• Аня (2/5): Я бы не рекомендовала девушкам посещать эти апартаменты, с общей ванной я чувствовала себя очень некомфортно. Кажется, к - Хорошее местоположение, недалеко от вокзала Термини. Довольно милая хозяйка, которая отвечала на интересующие вопросы. Было очень шумно, окна совсем не защищают от звуков с улицы, поэтому нормально поспать не получилось. Только одна ванная, совмещённая с туалетом, на четыре комнаты, утром пришлось ждать около часа чтобы попасть в уборную. Завтрак сложно назвать таковым - на кухне были разложены пачки круассанов и пирог, который стоял там неизвестно сколько. В ванной плесень и воняло сигаретами. Максимально неуютное место.
• Bruce Fox (8/5): Easy Stopover - We had the double room with ensuite and found it comfortable. The small kitchen had everything we needed and breakfast made a good start to the day. Our host was very friendly and communication was easy and pleasant. We were allowed to store our luggage to make a later connection. Lots of eating and drinking places close by. Max House was a tricky walk from the train station, with plenty of traffic and rough surfaces but only took 10 - 12 minutes.
• lhgrotti (9/5): Guest House close to the train station! - The room was clean and comfortable and I had everything I needed. The location is right next to a cafe bar at the street level. And my room apparently was right above them on the adjacent street. I could hear the bar patrons up until about 2: 30-3:00 in the morning when they closed. It was noisy. That is the only thing I was disappointed about luckily I was exhausted and was able to sleep.

Struttura vecchia così come mobilio e bagno. La doccia perde acqua, è piena di muffa, il phon non funzionava. La colazione è confezionata. Per il prezzo pagato non si poteva pretendere di più.

Que se escucha lo que pasa fuera de la habitación. Y que un huésped durante mí estancia hizo disturbios e incumplió las reglas de convivencia.

• alain44500 (9/5): Excellent rapport qualité/prix - Le B&B est situé à environ 15' à pied de la stazione de Roma Termini, dans un quartier plutôt fréquenté par des étudiants, donc avec de nombreux bars & restaurants à des prix abordables. L'accueil d'Alessia est fort sympathique et le mini frigo dans la chambre est un plus car il permet d'y placer ses boissons fraîches. Le petit déjeuner est composé de café instantané ou thé accompagné de petits gâteaux emballés. Merci Alessia de cet accueil. Les cloisons étant fines, l'appartement est sonore, mais avec des boules kiès il n'y a pas de problème.

• Tsukasa (9/5): Clean, secure space in a great location with a kind host! - The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The location was close to the Rome Termini train station with lots of bus stops nearby. Food, sweet treats and gelato was quick to find, and super tasty. Alessia, the hosts is very kind and helpful. There is a separate kitchen, utensils, plates, etc, that you can use. The space was very clean and secure. I was able to drop off my luggage before check in time/my room was ready. There was a single bathroom with an attached shower. This was properly advertised, but in reality can pose a problem when another guest is taking a long shower and you really have to use the bathroom! Nothing a bit of patience didn’t solve. The location is also moderately noisy at night, due to being in the city. You may hear people yelling outside or talking loudly in groups until 10 or 11 PM. I travel with foam ear plugs and they did the trick.

Needs a good cleaning and a coffee maker. The little espresso pot did not work. Bring your own instant coffee and use the kettle.

Avrei preferito una presa elettrica più vicina alla scrivania ma tutto sommato molto bene. Letto ok, stanza abbastanza pulita, posizione ottimale per san lorenzo. La colazione è un po' lasciata a sè stessi, prevalentemente con cibo confezionato. Non era presente la spugna nè il sapone per pulire i piatti usati. Migliorabile.

• Daigoro (9/5): - Un confortevolissimo, speciale spazio, anche favorito dalla gentilezza e cordialità della signora che mi ha accolta per consegnarmi le chiavi della mia camera e condurmi per l'appartamento, a pochi passi dal cuore del San Lorenzo, che dimostra che dire di non avere avuto l'impressione di trovarsi in un B&B non può che essere un complimento. Si tratta infatti, dal mio punto di vista, di una calorosa guest house che trasmette la sensazione di sicurezza del sentirsi a casa, in quanto veramente si ha l'impressione di essere ospiti nell'appartamento di una persona, soltanto ampliato da altre stanze abitate da altre persone: bagno e cucina in comune, le stanze sono collegate da un suggestivo corridoio e ingresso interamente dipinti sulle pareti da schizzi di diverse sfumature di giallo, lo sfondo perfetto a un'atmosfera già squisitamente vintage, che fa pensare a un appartamento anni '60-'70. Bagno e cucina sono sufficientemente spaziosi e riccamente decorati, in particolare molto carine sono le tovagliette che catturano l'attenzione sul tavolo, ogni stanza assolutamente accessibile in quanto su un unico piano; la guest house è inoltre anche collocata in un condominio dotato di ascensore, che tra l'altro prelude e accompagna all'esperienza del viaggio nel tempo, con la sua conformazione apparentemente rimasta intatta da quegli anni '60 cui tanto rimanda. Mi sentirei soltanto di consigliare la riparazione della già presente macchina del caffè, che almeno personalmente non sono ben riuscita ad utilizzare, se non l'aggiunta di fornelli per l'utilizzo della piccola carinissima Moka: potrebbe magari gettare nel dubbio il motivo della sua presenza in assenza dello strumento con cui farla funzionare.

Nice little kitchen to use, had some light food provided for breakfast. You have 4 rooms in total that get used. The walls are nice and solid and don't let sound through. Not much daylight inside.

• Gabriele (8/5): Ideale per soggiorni brevi - Max House si trova in un vecchio condominio in fondo a via Tiburtina, nei pressi dei binari della stazione di Roma Termini. Il quartiere è prevalentemente residenziale, abbastanza tranquillo e con negozi. Ho avuto a disposizione una comoda camera con letto matrimoniale e armadio: il bagno è invece esterno in comune con una sola altra stanza. La padrona di casa è stata molto disponibile a farmi fare check-in in anticipo e addirittura ho trovato la camera pronta! Wi-fi ben funzionante. Ideale per soggiorni brevi (io sono rimasto una notte). La colazione è più simile a un servizio di benvenuto che a una vera colazione, unico punto debole del soggiorno.
