- Penny (10/5): It feels very safe place I like it - It’s very quiet
- Mariana (9/5): -
- Trinidad Alonso (10/5): -
- Megan (5/5): - Nice staff. Close to freeways Dirty, broken utilities, stinks.
- Anna (4/5): Needs physical improvements. You pay for what you get! - Cameras around. Good price nightly. Needs improvement on condition inaide and out. I saw a door panel put together with acrews on the front patchy repairs. They reallybtry to save money on those. Also the breakfast was terrible. Not even butter doe the waffles or boiled eggs. Not realy orange juice.
- Hilda (10/5): -
- Helvick (9/5): - I liked the staff and their willingness to see to the rooms and patrons.
- Bennett (10/5): - Everything
- Stewart (1/5): -
- Jesus (7/5): -
- Tresa (1/5): - Extremely noisy from the highway noise. The shower handles pulled out of the wall and there appeared to be mold at the base of the shower
- Maria (8/5): - Front desk was helpful and friendly.
- Alejandro (7/5): -
- Guest (1/5): -
- Dana (1/5): - They said I was on a dnr list even though I had NEVER once before stayed there...... Even after explaining that it was my first time ever being in button willow let alone at a vagabond they still would not let me get my room and neither you guys or them have refunded my money for the stay
- Herce (7/5): - Good value
- Stella (10/5): -
- Codie (8/5): -
- Mariana (10/5): -
- Joseph (10/5): Perfect overnight location with breakfast n great staff to assist you. - Clean, location. Great staff. Breakfast 2am-9am. Nothing I didn’t like. Coffee machine out of order today.
- Sagredo (6/5): You get what you pay for. I knew that going in. I expected it to be old and dirty. What I didn’t expect was the strong c - It was easy access to freeway and at the same exit as a Tesla charging station Very dirty. Was given a non-smoking room that smelled like some one just finished smoking in there. The smell was really strong
- Lori (6/5): You get what you pay for. $50 for the night gets you the basics . - Price and location Microwave had no glass plate, office chair in the room was broken and the tub had rust spots.
- Ruben (6/5): -
- Francisco (2/5): -
- Alejandro (10/5): Confortable - Precio y calidad de la mano Un poco retirado del pueblo pero está bien
- Jeanette (7/5): -
- Renay (5/5): For a quick overnight stay is was okay. - Staff very friendly and accommodating. Coffee available and hot water for tea after breakfast hours. The cord to the microwave does not reach the electrical outlet. I had to move the fridge and even moving it as close to the dresser it barely reached. The outlets on the wall above the bedside dresser did not work. The outlet beneath (almost under the bed) did work. The outdoor facilities person was running an extremely loud generator to wash the walkway in front of the guest rooms doors as early as 9 AM. Very, very, very disruptive. I was already awake but the noise like having a semi running it's motor right outside your door. Maybe even louder.
- Jose (9/5): -
- Mohan Babu (8/5): -
- Mohan Babu (8/5): I am satisfied, but it would have been better, if non smoking rooms are allocated to families. - You get what you pay for, the room was good and breakfast was simple but good for the price. I requested for non smoking room, but got smoking room
- Luis (7/5): - Easy access Old structures! With leaking shower valves, rusted tubs, hole behind toilet on unit 115
- Rosemary HernandezEnnis (8/5): - A great place to stay at a reasonable price and pet friendly
- Javier (3/5): No hi tornaria. No apte per famílies. - Una habitació brutíssima.
- Vanessa L (8/5): - Fresh breakfast
- Jorge (10/5): -
- Virginia (9/5): Can’t beat the price for this place for what you get. - Nice room and friendly staff. Excellent location and nice room, great price. Room had a bad smell but got air freshener and opened window which solved the problem.
- Holliday (8/5): -
- Helen (1/5): Never again - The staff were really nice and helpful. The location was perfect for our long drive. I knew it was a cheap hotel, but I did not expect a broken curtain (it was literally off the curtain rod) and two dirty towels in the bathroom. This was simply unacceptable.
- Alfonso (10/5): -
- Leon (1/5): No sirve para familias - Nada Esta súper sucio huele mal
- Ruiz (1/5): They didn’t get me the room in the hotel I asked and just kept the money - They gave me a room in a city 2 hours away from the one I tried to get Never seen it before
- Foxfire26vb (5/5): Clean and 24-hr checkin watch out for mold! - The price was very low, 24-hour check-in was essential, the staff were all very nice and helpful. Beds were clean The rooms had obvious water damage, some of the damaged or moldy spots had been painted over, but this would be a health concern. The pipes in the shower spray water in many directions include at the walls and ceiling
- Lisa (3/5): -
- DONALD (1/5): Bed bugs and no electricity except the bathroom light, won't do it again - The price and the location There were bed bugs and none of the electricity in the room worked except the bathroom light. No interior lights no television no light over the sink to brush your teeth Etc
- Aneysi (10/5): Excelente muy contenta principalmente con el trato de Stefani gracias por todo - Si todo fue excelente Stefani muy buena persona un trato maravilloso nos gustó mucho Bueno nos gustó todo
- Charles (7/5): -
- Ryan (5/5): -
- Steven (10/5): - The staff who helped me out was very friendly and fast. Even late at night! Good Lord you guys have issues with your plumbing. The pipes are insanely loud. I was woken up every time someone either flushed the toilet or turned on the shower. Realistically I don't know how you could fix that without replumbing the entire building which is a crazy thing to ask, but since you asked what I didn't like. That's what I didn't like.
- Ryan (6/5): -
- Timothy and Cheryl (5/5): Adequate for an overnight stay - Breakfast Vanity light and AC/Heat did not work in room 159.
- RENE (9/5): - Que tenia personal muy amable y que tenían personal que era bilingue
- Izumi (8/5): - Location Not very clean
- mel (2/5): - Checked in. Stayed fo 15 mins. Check out. Very bad Smell. How come expedia even offer this room. I just check the reviews after we check out. Lots of people have complained about the smell. I ask for refund but was denied. Lesson learned.
Expedia saying they can not refund because hotel doesnt want to. I told them i didnt book with them. I booked with you. They just passing the buck.
I will take more action and will make complaint to authorities.
- Benjamin (10/5): Basic essentials met and clean - Met all my needs.
- Roberto (5/5): We have a decent stay for 4nights. Thank you specially for the front desk staff - For a standard choice of accommodation, this is good considering the rate per night Kinda dirty. It seems they’re lacking of QA. Could’ve been better, If they see to it before assigning a room, Its clean and ready. The room, Its not smell fresh.
- Tony (5/5): Cheap. better that sleeping in the car, I think. - Price and freeway access. Second time here, needed to sleep on my way passing through. Again gave me a two bed handicapped room when l reserved one bed. Dirty room, dirt and stuff on floor, would not dare walk on it barefoot. Pool closed, dated and needs a deep cleaning. Not quiet at all, if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Wifi and tv ok. Bed alright. Something did not feel right to me, there was a smell and in the morning l figured out what it was. Mice!!! I saw a mouse and when it saw me it ran into the back of the minifridge so l immediately unplugged the fridge and put it outside. Let management know. Sad thing is that if l had to stay there again l would only based on price.
- Tony (5/5): It's old and not in good shape but cheap if you need a bed and has room to park a rig with a trailer - Price.....that is it. They put me in a damned handicapped room with 2 beds when l reserved a room with one bed. Believe me, if anyone stayed in the room with a wheelchair there would be no room for them to maneuver around. Pool is closed, bed is ok, needs a deep cleaning.
- Esquibel (8/5): -
- Janiece (10/5): - Ok this place is so worth the buck- 2am breakfast (it really does start at that time). I got up at 6am made waffles with syrup, cappuccino vanilla flavored, and orange juice. The room has good size space -2 beds. I COULDN'T HEAR THE FREEWAY TRAFFIC AT ALL!!! If you normally travel this way please listen to me it's worth what you pay and more! It's so affordable I can't stress this and yeah it's not some fancy place, but you stay here at the best rate just to lay your head for a couple nights your good!- This review is for the seasoned travelers on a budget.
- raymond (1/5): - It was way cheap It has bed bugs and now I may end up with bed bugs. Do not recommend staying here.
- Preston (7/5): -
- Ariel (10/5): - Good
- Denis (8/5): A great stopover on California route 5 - The breakfast was dimple but with good options. Excellent and helpful staff. Room was immaculate.
- Sherrie L (4/5): - The first room was moldy and smelled of urine. We asked for it to be cleaned and the front desk gave us a different room. This one was clean but bedspreads had tears and holes in them. The beds were moderately comfortable and the air conditioner was operational and quiet.
- Luis (8/5): - Almost everything Shower valve is not temperature valanced! I burn 🔥 some
Tub drain is clogged! You ended up showering with couple inches of water on your feet and stay the same when I left room 146
- Max (10/5): - Good breakfast
- Angelo (2/5): Super dirty and ran down - Super dirty and ran down
- Kevin (10/5): -
- Ronald And Judi (4/5): Not for the faint of heart! - Room was basically clean but the condition of the interior were terrible. Dirty walls, repairs were not done correctly. Door doesn’t shut completely, Had to go back to office bcuz the door wouldn’t open with the key card and the second key card was not working correctly but no one came to help but a fellow resident said the same thing but we finally got in. Services I would say”what services “!
- Kelly (8/5): - The staff was friendly. Check in quick
- Liliana (10/5): - For the money that I paid for the room I got way more than expected. I just needed to sleep 2-3 hours to take a break while driving long distance and didn’t want to spend to much for unnecessary conditions, however I was pleased to be welcomed by a friendly staff, easy check in, clean place, fridge in the room, Wi-Fi, AC, and bed was pretty comfortable.
- Tiana (3/5): Cost effective, but not up to par with property and room cleanliness standards - Low price, convenient location right off i5 Multiple door keys didn’t work upon checking in, had to go back to the office over 3 times, and moved three rooms until getting one working key card just to get into a room. Cigarette butts littered all over entire grounds of property. Front desk staff was fine, just not overtly welcoming or friendly. Rooms could use some updating, but to be expected for the price range. Main issue with the room was cleanliness, the floor was dirty, underneath the beds were extremely dusty. The toilet seat had some kind of black smudges on it.
- Miriam (8/5): -
- Suzanne (3/5): When we arrived, there were a pair of false eye lashes someone had taken off and left on the counter by the sink.there w - Convenient. I’m sure the hotel was very nice in it’s hey day, but definitely needs some TLC Road noise. People tailgating on property.
- Job (8/5): - None
- Godinez (10/5): -
- syed (2/5): - Very dirty bad smell inside room no good breakfast
- Marc (9/5): -
- Carolyn (8/5): -
- anderson (5/5): - Good location and value No power to room, vague description on how to find GFI button in the dark, some cosmetic and functional issues need addressing in room
- CHIN (6/5): -
- Robert (8/5): - Room was clean and functional. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast options are pretty limited. Overall fair price for what you get
- Daniel (6/5): - This is a real basic hotel for the traveler. It's cheap and No frills. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. I've stayed here many times, probably four or five times a year. I haven't had any major issues.
- anderson (7/5): -
- Jeaquelin (3/5): Ehhh - Cheap The smell the outdated wall colors and bedsheet
- Ryan (8/5): - Perfect spot for traveling down California. Pretty much what you expect room wise. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was fine. Great Value and convenient being next to the highway for travelers.
- Jeri (8/5): - Always stay here on buisness love the accommodation and services great stay great prices been coming here for 6 years now
- Kevin (8/5): - My go to place and only a couple hours from LAX.
A pretty quiet location. Rooms are cool and clean. Furniture and furnishings seem a bit dates but the stay is an excellent value.
- Patricia (10/5): - We stay often at this inn. Great prices and near by food and mini marts. Make reservations as soon as you know you will be needing a place to stay, it fills up quickly.
- Partima (8/5): - just by the freeway, clean. Breakfast was very limited- waffle maker, coffee machine, cereal. no egg, no bread. Ate at the Indian Restaurant nearby, great food.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Totally fine to break up the drive - There is something picturesque about a run-down motel right off of hwy 5.
- Bob (5/5): Passable -
- Takahisa (10/5): - Bed and sheets were not cleaned
- Amit (4/5): Do not recommend - Room looked clean, but had bad smell as not opened since many days , one spot also had a spider web.
One of the bed in room 207 was out of shape ( was bent in from center)
- Gianluca (1/5): Trash - Only plus was the location I did not go there having high expectations but it was the worst place ive ever stayed in my whole life.
Dusty, Dirty. Moldy, stains & hair on sheets.. i slept dressed used my bag as a pillow so i wouldn't catch a disease
- Torres (8/5): Good value, location was right - It was ok No comment at this time
- Brandon (1/5): Bad -
- Brittany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bernie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gretchen (7/5): Good value for the price. - I didn’t need anything fancy. I just needed clean and functional. It was cheap and had everything I needed. I couldn’t believe that it even included breakfast in that low price. It was fine
