• Christiane (8/5): Für eine Nacht sehr gut, nicht so komfortabel für einen längeren Aufenthalt - tolle Lage, sehr zentral. Die Parkplatz Zuweisung hat auch gut geklappt. Man hatte kein Fenster zum öffnen, nur Türen. Das ging nachts nicht, die offen tu haben.
• Kathryn Haynes (7/5): - Convenient and quiet location close to the sea and restaurants , beautiful outdoor space, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, nice to have tea and coffee and a refrigerator in the room. it was nice to have two bathrooms and the showers were excellent. There was no privacy, as the two rooms were not separated by a door. Lao the bed in the 2nd room was very small. This arrangement would be okay perhaps for a couple with a young child but not ideal for a couple traveling with another adult.

• Liesbeth (6/5): Mooi gelegen, vriendelijke bediening. - We werden vriendelijk en in het Engels geholpen door een jonge dame. Het hotel is rustig gelegen met een aangename tuin waar je na wat slenteren in stad je rustig kan terug trekken. De ligging ligt uitstekend in de buurt Kalsa die in de laatste is opgewaardeerd en waar je veel bars en restaurants vindt. Ook zeer dichtbij de haven. Onze badkamer vond ik niet echt uitnodigend. Wat flauw van verlichting, een WC-bril dit loszat, een plint los aan de douche en de stekker om de haardroger in te steken zat helemaal verdoken in de muur en je kon er niet bij. Ook wat schimmelplekjes aan de silicone. Een goed bed, maar wat lichte dekentjes...misschien reservekussens en dekens voorzien in de kamer. Ik had de indruk dat onze kamer "genaamd" Ely niet de beste kamer was.

• FREDERIC (9/5): Parfait pour profiter de Palerme. - L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville, une solution de parking à proximité gratuite avec un A/R gratuit proposé pour la ZTL offert. L’accueil était très bien et les chambres agréables. La salle du petit déjeuner trop petite, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Znakomita lokalizacja - Apartamenty w znakomitej lokalizacji i o ciekawym klimacie. Klmatyczne patio, zwlaszcza w nocy. Zwiedzanie starego miasta na piechotę, bo wszedzie blisko. Standard pokoi różny. My mieliśmy jeden pokój standardowy i 1 o podwyższonym standardzie. Sugeruję dopłacić do lepszego pokoju, jeśli jest taka możliwość. Na śniadania raczej słaby wybór, ale można się najeść. Miejsca parkingowe blisko.

• Lidiia Kaiser (10/5): Artsy stay in Palermo - Unglaublich schöner Garten mit vielen Bildern und artistischen Objekten, das Zimmer ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht für eine kurze Aufenthalt.
• Arthur (10/5): - Das Frühstück war super. Es liess kaum Wünsche offen (pain auc chocolat, Cornetti, mehrere Kuchen, Joghurt, Aufschnitt, salziges Gebäck, etc. etc.). Die Anfahrt bedarf einiger Konzentration ist aber gut machbar. Die Lage ist super. Parkplätze etweder gleich in der Nähe oder dann innert 5 Mintuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir mussten zuerst am Meer parkieren. Am Abend wurden dann Plätze gleich bei der Unterkunft frei. Alles im alten Zentrum von Palermo ist zu Fuss machbar. Der bauliche Kontrast ist besonders interessant. Man wohnt irgendwie ziwschen Ruinen. In den Zimmern hat es Sichtrmauern aus den alten Bauteilen. Gleichzeitig sind die Zimmer sehr modern. Einzigartig.
• Mariusz (8/5): Największym atutem jest lokalizacja i część wspólna wypoczynkowa. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko na piechotę. Fajny wewnętrzny ogród (przestrzeń wspólna). Śniadania wystarczające na początek dnia. Pokój na parterze graniczący bezpośrednio z ulicą. Cały czas trzeba mieś zamknięte okno bo jest ono rozmiarów wejścia balkonowego i z ulicy można swobodnie wejść do pokoju. A pomyłki niestety się zdarzają czego mogliśmy doświadczyć na własnej skórze o 3 w nocy. Dobrze że było zamknięte. W naszym pokoju nie działała klima więc z zamkniętym oknem panował lekki zaduch i wilgoć. Ręczniki wymieniane co 3 dni to już trochę nie trzyma poziomu. W kabinie prysznicowej tylko deszczownica i brak jakichkolwiek półek na mydło czy szampon. Myślę że mieliśmy pecha co do przydzielonego pokoju.

Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Um jeden Kaffee muss man einzeln bitten. Die Möglichkeit der Selbstbedienung wäre besser.

• Orellana (9/5): - Struttura molto bella, in zona centrale. Si raggiunge facilmente a piedi la zona di via Maqueda e via Vittorio Emanuele. Stanza molto pulita e accogliente. Personale disponibile. Il parcheggio non è proprio della struttura, ma è in una piazza adiacente all’hotel. Devo dire, però, che nel momento in cui non riuscivamo a trovare posto, il personale della struttura ci ha aiutato spostando veicoli loro.

Pored toga se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji blizu svega što treba da se poseti kada se putuje tamo.

• Annarita (6/5): Posizione pessima! - La camera, abbastanza funzionale, ma sprovvista di tende. Staff disponibile Posizione pessima! Ancorché vicino centro storico, circondata da piccoli cantieri, abitazioni fatiscenti , sporche, occupate da persone discutibili, rumorose.. . Stendini x i vicoli adiacenti, necessariamente da percorrere x arrivare al b&b, oltre a frigoriferi, tavoli, barbecue ...e non voglio aggiungere altro....Totale degrado!! Lenzuolo letto macchiato, asciugamano strappato, scale molto ripide ed anguste. Colazione in locale adibito anche ad hall, largo circa un paio di metri... Piccolo e Completamente inadeguato allo scopo. Ogni mattina ci siamo ritrovati a fare colazione con persone che passavano a 5cm dal nostro tavolo, con botte varie che seppur involontarie infastidivano non poco! Latte macchinetta imbevile. Tende in camera inesistenti, vetri nemmeno opacizzati nella finestra del bagno! Rubinetto bagno traballante e prossimo alla rottura. Tutto non adeguato ad una struttura 3 stelle. Non tornerò sicuramente né potrei mai consigliare questa struttura!

La struttura, diffusa tra i vicoli della Kalsa, ha un fascino unico, fatto di contrasti tra antico e contemporaneo, muri vissuti e dettagli di design curati con grande sensibilità. L’atmosfera è davvero speciale: cortili silenziosi, terrazze piene di luce e spazi comuni che sembrano piccole gallerie d’arte, tutto rispettando l'anima autentica del quartiere La kalsa. Il vero punto di forza è lo staff: accogliente, appassionato e sempre disponibile a raccontare la storia del luogo o a consigliare cosa vedere in città. Si respira un’ospitalità genuina, quasi familiare. Siamo stati benissimo. nulla

• Sylwia (10/5): - Everything was ok. We were big group of 16 people and check-in and check-out were smooth. The personnel is very helpful and kind. The localizations just perfect to see everything that is interesting in Palermo. The hotel was in the heart of the old town with nice atmosphere. Some rooms were too hot, no possibility to open the window in the night because of the noise. One of 8 rooms was old and had a broken toilet.But otherwise everything was perfect

• Sebastian (9/5): Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in guter Lage, traditionelles Ambiente trifft moderne Kunst. - Im Vorfeld wurden wir vom Hotel kontaktiert, alles sehr freundlich, das Hotel selbst war erst ein wenig schwer zu finden, weil die verwinkelten Gassen anfangs etwas verwirrend waren. Das gab sich aber sehr schnell. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nur 200m zu Restaurants und etwa 500m zum nächsten Supermarkt. Das Zimmer war sehr gut, traditioneller Charme trifft auf moderne Kunst, die Betten bequem, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Die Kommunikation war auf Englisch problemlos. Auch Dinge wie die Organisation eines Taxis klappten problemlos. Es sieht wirklich so aus wie auf den Fotos. In den Stoßzeiten war es beim Frühstück recht voll, sodaß man manchmal auf einen Tisch warten mußte, aber das war auch nur wichtig, wenn man irgendetwas terminlich gebucht hat. Aber auch das ist kein echter Kritikpunkt, wenn man es wußte, ging man einfach etwas eher hin und dann war auch das problemlos.

• Elisabeth (10/5): - Ein gemütliches kleines B&B, sehr kreativ gestaltet mit schönem Innenhof. Es liegt ideal zwischen Bahnhof und Zentrum in einer ruhigen Gasse. Schönes, großes Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Kleinigkeit: Betten auf Rollen waren etwas unbequem.
• Tancredi (10/5): Kind and friendly staff and great location - This was our second stay at Khalisah on our holiday and we were welcomed back and given an upgraded room which was very generous of the staff. The location is fantastic, easy walking distance to a lot of the sites while the hotel itself is in a very quiet area near the marina. The owner showed us around the new works they are doing to restore the old buildings and it was good to see the love and attention in trying to recover and restore what they can. All round a very positive experience, highly recommend staying here.
• Marion (9/5): Meine Empfehlung, Wohlfühlen im Khalisah - Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, die im Vorfeld sehr hilfreiche Infos schickten. Auch vor Ort waren sie sehr hilfsbereit. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich ein Zimmer im 1. Stock angeboten bekam. Die Treppe ist sehr steil, war für mich gesundheitlich geradeso machbar. Bett mit Topper (Zimmer Viola) war sehr weich und für mich ganz wunderbar. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage insgesamt ist eher in einem ruhigeren Bereich Palermos und dennoch recht zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück ist sehr "süß-lastig", inkl. gezuckertem Naturjoghurt. Ich wurde dennoch jeden Morgen satt. Anwohner gegenüber, die kurz nach 5 Uhr morgens Lärm verursachen.

• Filip (10/5): Alles top! - Mooi verblijf met uitstekend ontbijt op prima locatie. Wij waren onderweg met de fiets en konden deze veilig stallen in de accommodatie.

• Jonathan (9/5): Highly recommend - Antonella was a fabulous host, full of helpful information. The location, whilst it seemed at first remote in fact was an excellent base that was nice and quiet. We stayed here for two nights then returned after visiting elsewhere, both rooms were fabulous and the breakfast set you up for the day. We stayed in March so it was a little chilly in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning, the heating was good but seemed to turn itself off. Additional bedding would have helped. Curtains on the front bedroom of our second stay would have helped cut the morning light out.

• Jules (9/5): - Khalisha is a wonderful building complex in one of the best and historian areas of palermo, perfect for exploring the culture, culinary and barlife of palermo. we were warmly greeted by antonella who provided is with valuable tipps and insights where to go and what to eat. furthermore we were kindly allowed to check in early as we were already on sightseeing in palermo. many thanks for this!! parking is (when space is available) nearby possible in the resident zone in a little parking lot. we followed the video instructions given via whatsapp and found it easily. hint: the road and some corners are quiet narrow ;) our room came with a wonderful pool on the terrace and was well equipped and had free view to palazzo chiaramonte (old prison). overall the whole complex has a clear signature of someone who wanted to build a marvel and not another "luxury apartment". for the price asked we got a wonderful deal! the bathroom (only the desk/washbasin) had some severe signs of usage and should be renewed. it worked but its easy to restore. otherwise it would be perfect.
