• WorldGlobetrotter (7/5): Problem was the organization prior to my arrival, not carried out properly in advance by the owner. - Basic accommodation. It does the job. I could pay by card, without any problems and charges. The room was spacious and fairly clean. On my first stay I was treated with a better room, which actually was worse because from the window comes a lot of noise all night long as well as a lot of light since very early morning. On my second stay I was given the budget room that I booked which has no window (they are fake, see pic) and it was better for sleeping with silence and darkness. Breakfast was simple, yet tasty (they are quite slow, though). The terrace is nice, but unfortunately there’s usually not much view due to foggy/polluted air. Reception is 24/7 and the location is convenient. There is no elevator and there is only a common fridge, although if you ask they let you use the kitchen (I just wanted to eat some fruits, not even really cooking). The problem was the organization prior to my arrival, not carried out properly in advance. I booked with them also the ride from the airport which is definitely overpriced, but I needed a trusted driver (rather than I random driver from Rapido App, which I used for the way back) to bring my luggage to the hotel in my absence. The owner organized it too late: I could not read messages just the day before my arrival. This is what advance organization aims to avoid! It ended up that the driver was waiting for me 3 hours before my arrival even though I sent them my flight details. Advance organization is paramount for an enjoyable experience, but the owner doesn’t care and ruined my first day (with consequences in the following days).

• Shrestha (10/5): Booked one night earlier . I decided to stay more longer . Highly recommended . - Perfect location close to the market like Groceries, Restaurents , Trekking shops . Quiet place from the busy street noise. Nice rooms as per booking price . Hot Shower could have been more better mainly during cold weather .

The room was far from clean — the floor was dusty, the bathroom had stains, and the bedsheets didn’t look freshly changed. There was a musty smell throughout the room, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. On top of that, there were hardly any facilities. There was no kettle, no drinking water, and even basic amenities like toiletries and towels were either missing or of poor quality. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. For the price charged, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room, but this experience was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made in cleanliness and guest facilities.

La personne à l'accueil m'a facturé 50 Rs pour une bouteille d'eau qui coûte 20 Rs. Le matin, je voulais sortir à 7 heures, la porte était fermée et il n y avait personne à l'accueil.

The room had a strong, damp, musty smell that was overwhelming — it was so bad that my nose got blocked within minutes of being inside. To make matters worse, I saw a cockroach crawling on the bed. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. I couldn’t stay even one night and had to leave the same day. If you care about cleanliness or your health, do not book this place. Staying here is literally risking your well-being. Absolutely Disgusting – Health Risk This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room had a strong, damp, musty smell that was overwhelming — it was so bad that my nose got blocked within minutes of being inside. To make matters worse, I saw a cockroach crawling on the bed. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. I couldn’t stay even one night and had to leave the same day after my few meetings. If you care about cleanliness or your health, do not book this place. Staying here is literally risking your well-being.

The staff was good, everything we asked was always ok (extra nights, keeping our luggages in the reception when we traveled around). The bathroom needs extra cleaning as there is a lot of mold.
