Room smelt and looked nice and clean and tidy. Warm and inviting. Access door opens inwards and caught thumb when locking from outside otherwise beautiful and would stay again.

qiushi (1/5): 强烈投诉！ - 强烈投诉这家旅馆！下面投诉内容请Booking平台相关人员核看！相关图片和视频在此无法上传，请Booking平台联系我，可提供截图、照片、视频等相关证据！强烈投诉奥克兰这家：骑士旅馆（Knights Inn) ！！！住宿地址：234 Green Lane West, Epsom, 1051 奥克兰, 新西兰 ☆在Booking上预定了18号晚入住，价格145新西兰元，当天一切正常。 ☆因为我们行李较多而且全部打开尚未整理，所以，尽管房间气味有点糟糕，我们19号早上仍然决定再续住1晚。查看当时Booking同房型，价格降到129元且尚有2间房源，接待处离房间10米，我马上过去并举着手机对接待员提出想在Booking上再续订1晚，请他口头确认可以保留我们的房间不必更换。接待员看了一下我的手机，低头在电脑上操作了几下，告诉我这个房型己经没房了，看着他狡诈的眼神，我感觉不妙，赶紧刷新了一下页面，果然Booking上的同房型房源莫名消失，我直接问接待员是不是他把房源关闭了，他眼神躲闪的否认，说是在其它渠道被订走了，我根本不相信！他又说：他可以给我按145元直接刷卡给我原房间，我指出他这种操作明显是自相矛盾，让人无法理解和接受！最后，因为我们时间紧张导致无法在10点前收拾好行李退房，无奈接受了最终以139元的价格刷卡保留了原房间… 非常非常气愤！无耻！无赖！下面是19号早上9:23分的截图：下面是10:10分的截图： ☆他竟然在我无奈刷卡后就把剩下的1间房源又明目张胆以129元的价格放在了Booking上！太搞笑了！妥妥的人品差又智商低！ ☆这不仅仅是价差问题，正常的价格波动我可以理解并接受，但我无法接受商家如此明目张胆的欺诈客户，使我无法在Booking上正常订房、遭受损失和侮辱！ ps：我并非歧视印度裔，比如，同样在奥克兰我们使用的租车行的印度裔的接待员就非常棒！ ☆下面是200元押金条和19号私下收取的139元房费凭证： ☆我在Booking上预定房间超过60晚，占所有平台预定的80%以上，第一次如此愤怒的投诉一家旅馆的行为，请Booking给予我支持并严肃处理如此恶劣的商家！！！ ☆期待答复！谢谢！ ☆另外，我新增加投诉内容： 4月20号退房时，我向当天的前台接待女士投诉了前面的情况，她当场电话给老板or经理后表示会处理，并当场随我查房后表示房间一切完好，押金他们己原路退还，但银行方退还路径需经过4-5天时间。今天4月21号，我刚联系了我的中国招商银行信用卡中心，经他们查验，旅馆方并没有退还押金，并且设置了18天的留置保留天数！再次遭遇了他们的恶意欺骗！下面是银行方面的答复截图：银行方面欢迎Booking平台随时与他们联系核实： ps：我保留了当天退房前房间的照片和视频！也保留了当天女接待员退房查验时表示一切完好的视频1！多亏我对他们己失去信任，所以进行了拍摄并保存证据！
Richard (10/5): KNIGHTS INN 🤩🤩 - Great staff with outstanding communication. I had some questions and they were answered quickly and clearly. It was a great place to stay!! Had an issue with a towel holder being broken when we got to our room and management had someone instantly come up and have a look and was repaired the next morning. Beds were very comfortable and small addition of 2 different weights of pillows was an added bonus!!! Thank you very very much Knights Inn and I will be sure to stay again and at other sites around NZ. Absolutely nothing to say in this respect. Highly recommended place to stay, simple, basic, clean , great staff.

Stephen (9/5): Comfortable and convenient for a few nights - Beds are comfortable. Parking is easy. Nearby supermarket is convenient for a coffee and a pastry in the morning. There was a crack in the window pane by the kitchenette. The position of the switches for the main lights in the room is awkward. They are on the frame of the big glass door at front of the room. This becomes awkward when the curtains are closed.
Gillian (6/5): Convenient location close to road, shops and family, not too pricy - Room facilities good - clean and good quality bedding and bathroom towels. Well equipped kitchenette with hob, microwave and fridge. Good location for me as close to supermarket and family who live fairly close by; reasonable price. Windows in bathroom and kitchen area (both at the back of the property) wouldn't close properly of lock which was a concern as there was a lot of security wire between the housing behind the room and the hotel grounds. Room booked was described as a suite but was a larger room at the far end of the hotel, accessed up a dark staircase which didn't feel very safe at night. Some of the other guests spent a lot of time sitting outside their rooms making noisy phone calls.

Aroha Taylor (10/5): Would most definitely stay here again. - The location was perfect. We went to a Warriors game at Mt Smart stadium. Although it is near a busy intersection, you do not hear any noise. The staff are absolutely amazing and communicate very well. The placement of the curtains upon entry is worrisome for accidentally ripping during 'your' stay. This is only because the top corner of the door picks it up in the same spot each time the curtains are closed.
mary (8/5): Comfortable out of town affordable accommodation - Excellent new large shower. Bed comfortable. 20 mins walk to train station in to Auckland. Good value. Slightly noisey

Casey (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay! - Stay here was really convenient for me. I liked that the room was cleaned daily and the towels were replaced daily. I loved how comfortable the bed was. And the owner or manager let me book another room at midnight due to my flights being cancelled, which I really appreciated it. The tv was big which I loved and parking was available as I drive a hilux that can not fit in most indoor carparks. Nothing, everything was the way I wanted it

Grant (7/5): - Lovely staff, good location and spotlessly clean. Our room was on the third floor and the last flight of stairs were narrow and difficult to navigate with heavy suitcases so wouldn’t suit everyone. This only affected 1-2 rooms from what we could see and it was noted on the website. Just need to take care when booking.
Monica (10/5): - Another great stay! The building and rooms have an enjoyable character and are clean, comfortable well appointed with modern bathroom, kitchenette and furnishings. Great location close to a wide variety of food takeways/restaurants. No Complaints

Kay (10/5): - Hat alles gepasst vom check in bis check out. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Es war sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Besonders gefallen hat uns die nette Betreuung. Sie waren jederzeit Verfügbar und sehr hilfsbereit.. Auch den late checkout haben sie uns gegeben. Vielen Dank!

Rita (7/5): - Good position. Paying a Bond then waiting a week for it to be cleared back into my account. I was not aware a bond was required however staff said it would have been on Booking.com site when I booked...I certainly didn't see that information and I think that's absolute rubbish. The owners can easily check the room when guests are checking out.

Charissa (7/5): - Lovely clean room, comfortable bed. Good food options close by. Outside decks were quite loud, and we were next to a group that went in and out several times through the night waking us. Shower is also quite slippery with tile floor

Tania (10/5): Will stay there again when I return to Auckland - Travelling with a 17year old, so it was good to have our space. Very spacious. Free parking on site Convenient location Friendly staff. Great communication. My son appreciated the big tv. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, the bedrooms and bathroom was upstairs. Not a problem for us, worked well. However stairs may be a problem for others.
