Only make the bed & change the bath towel. Didn't clean the room. Can still see fallen hairs in the toilet. Didn't get a new box of tissue paper & new roll of toilet paper despite both left a bit. Shower cap, toothbrush & paste, bedroom slippers not provided. Maybe because it's an economy hotel but the prices are not. Have to get drinking water from the restaurant at level 1.

• Geoffrey (10/5): Brilliant! - Price and Comfort. $125 per night in the heart of the city. I had a plane to catch early the next morning and a bus ride to the airport from just across the street - excellent. It would cost $280 to sleep close to the airport. I am a pensioner! Nothing

• Mary (7/5): Quiet , comfortable, good meals and great location. - Good selection and tasty. I like a cup of tea morning and evening, but there weren’t enough teabags and milk for my stay. Admittedly I left the sign on the door to save the maid time. She probably would have replaced the goods.

The location is brilliant as we were right near the Rundle mall and Rundle street and not far from our where we were going to an event. We felt safe and our car was in a nearby secure parking we checked out the restaurant and it was brilliant and our meal was great Wished there was a toaster in the room as well
