellent stay here! The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of variety to start the day right. Parking was easy and convenient, which made everything stress-free. I also loved that there were some really good restaurants just a short walk or drive away—lots of options depending on what you're in the mood for. One of the best perks was the car charging station, which made it super convenient for EV travel. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone passing through or staying for a while!

- Quintin (3/5): Wasn't worth the money won't stay again - The staff was nice and tried to accommodate us as best as possible. The first room had a foul dirty pee mold sell that hit you as soon as you walked in. The second room had a terrible mold smell, with snot or other dried body fluid on the walls, a dirty hand print on the headboard, the bathroom floor was gross, so I wiped it with a wash cloth. The white wash cloth was black when I finished. I have pictures if they are needed. Woke up wth violent stomach pain (very allergic to mold), and husband was broken out all on his back and chest. Housekeeping beat on the door at 8 in the morning like they were actually going to clean. Why so early when check out is at 12. Worst stay every.

- Lydia (2/5): Would not return. - The pool was filthy, no towels outside. Internet did not work in the room. No bedding for pull out sofa. Mattress on pull out sofa was covered with pubic hair. Two towels in the bathroom for a room accommodating 6 people.
