Please note that the hotel restaurant is closed on Wednesdays. If you book half board and stay on a Wednesday, dinner will be credited back to you. On Wednesdays the hotel can recommend other restaurants in Bruck and make a table reservation for you.

- Ulrike (6/5): Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut mit kleinen Einschränkungen - Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte direkt vor Ort die Skipässe kaufen. Die Zimmer waren ruhig und sauber. Von den anderen Gästen hat man nichts gehört. Wenn man nicht zwischen 7 und 7:30 gefrühstückt hat, war das Beste vom Buffet schon weg und es wurde nur zögerlich aufgefüllt. In der Dusche war der Wasserdruck zu gering.

- Šimon (10/5): Great hotel, perfect for skiing - We had an awesome stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, you can tell they really care about their guests. The location is perfect if you’re here to ski, the skibus stop is literally 50 meters away, and it takes you straight to Zell am See or Kaprun. The food was honestly the highlight. For the price, it was amazing. The sauna was basic but completely enough. Overall, great value, super convenient for skiing, and the food alone makes it worth it. Would 100% come back.

- Michaela (8/5): Nettes kleines Hotel in hübschem Ort - Sehr nettes Personal, die Chefin hat sich Zeit genommen und Wanderungen empfohlen - die Schwalbenwand wären wir sonst nie gegangen und die Aussicht war wirklich spektakulär. Sehr angenehm und ausreichend die inkludierte Sauna - man musste nur Bescheid geben, dann wurde sie eingeschaltet. Frühstück hat auch gepasst, sehr gutes Vollkornbrot und eine große Auswahl an hochwertigen Tees. Bruck finde ich besser als Zell am See oder Kaprun, ist authentisch und nicht so touristisch. Hatten eine tolle Erntedank-Veranstaltung direkt unter unserem Balkon. Zur Kitzlochklamm 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, in der Gästekarte dabei und sehr beeindruckend, andere Attraktionen der Gästekarte sind leider weiter weg... Die Betten waren etwas weich und im Bad waren die Fliesen kalt, das war etwas ungemütlich an den Füßen. Im Sommer wäre das aber kein Problem.

- Marion (9/5): - Das Sporthotel Kitz ist eine hervorragende Adresse um den Großglockner zu besuchen und Ausflüge jeglicher Art zu unternehmen. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Der Besitzer ist superfreundlich und hat immer einen guten Ausflugstipp parat. Die Zimmer sind funktionell eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

In einem gab es bei der Dusche kein Duschgel, das Behältnis wurde gut sichtbar hingestellt, dennoch nicht nachgefüllt. Die Qualität des Kaffees ist sehr mäßig. Eine Kaffeemaschine zum selbst wählen wäre super. Holz auf dem Balkon müsste geschliffen werden - Schiefergefahr!!

Die Sommercard wurde uns auch vorab ganz unkompliziert digital zugeschickt, so dass wir sie schon ab dem ersten Tag nutzen konnten. Wir waren da um zu wandern/Ausflüge zu machen und dafür war das Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Nichts zum „ganzen Tag drin aufhalten“ aber Preis-Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung

- Václava (7/5): - Hotel je umístěn ve středu dění. Za rohem restaurace, pokud zrovna ta hotelová není otevřená (pondělí). Kousek do Zell am See. Trochu zklamáním byla snídaně. Podle recenzí jsme čekali trochu něco jiného. Výborné bylo tedy pečivo, ale doplňováno bylo po 1 kousku z každého druhu, nebylo ho moc.. všechny dny byly snídaně beze změny. Za ty peníze jsme skutečně očekávali více... Matrace na postelích hodně měkké, ale vyspali jsme se.

Road payment as well as other activities is included in hotel price, by having Sommercard for guests, which is a really great bonus. We were staying at the hotel, when there was a city celebration going on and the main stage of celebration was next to hotel, therefore we couldn’t normally sleep because of very loud music, but we really needed it as we had to drive a long way next day. When we booked this hotel for 2 nights, there was nothing mentioned about celebration in city going on, moreover, that the stage will be next to hotel. We only received a message a day before our stay, that there will be a city celebration and there will be some streets closed. Also breakfast in the 2nd day (Sunday) of our stay were poor. No air conditioner in the room.

- Georgiana (10/5): Amazing stay, totally recommended - The hotel far exceeded our expectations. Both the room and the bathroom were huge, clean, and we also had access to a (common) terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. There are a few parking spots right outside the hotel, however if those are taken, there's a bigger free parking space about 100-200m away. In addition, we appreciated the SommerCard (we each received one), which helped us save quite a lot of money and was easy to use. The location is great for exploring the Hohe Tauern national park. A mini fridge would have been useful for keeping our drinks cold
