• Christian (2/5): Eine Zeitreise mit Gänsehauterfahrung. - Veraltet. Die öffentlichen Räume sind in den 80ern stehen geblieben und die Zimmer sind ranzig und veraltet mit dem Charme der 70er-90er Jahre. Musik in der Lobby eines Keyboard-Spielers und einer schlechten Sängerin spiegelt das Bild von fehlendem Geschmack wieder. Zu dieser gesamten grausamen Lachnummer hätten nur Modern Talking gefehlt. Diese hätten sich hier vollkommen zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist sauber aber von Ambiente ist keine Rede. So verwundert es nicht, dass man zu den Räumen an der offen stehenden Großküche des Restaurants vorbeilaufen muss, wo gerade mit einem Schlauch die Küche gesäubert wurde und der Fleischcutter den Gast anlacht.
• Marco (6/5): Nicht mehr unbedingt - Man wohnt nicht um Premotel sondern im LaStrada. Frühstück ist teuer und nicht besonders gut. Wenn man etwas später kommt ust die Auswahl sehr klein

• Wolfgang (10/5): - Das Hotel ist noch relativ neu. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Hier schläft es sich gut.

Bemühtes Personal an der Rezeption, Reinigungspersonal hingegen hielt es nicht für notwendig zu grüßen. 22 Euro für Frühstück ist ein Hammer!

• Luc (10/5): Geweldig hotel in Kassel - Een prachtig hotel van een keten van drie hotels die met elkaar verbonden zijn . Zij stralen luxe uit. Zo ook de kamer met de ensuite badamer. De baliemedewerkers waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.De prijskwaliteit vergelijking was meer dan goed.
• Andree (6/5): - Pluspunkte: großes Zimmer, Ausstattung in Ordnung Minuspunkte: Zimmer nicht gelüftet, Matratze und Kissen nur Schaum, lange Wege / Eingang vom Nebenhotel musste genutzt werden, E-Ladestation 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, Parkplatz teuer, Frühstück teuer (beides daher nicht getestet), laute Veranstaltung in der Lobby, Eingang ständig zugestellt mit vielen rauchenden Menschen (igitt)
• Martina (10/5): - Ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Das gebuchte Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, die Betten bequem, die Beleuchtung angenehm, das Badezimmer modern mit großer, ebenerdiger Dusche. Das Hotel ist gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück fanden wir zu teuer und haben es deshalb nicht gebucht.

• Ingo-Rolf (8/5): Verbesserung wäre notwendig 😉 - War im PreMotel Zimmer in der 2 ten Etage (mit Blick zum Parkplatz) Frühstück sehr gut aber 18,5 €. Leider kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Und Handtücher wurden nicht komplett nachgelegt. Klobürste zerviel nach dem Benutzen in zwei Teile. ZIMMER im Sommer zu warm. Parkplatz kostet 15 € / Tag

• Joachim (8/5): Gerne wieder! - Corona bedingt war der Service etwas eingeschränkt, das Hotel ist aber trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert!
• Wolf (8/5): Durchwachsen. - Leider waren die Glühbirnen defekt. Das Frühstück war nicht meins. Sonst okay. Aber große Räume. Fernseher gut. Dusche klasse. Genug Handtücher. Ruhig.
• Maja (4/5): Zum letzten Mal gebucht…NIE wieder!!!! - Rostige Heizung im Bad, undicht und kalt. Staub - und Spinnweben im Zimmer, einige Haare auf dem Boden im Bad….sehr unsauber!!!
• Stephan (8/5): Ordentliche, preiswerte Unterkunft - Am Wochenende im Dezember wirkte das Hotel wie ausser Betrieb. Der Eingang war dunkel, alle Shops und Gastronomiebetriebe waren zu. Ein Zettel wies uns dann auf den Eingang des baulich verbundenen Nachbarhotels hin. Dort konnten wir dann problemlos einchecken. Das Zimmer ist wirklich schön geräumig mit großen Fenstern. Alles wirkte sehr neu und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung wirkte etwas spartanisch, z.B. gibt es Nachttischlampen neben den 2 Betten aber darunter steht dann nichts, dafür ein Tisch zwischen den Betten. Parken war am WoE auf der Strasse kein Problem. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert. Generell für eine Nacht war es die richtige Entscheidung.
• Melanie (8/5): Tolles Hotel in Kassel - Super tolles Hotel. Perfekt für einen Städtetripp. Wir hatten ein schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Der Check In sowie der Check Out ging rasch und das Personal war sehr höflich und nett. Wir würden das Hotel wiederbuchen, sowie auch weiterempfehlen.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Bon hôtel - Très grand hôtel un peu impersonnel (accueille surtout des conventions...) mais propre, confortable avec de très grandes chambres. Idéal pour les séjour de travail.
• Alexandra (8/5): Unterkunft gut, Service überfordert - Riesiges Hotel mit zu wenig Personal. Einchecken und aus checken dauert zu lang. 3 Restaurants aber nur eins geöffnet. Hier nur Buffet essen für 25 Euro. Nix für geschäftlich alleine Reisende. In der sehr schönen Bar leider nur ein Barkeeper der der Menge kaum gerecht werden konnte. Er tat einem schon leid . Zimmer war ok.

• markbK5228LY (6/5): Good price/value, bad Service - Passing through or staying longer this hotel offers everything up to par of a normal 3 Star hotel for just 30 Euros. Unfortunately the service was slow and unexperienced. I guess that explains the price.
• jukkaa2018 (8/5): Excellent value for money - A very large, modern and clean nice room, WIFI, many parking options. Overall a very good value for the money we paid. The reception in the next door hotel a bit strange (put indoor access), very nice facilities where the reception is located (two restaurants, bar etc.) easy access from the Autobahn. Highly recommended
• 833arjenb (6/5): Nice hotel for few nights or overnight - Reception of this hotel is run by the hotel next door. With arrival at night you can easily park on the street in front of the hotel. But at 8am there will be a public parking charge. Many parking alternatives at site at hand in case you don't want to buy a parking ticket early in the morning. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was OK but nothing special.
• chrrul (4/5): Poor service and bad taste - Very strange place. Reception was closed, so had to walk into the hotel next door for everything. Access to guest room through the kitchen corridors. Very unfriendly and unhelpful check-in and check-out staff. Tasteless decor in the hotel throughout. Bad location and no help from staff on transport options into the centre. Not recommended.
• 26y4u (6/5): Never again... - Wifi not working and couldn't work because of that... The staff couldn't help and did not offer anything as compensation (ex. Free breakfast) My floor was stinking with carpet glue as they were renovating... not so pleasant to sleep and people can actually die from such poisonous smell... Dinner was good at the A La Carte restaurant... Location is bad if you do not have a car... far from the center of the city... Never again especially for the price I paid
• ians438 (10/5): Large rooms modern and very clean - This was our second visit to Kassel and the second time we stayed at the PreMotel. The hotel/rooms are very modern and clean as well as being very large and I think amazing value for money. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Kassel. The hotel also has several eating possibilities for those who don't wish to go out to eat.
• 773andrewp (6/5): It was all going well until 07:45 - Stayed for three nights, the rooms are large clean and light. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower. The breakfast and dinner we had at the hotel was very good, and well priced. There is free Wi-Fi covering all areas of the building The only fly in the ointment, was on the last morning House keeping knocked and entered at 07:45 to service the room, check out was still 4¼ hours away, and I was still asleep. Would have given a higher up till this point.
• 587gerryf (10/5): Super modern and new motel with spacious rooms - Stayed here over the last weekend. The rooms very clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Many TV channels in English.Very spacious bathroom with walk in shower. This motel is connected to a fancier hotel with bars, restaurants, shops and live entertainment in the evening. Great breakfast buffet, but extra charge.
• keivs (6/5): Lovely hotel noisy builders - When arriving at this hotel we thought we had the wrong one, the cost did not reflect the quality of the hotel, however I was astonished to find that the builders were using jack hammers on the exterior walls of our hotel rooms. When we questioned it at reception we were greeted to a shrug of the shoulders from the receptionist, when asked what time they finished the same again a shrug. Instead of a relaxing stop over we had jack hammers, we then had to leave our rooms to hold a conversation and return much later to find the builders had left, just before eight the next morning the builders arrived again banging and throwing things around. Normally this would not be a major problem if I knew in advance, however we were not informed of this at any point before arriving at the hotel. The hotel itself was immaculate with modern rooms and a fantastic decor and very clean. Let down by lack of communication or is it just a need for guests? The hotel also had the cheek to charge for parking on top of this...limited facilities no coffee maker, fridge or otherwise.
• EJPNL (8/5): Business Hotel - Nice brand new business hotel. Nice spacious and clean room with excellent beds. Value for money. No aircon in the room which is tough on a hot summer day. Why building such a nice hotel without airco in the rooms ?
• esimml (4/5): Nice empty room. No service - I had business in Kassel and chose PreMotel, as it was a new and the only thing available. The room, furniture, bathroom was great. Brand new. Quality and good looking. For a business hotel though, it was not practical. No: coffee/tea/minibar, iron, fridge, room service, late nigth food or coffee anywhere, limited outlets for chargers. One hanger. Service was polite, but did not deliver anything. Seemed like asking for hangers, iron, coffee at 0500 were impossible requests. A hotel this big (it is actually co-located with Hotel Strada - a different concept. ) has to have at least coffee somewhere... Food at beergarden restaurant was 4 of 10 for me. Breakfast was quite good though. No ventilation in rooms. (odd for a new build) I think most of my issues may be based on start up pains (just opened in February, some construction still ongoing) or simply my lack of understanding for this concept. I left early cause I couldnt get the work done I needed in evenings, as planned.
