- Jordan (10/5): - This is probably the cleanest and most updated Motel 6 I’ve stayed at. It’s in a secluded spot in Vallejo to where I didn’t feel like I was unsafe. Would totally stay here again for any quick trip in the area.

- Fabiana (2/5): Don’t stay there - I recently stayed at this Motel 8 and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The hallways were noisy with people fighting, making it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. There were also hygiene issues—I even had to deal with multiple cockroaches in my room. Overall, I would not recommend staying here if you’re looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay.

- John (6/5): - Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Air conditioner had touch screen, but all the markings for where to touch, to change air, fan, temp, had all worn off a long time ago. Had to have housekeeping come show me how to operate it. TV was ok, said 40 channels, but half of them Had no signal and the “guide” did not sync with what channel you watched.
- Brissa (2/5): - I requested for the room to be serviced. I was gone all day, returned late and found no one serviced the room. When i asked for clean towels the next morning, the front desk reported none were available until after 830am. I needed to leave by 8am. It was very inconvenient porr service.
- Desiree (4/5): - Unfortunately everyone littering when garbage cans are right there. A lot of homeless ppl walking thru & one Sleeping by vending machines. Hard working cleaning lady. 1/2 the front desk nice 1/2 NOT as friendly. There wasn’t coffee every day. Shower head was not functioning properly. Seemed sketchy. Over all dirty & unsafe for a female traveling alone. My least favorite motel 6 to date.

- Lisa (8/5): - This place is definitely a place I’d stay at again. The convenience of being right off the freeway is great, but the traffic noise can be a downside. The hotel door into our room wasn’t very sealed, so the noise seemed to come in more. On the bright side, the staff was very accommodating. When we arrived around 1:30 p.m., after driving for four hours, she informed us that our room wasn’t ready. Despite our exhaustion, she took it upon herself to check on the room and we were able to go in immediately. I thought that was very kind of her!

- Linda (6/5): - NO REASON YOU NEED TO STAY HERE. This property is not unsafe, although homeless live within blocks. Once I saw one under the stairs. The staff is nice, the room is clean, and the WiFi is just OK. The biggest reason not to stay here: smokers stand too close to the building, and the smell wafts into the room thru gaps in the door or sucked into your AC. The weather is nice enough to open the window, but not to smell the stink of weed! The second biggest reason not to stay here: property is not maintained AT ALL. Tall weeds and trash everywhere! Curb appeal, and the impression of safety is severely lacking. There are two OTHER Motel 6 properties nearby that are WAY better than this one!! Stay there instead.
- Robert (4/5): - The bath tub was patched from a break in the bitten, the shower curtain rod was hanging loose, so the curtain wouldn’t stay close so it flooded the bathroom when you took a shower the sink for washing your hands and brushing your teeth was broken. There was a piece broken out of it. The faucet was loose. I spilled something on the floor so I was wiping it up and the floor was filthy. I would not recommend this place. Yes, it was cheap but cheap doesn’t have to be dirty.

- Bruce (2/5): Very bad hotel, DO NOT STAY HERE - Started off with every light and outlet at the head of the bed not working. Bathtub had no stopper to take a bath. I expressed my concern about the no power and all she did was attempt to give partial refund for night, i didnt if that meant leave so so said no. Also rooms above me were blasting music til 3am with unusual activity inside and outside the rooms. Not a motel i will EVER return to with or without my nephews.

Called front desk to complain about loud music and their response we can’t do anything about it. That’s is, music and people partying went on till 2:00am. Couldn’t sleep, wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all!
- Phillip (8/5): Little things matter - The staff is the gem in this story. They are attentive and quick. The only negative is I was told coffe would be available daily and I only saw this once in a 7 day period. Not the worst, but not on point either.

The lock on our door was broken and there was holes in the curtains. The surrounding areas were really gross and there was a lot of homeless people around. The staff was really nice. I would say that was the highlight .

A few of the things inside were broken like the lights, but it didn’t bother my stay at all. The area it was located has a small shopping center in front of it, which was pretty nice for some quick eats. I would stay again.

- Jody (2/5): Stay away, not worth the price - We had one of our worst hotel experiences ever. Here's why: Extreme noise: we couldn't sleep due to very loud noises like multiple motorcycles revving their engines, along with very loud music. It started around 8 PM and went on all the way to 2 AM. Absolutely nothing was done about it. Location and safety: the motel is placed in a isolated location near to different homeless spots. We felt very unsafe. Cleanliness: although the rooms looked somehow clean, the entire facility was very dirty. Wastes of food and mosquitoes were all around. Maintenance and Wi-Fi: In our first room, the smoke detector was beeping loudly and the phone wasn't working when I tried to call the front desk to ask about it. They moved us to another room, only to then realize that the Wi-Fi was not working at all from that room. Many things broken or not working, like the towel bar in the bathroom and the light switch by the bed.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Restless night in Vallejo - It was clean. Pared down. I asked for extra pillows, and received two. Very helpful receptionist. The heater was interesting and didn't work well. The receptionist helped me figure it out. The tub in the bathroom had no stopper, or it was broken. No bath for me. No breakfast, no coffee. Homeless people sleep along the road leading to the hotel. Car alarms went off 3 times, and the new receptionist said they didn't hear them (!). I asked that they please listen for them. The alarms stopped. There is another Motel 6 in Vallejo, called Napa Valley. It is moderately better overall, has complimentary coffee, breakfast, other amenities. Do your homework, it might suit you better. In the rnd, this was a place to sleep, but I didn't sleep well.
