- Shaylene (1/5): Worst hotel experience - I did not like our stay at all. This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had! After my stay, I contacted corporate to kindly let them know that if they do not do something about this hotel, their reputation will go down.
When I got to my room, my husband was in the shower and said there wasn’t hot water and there were holes in the bathroom wall. I told him the place smells like marijuana. We told Ali who goes by the name, John, what was going on and said we can have a refund and go somewhere else. He said he could not do that, but can give us another room. It was around 11pm, and we were too tired, so we said okay. Ali agreed the place smells like marijuana and apologized.
The next morning, I took a cold shower because the hot water was not working in the new room either. I kindly told the girl and the front desk and asked for a refund. She started getting defensive with me and said I kept changing my story and no one by the name of Ali works there (I later found out from my husband that Ali goes by John). She said she has proof on video that I changed my story and she will show corporate. She immediately left the room. I called corporate myself when I got in my car. They gave me a care number and said they will get back to me within a week. Even if I don’t get a refund, at least I’m standing up for future guests. I believe the staff does not care because they get a lot of unfortunate people who are desperate for a place to stay. Everyone deserves hot water, a room that doesn’t smell like drugs, and walls that do not have holes. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking. I’m calling this event a learning experience. I was in a hurry to get a place last minute, and I didn’t know what I was getting in to.

- Scott (10/5): - The staff was great
- Jesse (10/5): -
- Garcia (5/5): - The staff was really pleasant and very understanding and very nice The fact that I had to change two rooms to get a third bedroom and not have any refrigerator or microwave in a room
- Michele (10/5): - It's just a comfortable place to stay
- Scott (10/5): -
- Drake (4/5): -
- Avila (2/5): Shockingly Under-Equipped for a Group Stay - The room did offer some functional elements that prevented a lower score:
The water pressure and hot water were excellent.
The beds themselves were surprisingly decent in terms of comfort, despite the questionable size.
The inclusion of a mini fridge, microwave, and desk was helpful.
The location is convenient, with diners located right next door. Overall Rating: 2/5 (Only saved by the hot water and appliances)
We booked this room for four people, and while we only intended to stay one night, even that was more than enough.
The fundamental issue here is the complete and unacceptable lack of basic amenities for a four-person reservation. Upon entering, we were provided with:
Only one bath towel (for four guests).
Only two pillows (one per bed).
Zero hand soap, shampoo, or conditioner.
When we asked for extra towels, we were told they were "low on towels." It was so poorly stocked that we had to place a Target order just for basic necessities like hand soap and extra towels to get through the night. This is not how a hotel stay should begin.
The bed described as a queen felt much closer to a full size, and the room had a very distinct, weird smell that made settling in difficult.
The "breakfast" consisted of only coffee.
A final strange note: the TV remote was physically handed to us at check-in.
While the room provided a place to sleep and a hot shower, the severe lack of essential items and the resulting need to supply our own amenities made this an extremely disappointing stay. I would not recommend this accommodation for more than two people, and I highly advise bringing your own full set of toiletries and linens.

- Guest (3/5): It was a necessity - The GM was friendly The bathroom had no light, the towels and shower were dirty. They had to hand me my TV remote when I checked in.
- Dennison (1/5): - Nothing Condition of the room: door was broken, TV was broken and they had the nerve to give me a remote I stayed in room at 124 that room should be discounted or not even up for rent until it is fixed
- Natalie (6/5): -
- Richard (1/5): It sucked! I will not be back. - Tried to charge me with undeserving additions, the place was a dump I asked for a refrigerator in the room, they did not accommodate.
- Robledo (1/5): Wors experience we've had in a long time at hotel went for a good night sleep got 2hrs, never again. - No breakfast at this location, no working lights in the multiple rooms they places us in after being woken up in middle of night by fire alarm set off by power outage in our room. Shouldn't have placed us in a room that the attendant said they'd had previously experienced electrical issues with.

- Richard (1/5): The place is a dump. That is why the price is only $70.00. - Nothing The first two rooms the clerk sent me to were unmade. The 3rd had only one pillow, no T.V. remote, No hand towels.
- Edward (2/5): - Horrible service when we arrived. Person at the desk looked so annoyed. We did get in at 9pm and were tired. The room smelled so bad. Went to wash our hands and the sink had no faucet handle, had to wash our hands in the shower. Constant noise all night long. The room walls are so thin you can hear everything. Checked out a day early because it was so bad. Asked to cancel the night, but the person receptionist said she was going to charge us for the night anyways. I told her about the faucet missing a handle and then she blamed me for not telling them the previous day, when we got in late and was gone all day. Completely rude. Stay away from this place!
- Atalagi (1/5): -
- Gina (2/5): Do not stay here!!!!! - Horrible experience! Dirty and unsafe! Roaches and bedbugs!!!
- Charles (8/5): -
- Anthony (10/5): -
- Haylee (2/5): Yuck! - I arrived at 11:30pm after driving 6 hours with 2 small children. I had reserved a room 9 hour prior to my arrival.
The front desk lady was super nice and pleasant.
She put us in a double room. It was NOT cleaned. Hair in the sink, used bars of soap, dirty towels everywhere. I went to the front desk and the lady spent the next 10 minutes trying to find us a clean room. Every single room was marked “dirty” We ended up walking door to door and looking in rooms to find one that was actually cleaned.
After we found a clean room, we spent the next 15 minutes going back and forth to the office hoping our key would work because it definitely did not. The front desk lady finally had to let us in with a master key and said if we needed back in for any reason that we would need to be let it.
Our room was “clean”, bare and very lack luster. The beds were very uncomfortable. No fridge, we had 2 towels for 4 people. We also only had 2 pillows for 4 people. We were told that the motel was out of pillows. Front office lady told us that the hotel was out of pretty much anything because people steal their stuff.
I found a bag of drugs outside next to my car the next morning.
The breakfast was prepackaged mini blueberry muffins. 1 per person.
Not healthy, clean or safe.
Don’t think about using the pool, looks like a pond.

- Yehuda (1/5): Bad place, diseases, don't go near, really bad attitude, very dirty place - Bad place, diseases, don't go near, really bad attitude, very dirty place Bad place, diseases, don't go near, really bad attitude, very dirty place
- FNU (2/5): - Manager was so rude towards my husband.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The first room had no drain cover on the shower drain, no smoke detector and the door was hard to close and lock. The second room was a half a step up.
- Jesse (2/5): - The property was busted down. It smelled like crap, . The room was dirty bugs and roaches in the shower staff was so unprofessional. Blankets had cigarette Burns. Very, very unprofessional, I would not recommend this location at all.
- Andrii (4/5): - There was hair everywhere on the floor, seems like from wig or something like that. Starting from the entrance door to the bathroom in every corner and in the main walking area. I had to use a towel to wash the floor myself.
- Dorothy michelle (4/5): - Room is stinky and smelly . Bed is very uncomfortable. I would not come back here again
- Jennifer (2/5): - The reservation I did. They didn't have my bed and they gave us 2 twin beds instead of one king bed and no refrigerator no microwave. I kept calling down to the office, asking them every 30 minutes for a refrigerator. And a microwave. And it took them almost all day to bring me a microwave and a refrigerator to our room
- Vanessa (2/5): gross stay - we checked in we asked the lady if we can have a view and a certain direction. She says there’s no rooms available. We get to our room and it’s literally the door hinge is completely broke off. It looks like someone kicked it in. It smelled really bad it was next to loud inconsiderate tenants and we were terrified. Finally, we asked to be switched because we felt unsafe with men just doing drugs and walking back-and-forth to our room, they finally switched our rooms to a view we wanted, which they should’ve done in the beginning. This room was a whole lot nicer, and it came with the fridge. Unlike the other room the only problem with this room the towels are completely gross. You can see all the stains and the little people is being covered by a paper towel.
- Anthony (10/5): I will be back ! Thank you Super 8!!!! - I loooooved how the front desk clerk Keyon’Drai, greeted me for what would be my very first time here as Super 8 took up this location. She made me feel safer, understood & like I was being accommodated with the utmost consideration. She put her heart in her greeting and showed familiarity with this location.
When I came down to extend my stay, I was hesitant - due to my 3rd party booking platform, not making it seem as though it would be possible- but once I made it down to the front desk, I was greeted WARMLY by whom I believe was the GM of the property - Myra ! & if she isn’t the GM or someone whom even has a title over that one, SHE SHOULD BE ! I didn’t ask, but she had that air about her & def gave leadership energy ! & rightfully so. She had it all under control! Not only did she make sure I was good on my extension with a smooth transaction, but she also made me feel comfortable and interested in coming back to this location again and again ! I will for surely be back ! I even got a tasty danish & mixed blend orange juice for breakfast ! That was the cherry on top !
Oh and my dears Alejandra & Jamie- the housekeepers! These ladies were on It ! Anything I asked for - which I made sure wasn’t nothing too crazy lol- they over exceeded in either pointing me in the right direction or handing me replenishing stay items ! They were both very friendly, sweet, helpful, about their business & again, EFFICIENT!
Oh and shout out to the security in the daytime and night time - that accompany and patrol the parking lots/surrounding premises of the hotel complex, definitely had a chunky portion of ensuring my comfortability and feeling safe.
Thank you Super 8 - Tracy ! I enjoyed my stay honestly & I will for sure be back again soon ! 🙏🏽🥰 Nothing I didn’t like & if ever I did initially, I forgot - do it must’ve not been anything worth disliking to begin with.
