• Tetyana (9/5): Ідеальне житло біля посольства США - Чудове розташування. Нам потрібно було житло біля посольства США і це житло ідеально підійшло, 3 хв. пішки. В номері чисто. Не вистачало праски. Ліжко зручне, велике. Поряд багато ресторанчиків, а також є магазин Жабка напроти, але в ньому нічого крім води, не купиш.

Como estavamos com uma criança, colocaram a gente no quarto com vista para o jardim, que a vista para a rua tem muito barulho durante a noite. A cortina era clara, então acordamos assim que amanheceu. O boiler de esquentar a agua do banheiro fazia muito barulho durante a noite, entao quem tem o sono sensivel com o barulho, pode ter problemas para dormir aquil.

• Christos (8/5): Nice, comfortable and well located property - Very comfortable beds, clean and located in the Old Town so very convenient for everything. Hosts were at hand for a late check in. Facilities were good with kettle and fridge and plenty of plugs to charge a phone. Only downside the blinds were not blackout ones so the first day we woke up early but you get used to it.

Il bovindo era bellissimo per guardare i passanti dalla finestra e fare delle bellissime foto. veramente nulla, è stato tutto bellissimo. Cracovia una città stupenda da visitare in 3 giorni, con musica, pulizia e buon cibo... attenti ai posti per turisti che potrebbero risultare un po Carucci.

• Michelle (10/5): Absolutely fantastic location, and lovely hosts - Great location, we arrived just before midnight, so rang the number on the door and the owner met us within a couple of minutes. The room was lovely, very clean and perfect for our stay. I would definitely stay here again and have recommend the property to family members who are traveling to Krakow shortly The only negative is the towels were very rough and in need of a little fabric softener. Other than that very small thing, the place was perfect

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The towels were old, hard and not very clean looking and the size of them were very small. We had to ask for them to be replaced. The tea and coffee didn’t get replenished during our stay either.

• Michaela (7/5): Top locatie, midden in het centrum, alles dichtbij - De locatie was perfect, midden in het oude stad. Alles dichtbij, heel veel winkels, restaurants en cafés. Openbaar vervoer heb je op paar stappen afstand en is heel goedkoop. Overigens is transport in Krakow goedkoop ook Bolt en Uber. Onze kamer was heel goed, ruim genoeg. je heb ook waterkoker in de kamer wat heel handig is als je in het ochtend een koffie of thee wil drinken. De enige wat ik wel een beetje heb gemist is een kleine lobby of zo iets waar je even kan relaxen als je niet op je kamer wil blijven en shampoo in de badkamer. Voor de rest was alles ok. De gastheer was heel vriendelijk. We hadden een fijne verblijf. Geen shampoo in de badkamer.

The location couldn’t be better..right in the heart of Krakow, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and major attractions just a short walk away. Public transportation was also super easy to access, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a solo stay. Overall, a great experience!

• Iryna (1/5): Жахливо! Не рекомендую - Єдиний плюс це розташування Жахливо. Фото не відповідають дійсності!!!. В помешканні брудно. Постіль стара, неприємно пахла. Торшер над ліжком дитини був зламаний, хилився до підлоги. Торшери біля нашого ліжка взагалі не працювали. В кімнаті на стелі з 6 лампочок на люстрі працювала тільки одна! Ввечері в кімнаті темно. Розеток біля ліжок не було! Дуже шумно з вулиці, спати неможливо. В описі на букінгу було написано що вікна виходять на внутрішній двір і є звукоізоляція, насправді це не так. Підтвердження про оплату або чек нам не видали. Думали дадуть при виїзді, але не сталося як гадалося, бо в неділю із обслуговуючого персоналу нікого не було. А коли ми задзвонили то там відповіли що вони всі дома в неділю і чек нам надішлють поштою. Ніхто нам того чека так і не надіслав. Цей номер взагалі не коштує своїх грошей! Дуже дуже не рекомендую!!!

• Anne (8/5): Bästa läget men med undermålig städning - På en gågata så konstant ljud utanför då det även fanns 24/7 affär utanför. Perfekt läge, nära spårvagn, gångavstånd till allt. Frukost för ca 250kr på närliggande hotell kunde köpas till. Rummet var rymligt. Städat när vi kom. Bodde i 4 nätter men ingen städade toaletten på dessa dagar. Näst sista dagen blev det inte bäddat eller tömda sopor. Personal fanns sporadiskt på plats.

• Lola_ug_triv (9/5): Apartamento perfecto en el centro de Cracovia - El alojamiento se encuentra en pleno centro de Cracovia, un sitio ideal si quieres visitar la ciudad. La habitación era amplia, con mucha luz, limpia y con todo lo necesario. Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, aunque la habitación da a una calle principal que es ruidosa las ventanas aislan muy bien y no tuvimos problema. El acceso al edificio es llamando a un telefonillo, que aunque está indicado no es muy intuitivo, estaría bien que lo indicaran en las instrucciones de llegada.

• Sandra (4/5): - We arrived at the property at 8:32 PM, and there was *no*response when we buzzed at at the outside door for reception. There was a number listed on the door, but I had no Polish SIM card, so I couldn't call. After a frantic wait, we talked to two women leaving the hotel, who gave us the mobile number of the proprietor and we were able to make a WhatsApp call to her and get our key out of the lockbox at the entrance. The room was supposed to have a double and a twin bed, the twin bed had no sheets. We never saw any staff on site, so there was no one to ask to get that made up. Further, there was mildew in the shower and the area was really noisy. I can't stress enough what a nightmare the check in experience was after a long day of traveling on the train. Avoid this place.
• Alba (5/5): Nada positivo, excepto la ubicación - Lo único bueno es la ubicación, están en pleno centro de la ciudad y todo queda a pocos minutos andando. La habitación que nos dieron era bastante amplia ¿Por dónde empezar? Hay que aclarar que las habitaciones están en la primera planta de un edificio. A la hora de llegar nadie nos abre para acceder al edificio. Tras un buen rato llamando al telefonillo, por booking e incluso por teléfono, desesperados preguntamos a un trabajador de una licorería que hay justo al lado. Este señor de muy malas formas nos habla y nos hace varias preguntas. Finalmente abre una caja enganchada al portal, saca una llave y nos sube a la primera planta. Una vez dentro del alojamiento nos dice que nuestra habitación es la que tiene la puerta abierta. Nuestra desconfianza es máxima ya que no hay nadie en la recepción, entrando con un señor que nos ha hablado mal y nos dice que nuestra habitación es la única con la puerta abierta. Durante los 4 días que hemos estado alojados EN NINGÚN MOMENTO hemos visto a nadie en la recepción. Nadie sabía que estábamos allí. Tampoco nos han explicado cómo hacer el check out. El estado de la habitación no corresponde con la fotografía: humedad en el techo del baño, no hay gel de ducha, nos falta una toalla, la lámpara del baño solo tiene la bombilla (no tiene plafón ni nada que la cubra), la tele no tiene cable de antena por lo que no se puede usar, el enchufe del baño está suelto y cuando quieres desenchufar algo lo sacas del sitio… En fin, un desastre. Además, no nos dio sensación de limpio. Limpiaron la habitación pero ese mismo día encontramos la suciedad que se ve en la foto justo al lado de la cama. Por último, lo peor sin duda es que no puedes dormir. A parte de que la cama y la almohada son muy incómodas, las ventanas no están aisladas y se escucha ruido fuerte durante TODA LA NOCHE (al comienzo de la noche gente paseando, luego trabajadores con mercancía, basureros, camiones…). Por si esto fuera poco, las cortinas con completamentetranslucidas. Tiene un estor pero no es opaco por lo que desde que amanece (en verano antes de las 6), entra toda la luz del sol y dificulta mucho el dormir.

• Mia Maria (4/5): Bra beliggenhet - Vi valgte dette stedet pga beliggenheten, og den levde opp til forventningene!! Kjempe bra beliggenhet. Var veldig mye støy ned mot veien på kveld/natt. Det luktet også veldig rart på badet, og det var mye mugg i taket i dusjen. Håndklærne var godt brukt, og kunne nok vært byttet ut med nye. De som jobbet der var kjempe hyggelige

Was very hot so the room was equipped with an air conditioning unit which was very much needed. Bed super large, but not the comfiest, for me. Had to ring to get key code. Downside, road outside was understandably busy, fine most of the time, but even in the night, so noise at times would wake me.

• Bárbara (4/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, pero la habitación estaba muy sucia, debajo de la calma había mucho polvo y somos alérgicos, el baño estaba súper pegado del lava manos y lo peor es que el agua caliente duraba 4 minutos y después salía fría, cuando el otro quería bañarse a pesar de haberle dicho al anfitrión, mencionó que se tenía que esperar 10 minutos, se hacía y el agua seguía sin salir caliente, la tele no funcionaba bien, el cubre colchón estaba sucio y las almohadas muy incómodas. El check in y check out fue rápido, no tiene elevador! No había suficiente papel de baño y la habitación era muy pequeña.

• Monika (2/5): - This was so disappointing. We left 10 mins after checking in. Do not even believe the photos. This place was filthy. Towels were great and one little towel per person. Absolutely no amenities in the bathroom as stated The common area looked like a second hand store with empty wine bottles and garbage all around. The guy that met us was hyper and scattered. He couldn’t find the keys to the rooms and was pretty rude. There was no fan in the stinky stuffy room. Honestly I have stayed at better hostels than this dump.
